The space
This loft is an open-concept studio apartment. It is completely private with a full kitchen (stove, microwave, sink, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator with freezer, bathroom (shower, toilet, and pedestal sink), living/TV area, dining area (table and 4 chairs), designated workspace (desk and office chair, shelves), laundry space, and closet space (dresser and clothing rack). Please do NOT use the washer/dryer for any bed linens or towels. The washer/dryer are for small loads of like-colored clothing only. There is access to grass (for pets) down through the outside door to patio area. Enjoy the patio space complete with table/umbrella/chairs and bbq. We have provided bags for picking up after your dog - please tie off the bags and place in the outside trash can near the left side of the garage. Thank you in advance for helping us keep the space clean and tidy.

Please note - access to the loft is via a flight of stairs. The stairs are wide allowing room for bags to be carried. The stairs are inside the dwelling and well lit.

Upon checkout, please strip the linens and leave in the basket atop the washer including any used towels. Please be sure all dishes are in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. All trash must be collected in a closed trash bag and placed in the outside garbage container near left side of garage. Please do NOT use the washer/dryer for any bed linens or towels. The washer/dryer are for small loads of like-colored clothing only. We are not responsible for any damage to clothing. If you prefer a laundromat, there is one locally on Main street in town.
