Built in 2016, this guest house has all new appliances and modern furnishing. It is a cozy place to stay after a powder day, and has a great place to grill outside! The large great room space with vaulted ceilings (living room, dining room and kitchen) give you plenty of space to feel at home. There is full size walk in pantry for plenty of storage and all that you need to cook and bake. The bedroom has a king size bed with a high quality mattress and luxury linens. The living room couch has a comfortable pull out double bed, that is suitable for two children, or 1 adult.

The 240 sq.ft. outdoor deck right off the living room is equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill, allowing for a perfect evening meal with water and mountain views. The snow doesn't inconvenience you with our covered parking space and interior stairs leading up to the apartment. There is a full size front loading washer and dryer and full size tub/shower with heated floors for your comfort in the cold months.

Our second floor home sleeps six with four being private. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. You also have your own private 6 person hot tub.The unit also has two large decks with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. Full size washer/dryer.We have filled the full size kitchen with every amenity we could thing of so it should be as convenient as your own home. While having a car can be very convenient, there is a bus stop just one block away that can get you to Bozeman, town center or to the ski slopes.

Our suite consists of two bedrooms (the Yellowstone River Room & Madison River Room) each with their own private bathroom. The rooms are connected by a short hallway, which has hooks for hanging up coats, bags, and fishing/ski gear. The exterior entrances and kitchenette are located in the Yellowstone River Room.

YELLOWSTONE RIVER ROOM:
This room is furnished with two queen size beds, horizontal dresser, luggage racks, arm chair, and a desk & two chairs; it is the larger of the two rooms measuring approximately 400 square feet. The room also has a Roku enabled TV.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is stocked with shampoo, soap, toilet tissue, hair dryer, and various other toiletries (in case you forget something). All bed and bath linens are provided.

Clothes hangers and a bath robe are stocked in the closet.

In the kitchenette is a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker (with reusable filter), electric skillet, single electric plug-in burner, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans. Dish towels, sponge/dish brush, and dish soap are also provided.

Outside the sliding patio door is a Weber propane grill and an outdoor dining table and chairs.

MADISON RIVER ROOM:
Furnished with two full/double beds and horizontal dresser, this is the smaller of the two rooms at approximately 225 square feet. The room also has a Roku enabled TV.

Bathroom has tub/shower combo and is stocked with shampoo, soap, toilet tissue, hair dryer, and various other toiletries (in case you forget something). All bed and bath linens are provided.

Clothes hangers and bath robe are provided in closet. There is also a built-in desk and chair in the walk-in closet.

PROPERTY:
TroutChasers Lodge & Fly Fishing Outfitters sits on 30 acres (only 20 minutes to downtown Bozeman and 25 minutes to the airport), which is bisected by the Gallatin River and Cottonwood Creek.

There is a one-room, rustic, custom-built cabin on the banks of the Gallatin River/Cottonwood Creek for guests to relax in and enjoy the property. In addition, there is an outdoor fire pit and seating for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the beautiful evenings.

We welcome and encourage guests to take the short walk (approximately 200 yards) down to the Gallatin River to enjoy the scenery or to cast a line (MT fishing license required and catch & release fly fishing only, please).

There is also a flower and vegetable garden with a chicken coop that houses the hens that provide fresh eggs.

The resident horses love when guests visit and say hello.

Other amenities on the property include hammocks, picnic tables, walking trails, and benches.

We are 2 doors down from an elementary school. The street gets very busy at 8a and 3p.

The Elm is across the street and during show times street parking can be hard to find.

Welcome to the Cowboy Cabin!! Right on Main Street in picturesque Three Forks, Montana this apartment is attached to the historic Three Forks Saddlery. With old west decor throughout, the bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and closet. The bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. You will access the space from the back alley behind our store. There is a parking space just for the cabin. If you have questions during business hours (Mon-Sat) 9 AM - 5 PM you can just come thru the adjacent door 15 feet away and visit with us. Otherwise we will let you keep to yourselves.

During the summer months there is some activity about 4 buildings over. It is the back side of a bar/eating area so sometimes you can hear some bar type noises. People will not be able to see you from the bar if you are sitting outside

The second bed is a queen pullout bed in the living area. If you’re interested in the location / proximity from town here goes - in the summer it’s 20 mins to downtown (Main Street)In the winter it’s often a longer commute to town as the roads can be bad as this is Montana. If you’re planning to arrive very late (which is no problem) the commute will be long in the dark so please expect this. Thanks!

As of Sept 2018 we have great internet connection with high speed internet. This includes offering a smart TV with Netflix access. If you need to work remotely while travelling this will be no problem. We are located next to an elementary school but has never been an issue with our guests as the apt is very quiet. The school is small and closed for the summer. There is a lovely 2 mile bike/running path at your doorstep that provides a safe way to recreate without having to get in your car!

North Haus is located in the north side of Bozeman in a quiet neighborhood in a tucked away side of the house. It is attached to the main house via a wall that has considerable soundproofing between the walls and remains quiet, though occasional sounds may be heard. With wood paneled vaulted ceilings and natural light from privacy windows, it's small footprint feels comfortably spacious. A private entrance with a patio is surrounded by a fence and trees make it feel hidden away.

This is a studio apartment, off the main house, with a shower bathroom, washer/dryer, private patio and kitchenette.
