- "I can't say enough about this wonderful 1 bedroom condo. It is immaculate. The condo looks as if it was completely remodeled, the furniture is very nice and comfortable with all modern appliances. The condo is very convenient, just 1/4 mile from the Park entrance. The owner could not have been nicer and when we arrived there was a nice basket of welcome gifts (including Bear Spray)!! Yellowstone National Park Operating Dates:
The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is open seasonally. The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April until November 1st. The West Entrance then closes from November 1st until Mid-December. The entrance then reopens for the winter for oversnow travel season. The oversnow season typically runs from Mid-December until Mid-March. The entrance closes again until the opening day of the summer season in April. These dates are subject to change, please confirm park operating dates prior to booking your stay.

Welcome to Arrowhead Condos Unit 7, your Yellowstone retreat! A well-appointed efficiency unit similar to a traditional hotel room but with more comforts & added amenities to make it a cozy, welcoming and more personal experience! Our unique bathroom set up offers the convenience of a separate vanity area as well as two private commode areas (one includes a jetted shower/tub combo) to make space sharing easier and more comfortable. Unit 7 has two queen beds and a slim-twin daybed for additional sleep space. The unit has a desk, oversized mini-fridge & freezer, coffee supplies, microwave, luggage and closet space as well as a toasty warm fireplace to help you relax and plan your next day's activities.

We are proud that our cleaning and disinfecting standards have always been extremely high. We understand the difference between cleaning and disinfecting and this 2-step process is part of our everyday procedures as recommended by the Vacation Rental Management Association's SafeHome protocols. Our properties are extensively cleaned following each departure and then separately disinfected with an EPA registered disinfectant that meets the CDC criteria for not only the common pathogens we are all used to hearing about, but the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19 as well.

All Arrowhead Condos properties have access to our free on-site laundry facility, DirecTV Satellite, Free WiFi Internet, and air conditioning. Our buildings offer ski in ski out, snowmobile trailer parking & free guest and street parking. Units or laundry areas have iron & ironing boards and boot dryers, individual units have hair dryers, umbrellas and many more amenities. All bathroom linens are provided as well as basic amenities like paper products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion etc. Kitchens are equipped with all dishes and appliances (locally roasted coffee is provided for your stay) as well as starter amounts of necessities like paper towels, soaps and garbage bags. Highchairs and pak-n-plays are available upon request. All condo units have DVD players and small collections of videos, books & games as well as in-floor heat. All lodge units have fireplaces and smart TV's. In both buildings all your bed linens are provided as well as extra linen and pillows for spare sleeping spaces. The Arrowhead Condos building has a shared outside lawn & patio with propane BBQ, the Lodge building has a cozy common area with a fireplace, seating and TV. All Arrowhead Properties guests are welcome to utilize common spaces at both buildings. If you find you are missing anything during your stay, please reach out to your Property Manager who will be happy to assist you.

Cabins West Lodging is located in the middle of West Yellowstone and is only 5 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The Centennial Suite is 800 square feet second floor apartment with a large kitchen and living area. Perfect for small families that still desire the privacy of their own bedroom. Located a mile (1.5 km) from Yellowstone National Park, this studio is right in the town of West Yellowstone. There is a comfortable king size bed, plus a small kitchen with a fridge, range, pots, pans and all you need for a self catering stay!

West Yellowstone is a very small town, with Yellowstone National Park on one side, and national forests on the other three sides.

If you're going to be cooking, we suggest you buy your groceries before you get here. There are two small markets in town. Both are terribly expensive, and do not have large selections. Please let us know which way you're coming, and we can suggest where to stop to stock up.

A maximum of two guests is permitted in this studio.

Please note that check-in closes at 10 pm. I'm sorry but it will not be possible to check-in after 10 pm. Before booking, please make sure you can be here before 10 pm, as we cannot make exceptions to the check-in time. Please take delays in the park into consideration. You never know when you may run into a buffalo jam! Please do not ask if we can make an exception to the check in-time. I regret that we cannot. The reason for this is that we do not want the noise of late check-ins disturbing other guests who may be trying to sleep. Once you're here, you can get back to your room any time you choose. It's just the noise from checking in we're trying to avoid late at night. Thank you for your consideration!

Please be aware that if you're coming in the winter months, there are times when our entrance (the west entrance to Yellowstone) is closed altogether. At other times in the winter, it is only open to snowmobiles and snowcoaches, and you cannot take your car or bike into the park. Before booking, please check to make sure that you can do what you need to do while in our area.

Bright and happy studio apartment located on the second floor. The space is clean, comfortable and cozy. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. It's small but feels spacious. We pride ourselves on having the space sparkling clean for each guest.

Guest access
Guests use a private entrance and have access to the whole apartment. The apartment has a keyless entry system, allowing guests to check in based on their own travel schedule. The studio apartment has a kitchenette equipped with appliances and utensils, has a full bath with shower (no tub), towels, sheets and extra blankets. For your entertainment purposes we provide Directv, a DVD player and wifi.

Your safety and peace of mind are of my upmost concern as we are all navigating through these unfamiliar times. Though thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire rental space has always been my top priority I am adding some additional items and procedures to further secure the safety of each guest.

- Dishes will be washed in a dishwashing machine for thorough disinfecting. Dishes will be cleaned and disinfected each time for each new guest. If you are in need of extra, please let me know and I will leave them ahead of time or bring them to you during your stay.

-Hand sanitizer will available in the unit

-Clorox disinfecting wipes will be available in the unit (depending on availability)

-Approved cleaning supplies including sprays, towels and gloves will be available in the unit.

-Any extra blankets will be cleaned each time if used (there will be safety seals)

These above are in addition to my normal cleaning and disinfecting procedures

-All surfaces cleaned and wiped down with disinfectant, including door handles, tv remotes and cabinet handles.

-Bathroom thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, including all fixtures, shower and toilet tope to bottom, door handles and new shower curtain liner.

Guests will have access to the entire unit except for locked areas. Although guests do not have access to these areas, they represent our commitment to your safety and ensuring our cleaners have access to the supplies needed to maintain a quality experience for our guests.

🔒 There is a locked closet in the Norris Geyser Basin Bedroom, a locked area in the laundry room where the water heater is located, and a locked door in the mudroom entrance that leads to the maintenance garage.

🏠There is also a 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom house on the property. There is also a 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bathroom house on the property. There is no connecting door between the two homes. When you look at the picture of the front of the house, you will see a door to the left of the garage doors. This is the entrance to Gibbon Meadows Loft, the unit located over the garage.

🚘FREE PARKING! Guests for Gibbon Meadows Lodge and Gibbon Meadows Loft share the driveway. Gibbon Meadows Lodge guests park on the right, and Gibbon Meadows Loft guests park on the left. The driveway is about 70 feet deep, so plenty of parking exists. Street parking is also available in front of the home, except during snow season.

Please note: The West Gate entrance to Yellowstone National Park generally closes in the middle of March for spring plowing and reopens on the third Friday in April. It closes again at the end of October and reopens in mid-December for the snow season. Please consult the National Park Service for current information.

All Arrowhead Condos properties have access to our free on-site laundry facility, DirecTV Satellite, Free WiFi Internet, and air conditioning. Our buildings offer ski in ski out, snowmobile trailer parking & free guest and street parking. Units or laundry areas have iron & ironing boards and boot dryers, individual units have hair dryers, umbrellas and many more amenities. All bathroom linens are provided as well as basic amenities like paper products, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion etc. Kitchens are equipped with all dishes and appliances (locally roasted coffee is provided for your stay) as well as starter amounts of necessities like paper towels, soaps and garbage bags. Highchairs and pak-n-plays are available upon request. All condo units have DVD players and small collections of videos, books & games as well as in-floor heat. All lodge units have fireplaces and smart TV's. In both buildings all your bed linens are provided as well as extra linen and pillows for spare sleeping spaces. The Arrowhead Condos building has a shared outside lawn & patio with propane BBQ, the Lodge building has a cozy common area with a fireplace, seating and TV. All Arrowhead Properties guests are welcome to utilize common spaces at both buildings. Please be aware that if you're coming in the winter months, there are times when our entrance (the west entrance to Yellowstone) is closed altogether. At other times in the winter, it is only open to snowmobiles and snowcoaches, and you cannot take your car or bike into the park. This is an extra large studio, which basically has two rooms without a wall between them. The studio is in West Yellowstone, one mile (1.6 km) from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park, which is Yellowstone's main entrance.

The studio sleeps four in one queen bed and one double bed. The living room area has a gas fireplace, and there is a bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower.

Yellowstone National Park Operating Dates:
The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is open seasonally. The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April until November 1st. The West Entrance then closes from November 1st until Mid-December. The entrance then reopens for the winter for oversnow travel season. The oversnow season typically runs from Mid-December until Mid-March. The entrance closes again until the opening day of the summer season in April. These dates are subject to change, please confirm park operating dates prior to booking your stay.

All of our cabins have fantastic views of Hebgen Lake and the mountains and are within walking distance to the lakeshore. Our General Store offers last-minute needs: snacks, beverages, bait, fishing supplies, fuel, propane, firewood, ice, and of course everyone’s favorite—ice cream! A launch ramp, boat slips, fuel dock, and trailer storage are also available. Wireless Internet access is available at no charge.
This cabin has a bathroom with shower, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It does NOT have a stove or kitchen utensils or cookware. Linens are NOT supplied. This cabin sleeps 7, with a futon in the living area, and one bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk, and a set of twin bunks.
Linen packages are available for rent, however, you are welcome to bring your own. Please call the office to inquire about linens packages. All cabins have a picnic table and access to a firepit.

Most park roads are closed to regular vehicles from early November to late-April, and are open to limited oversnow travel (snowmobiles and snowcoaches) from mid-December to mid-March. When open, roads are not gated at night and people may enter/exit the park 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The West Gate of Yellowstone National park will be closed from March 15th to April 21st 2023 to prepare for the summer season. The West Gate will then remain open for the summer season from April 21st until November 1st 2023. The West Gate is scheduled to reopen Dec.15th for the over snow season. Please note these dates are subject to change, please confirm your travel details prior to your arrival.

The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. Please note: Motor vehicle traffic is not permitted through Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance from early November to late April every year. However, the entrance remains open to hikers and cross-country skiers year-round. Guided tours on oversnow vehicles (snowmobiles and snowcoaches) are available mid-December through mid-March. The only entrance that remains open year-round to motor vehicles is the north entrance, 170 miles (3 hours drive) from WorldMark West Yellowstone during the winter months.

There is limited RV and trailer parking on site.

Please note: Motor vehicle traffic is not permitted through Yellowstone National Park’s west entrance from early November to late April every year. However, the entrance remains open to hikers and cross-country skiers year-round. Guided tours on oversnow vehicles (snowmobiles and snowcoaches) are available mid-December through mid-March. The only entrance that remains open year-round to motor vehicles is the north entrance, 170 miles (3 hours drive) from WorldMark West Yellowstone during the winter months. Please review current park road closures at Yellowstone National Park before you travel to WorldMark West Yellowstone.

★ Please note, the Yellowstone National Park west entrance is usually closed from early November to late April every year. However, the entrance is still open for snow coach tours, snow-mobile, hikers, skiers, etc. all year round. There are also many guided tours (snow coach, snow-mobile), that are available during this time and most are available from mid December through to mid March. The entrance that usually remains open year-round for motor vehicles is the north entrance which is around 170 miles or a 3 hours drive from this resort during these winter months. *


★ Check-in time is 4 PM but MANY times Wyndham will let you check in earlier. If by chance you are not allowed to check in earlier, Wyndham will hold your bags for you at reception and will usually give guests access to resort amenities for your pleasure. Furthermore, check-out time is 11 am but if you ask reception, many times they will bump it up to 12 PM or possibly later; it really depends how busy the resort/cleaners are and how much charm you have with the nice lady/man at front desk ;)★

Please note this home does not have AC, most homes in Montana do not have air conditioning. We encourage our guests of The Yellowstone Hideaway Unit C home to open the windows at night to enjoy the cool evening temperatures and close those windows during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep cooler air inside the cabin. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Additionally, homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets.

Yellowstone National Park Closures.
The west gate to Yellowstone is typically closed from November 1st until December 15 to prepare for the over snow season. The over snow travel season for Yellowstone typically runs December 15th until Mach 15th. The west gate to Yellowstone is then closed again from the closing day of over snow travel until mid April to prepare for the summer season. Please note these dates are subject to change, please confirm your travel details prior to your arrival
