This darling miniature basement studio apartment in the heart of downtown is VERY SMALL with only 350 sq. feet. It is in the basement of a "mixed-use" building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of June 2016 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen mattress which is replaced every 2 years. The small bathroom does have a full tub\shower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.
As the photos illustrate there are 2 large windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create "white noise" if desired.
The kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils).
Parking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. Problem solved! There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.

Overview:
This darling miniature basement studio apartment in the heart of downtown is VERY SMALL with only 400 sq. feet. It is in the basement of a "mixed-use" building with a dental office on the main floor and an architectural firm on the top floor. The dental office is open Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will hear noises from the dental office during this time. Nothing too loud. I provide white noise machines and earplugs in all of my apartments if this is an issue for you. However, you will find it to be cozy, complete, and very clean. In the beginning of May 2017 it underwent a new remodel including new flooring, paint, artwork, and an extremely comfortable new queen mattress which is replaced every 2 years. The small bathroom does have a full tub\shower with unlimited hot water. This unit is professionally cleaned by a local cleaning service and is well-maintained.
As the photos illustrate there are 3 windows (with no views however) giving plenty of light. It is nothing like a traditional cold, dark, and dingy basement. Enjoy feet-warming heated floors. AC is not included, but rarely needed. It does come with a nice fan to circulate air and create "white noise" if desired.
The kitchen area is complete with a full-size stove and fridge. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to create your favorite meal (pots, pans, and cooking utensils). It does not have a dishwasher.
Parking: For those of you who have driven to Jackson before, know that parking close to downtown can be a challenge and a real headache. There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building so you can leave your vehicle in a safe location as you stroll on foot around Jackson. Regular sized vehicles only- no trailers. Upon your stay, you will quickly recognize the value of this coveted downtown parking. If you do not have a car this apartment is close to the bus stop and taxi station. Again, this unit is ideal for those wanting to walk and enjoy downtown Jackson.

Yummy: I hope you will take advantage of our local favorite "Persephone" bakery shop one-half block away. The luring aroma of their exquisite pastries and treats will leave you anticipating your return. Their delightful breakfast is a great way to start the day.
There is a plethora of fine dining and wonderful restaurants within short walking distance.

An adorable yet classic and comfortable retreat in Downtown Driggs, with two bedrooms, one full bath, washer, dryer and full kitchen. This piece of Driggs history comes alive as the Historic Driggs Post Office was completely renovated in 2019. This gorgeous upstairs Mid-Century Mod apartment offers a separate entrance, great East facing windows, hardwood floors, and incredibly convenient location in the heart of Driggs. Walk to restaurants, community events, the grocery store, and the Driggs City Park all within a few blocks.
The open living area offers a cozy leather couch, in addition to a full size table and chairs. Netflix is available with a Roku streaming device. The fully stocked kitchen is complete with a full size fridge, range/oven and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 offers two twin beds (which could be moved to create a king) with closet, clock and luggage rack.
Bedroom 2 offers a king bed, full length mirror, luggage rack, clock, and closet.
A full bath and full size washer and dryer complete this space. Extra linens for the beds and towels are provided.

- "We absolutely loved the "The Old Post Office" - it was a perfect location to explore Driggs, Grand Targhee, Victor, and the Tetons.
