Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all of the close hiking and walking trails with Bridger Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Musuem of the Rockies is only a 5 minute drive while all the East Main Bozeman dining/shopping locations are nearby as well. This small cottage is very comfortable and quiet while having all the necessary amenities. It has a California King size bed and a queen size futon for sleeping comfortably.

The room with the California King bed has a table for sitting and relaxing. it has a fireplace with a large screen TV. The area with the futon also serves as a comfortable sitting area with the coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.

The cottage has a private lane for access off of Golden Trout Way lane. There is a private outside door off of the foyer to enter. The keypad is located on the inside door. It is easy access and very private. You may come and go at anytime privately without disturbing anyone nearby.

The cottage is stocked with extra supplies like water, treats, coffee creamer, sugar and other condiments. The extra details such as a towel warmer for the cold days after a shower or the barbecue ona warm summer day add to the cottage. It is very relaxing and a calm environment to stay.

This bright and cheerful cabin has been completely remodeled on the interior, with a queen bed, aspen floors and new windows. It is decorated with prints and original paintings. (We are artists) You are likely to see deer and antelope since the cabin is situated on 212 acres. It's a mix of rustic coziness with a modern bath and kitchenette. The deck is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the wonderful view of the Absaroka Mts.
Even though you are surrounded by acres and acres of natural prairie you are only 4 miles from historic downtown Livingston, where you will find easy shopping, fine restaurants and many art galleries. Livingston also has 2 live playhouses - The Shane and The Blue Slipper as well as a movie threatre.
The Gourmet Wine and Cheese Cellar is one of our favorite places to start the evening with wine and cheese plates and live music on several nights. Pinkies has a tasty breakfast (try the Scotch Egg if you want something different and tasty in an egg). There are many more restaurants and pubs in town with live music, these are just our favorites.
The cabin is stocked with coffee and tea. You can get good reception on
Verizon, not sure about other suppliers. Computers work fine by using your phone service. There are 3 steps to go up to the porch of the cabin. It is not wheelchair accessible.

This is a studio guest cabin with shower, kitchen, and gas fireplace heat and has the ability to sleep 5 adults (two king beds - bunk beds, one rollaway twin bed).
There is no A/C in the cabin, but plenty of fans for guest use. The cool mountain air gives you the ability to open windows at night to cool off if necessary in the summer; the cabin stays relatively cool, even on the hottest of days. A gas fireplace can be used to warm up via thermostat adjustment in cooler temps.
Hosts live on the property and are available to help plan your Montana adventures or recommend local hotspots.
The cabin is situated next to a horse pasture that houses three lovely horses. Meet & greets with the horses may be arranged in advance by request. Please, for your safety and theirs, do not feed or pet the horses without owner supervision. All horses are on a restricted diet due to health issues. Please contact the hosts if you would like to feed the horses their vet-approved treats and we can arrange that!
There is also a dog on the property (a very friendly Golden Retriever) -- you are welcome to give him all the pets you'd like if you see them around!

Parking: We have space for one vehicle. Please do not drive on the yard. The Homeowners Association only allows on street parking during the day. Overnight on street parking is strictly prohibited and will result in fines. If additional parking is needed please contact the host to make arrangements. The guest house is located on a ranch in the spectacular Montana mountains and close to the Yellowstone River. The ranch has 250 acres of fields, meadows, mountains and forests, with streams and hiking trails. The ranch is a nature reserve, a place to experience Montana away from towns and city living, a rustic and wilderness experience. Yellowstone Park is 45 minutes by car, and the small town of Livingston with shops and restaurants is 20 minutes away.

The guest house is semi -secluded and private, has 3 bedrooms, a large living room and kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It also has a laundry and a wood stove, picnic tables and lots of space to roam and hike, also a stream running close by.

The cabin is one mile from the main road, 20 minutes south of the small town of Livingston. It has easy access and plenty of parking spaces. 1 hour drive to Yellowstone Park. Easy to get to from Bozeman airport, 45 minutes away via H 90. The home is all on one floor for easy mobility. There is plenty of outdoor space, lawns and picnic tables.
Other things to note
The house is private and separate, but the hosts live in their own home nearby and other Airbnb guests stay in a cabin not far away, so there are sometimes other people nearby on the ranch. It is not suitable for loud parties, which are not allowed. Permission needed from the hosts for extra overnight guests, but friends are welcome to visit.

Private parking at the end of the cul-de-sac is safe and secure. Big enough for RV turn around. The guest house is just to the left of parking. In through the front porch entry door. The FALLS SUITE is up the stairs and the RIVERS SUITE is main floor. Both suites will be yours during your stay. Both suites have their own locking doors.

Please let us know who your dog is before your stay. If you are renting the whole guest house, dogs may be left unattended for short periods of time, if in a crate. Your pups will love the acre + of room to play! Dogs are the only pets allowed at Fox Hollow. Thank you!

We are located approximately 2 ½ miles from downtown Livingston on a county gravel road. It is a +/-35 minute drive from Bozeman and a +/-1 hour drive from Gardiner, the North Entrance to the 2.2 million-acre Yellowstone National Park.
There is a one-car garage and ample surface parking.
The living room provides great seating to watch the deer and antelope often passing through the yard and a place to soak in the view. If you prefer to relax at home, there is corn hole, bumper pool, games and an expansive deck to sit, read or have a glass of wine. A cozy fireplace and air conditioning ensure comfortable surroundings in any season.
The kitchen is a gourmet's delight, with top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for your culinary adventures.
