This cozy place is nestled in the black hills with wonderful views! You will love our place because this is a wonderful and quaint guest house located at the foot of the black hills. Enjoy the deer and turkeys footsteps from your front door that visit the property daily. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.

While we do live in the primary residence full time, your privacy in the separated cottage will be respected and it is your space. You have access to our family pool (with signed waiver) and please relax on our main porch.

Other things to note
Parking is the main drive way turn around area, approximately 200 feet from the cottage. We can accommodate approximately 4 vehicles in the turn around area. Please follow the drive way up to the pathway leading to the cottage on the south side of our primary residence.
Please no smoking inside our cottage but feel free to smoke on your outside porch. Unfortunately, our cottage is not handicap accessible.

Welcome to our unique Back n Time guesthouse, nestled in the pines of the Black Hills close to Mt. Rushmore and badland National Park. Relax and experience the simple life after touring this beautiful area. The guesthouse offers 1 queen bed and a twin bed, with an additional bunkhouse with bunkbeds perfect for a couple or small family, We are 1 mile from a trailhead ideal for biking, hiking and 4 wheeling, with easy access to I-90 and all the Black Hills attractions.

The space
The guesthouse is furnished with a queen bed separate from the game room where the single bed and floor mattress are located. There is also a separate bunkhouse that has the bunkbeds for the more adventurous teens or adults.The bunkhouse does not have a bathroom or air-conditioning. The game room area has a dart board, billard table, board games and 65 inch flat screen TV.
The kitchenette has a microwave, mini frig, mini toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and toaster. There is also a flat grill for cooking on the deck. Our home is about 100 feet from the guesthouse, so you will have your privacy but close enough if you need assistance.

The guesthouse does have stairs , but if it is too hard to climb stairs, we have a bridge for easier access. You can use the carport to keep your vehicle out of the weather.
Check yourself in with a keyless entry pad. A code will be provided when checking in.

Other things to note
We do not allow smoking of any kind on the property as we are located in the forest and fires are a concern.
We don't allow pets, with the exception of service animals. We have a small water heater for the guest house (20 gallon) so it works fine for a typical shower, but sorry, no long or multiple hot showers until it has time to recover
