We've lived in Colorado our entire lives and over 20 years in Fort Collins and can give you lots of great suggestions for the area. Take the river trail 2 miles east to Old Town and Breweries or 2 miles west to Laporte to hear some honky-tonk or bluegrass at the Swing Station. Just two blocks with will land you at Stodgy Brewery with its large outdoor Biergarten.
The cabin has a comfy queen-sized bed, and we can add a cot upon request. The cabin also has WIFI, electricity, a heater, and a window AC unit.
Pets are welcome in our large fenced yard; there's even a doggy door so your pet can go in and out of the cabin as it pleases. We’re also surrounded by large fields where you can run your dog.
Kayakers and rafters are welcome! We're only 15 minutes to some of the best whitewater in Colorado. The Cache La Poudre River is protected as one of the last "Wild and Scenic" rivers in the United States.
From DIA take Groome Transportation Shuttle right to our doorstep ~$48. Once in Fort Collins, many transportation options exist, including bus, bike rentals, Spin scooters, Lyft, and Uber.

Guests can access the cabin 24 hours a day using private access and keypad lock. You’re also welcome to light-up a fire in the patio fireplace, use propane BBQ grill and hangout there as much as you please (being respectful of host and neighbors' sleeping patterns of course). Guests are not allowed in main house.

Old town is 2 miles away. We have an access point to the Poudre river trail just one block away. TV connects to Netflix. Wood for stove provided upon request.

Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).

This space is small, a little under 200 sq ft. in total space. Perfect size for a couple or single person. We run another guesthouse unit on the other side of the yard. We have 2 cats and 1 small staffy who you may see, so we will ask that you always keep the gate closed. She will bark at you but is completely harmless.

We have a couple outdoor seating areas that we do not maintain as part of the listing but you are welcome to use if you need some fresh air! You will have a designated parking space near the unit which is outside the gate and facing the alley.

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city.
Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.
The space
The Garden Studio is a one room studio with your bedroom, dining room space, and living room area all together. It is located in the backyard of a historic Old Town Fort Collins home, and the backyard is a shared space with the residents of the main home. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a shower and large vanity. The vintage dining table pulls out to also function as a writing desk, if you need space to work while you're visiting. Speaking of work, we have fast WiFi at 107 Mbps. Fort Collins is known to be a bicycle friendly city, and we have two cruiser bikes available for use, if you'd like to engage in the local culture. You are welcome to use either of our two picnic tables in the backyard space for dining al fresco or just enjoying being outside when the weather is nice.

The space
We bought our home in 1998. Our property sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in charming Old Town Windsor adjacent to Main Park. Our home was built in 1913 and we added onto the home in 2018, doubling its size. Passersby often remark that it's their favorite house in Windsor.
To compliment the many mature trees, over the last 25 years, we've created a large water feature in the backyard with waterfalls and a 5'-deep pond, a sunken patio, flower gardens, and flagstone paths.
We built a detached garage with the 850 square-foot Guesthouse apartment above it in 2004. In 2024, the upstairs apartment was fully remodeled with a brand new kitchen and bath and opened for guests as an AirBNB.
The open studio floorplan is a bright space with lots of natural light from the 4 skylights and south-facing windows that overlook the pond, Main Park and Windsor's Town Hall built in 1909.

The second-floor studio apartment Guesthouse is above our detached garage located 50 feet from our main home. The garage is only used for storage so you won't be bothered by noise.
Guests have a private entrance with a smart lock and there's ample parking on the street in front of our home.

Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

The studio is just under 600 SF with a king size bed and full size pull out sofa (the sofa can comfortably fit one adult or 2 smaller children, we have a small portable bed if needed). The kitchenette is fully stocked with coffee maker, convection/air fryer/toaster, microwave, sink, refrigerator (with ice maker). There is high speed WIFI, TV w/ cable access, Netflix and Hulu. Convenient alley access w/ parking space for one full size car or SUV, otherwise on street parking, no permit required. Quiet and efficient Mitsubishi wall mounted mini split for heating and air conditioning, with remote to control settings.

We can accommodate up to 4 people in the studio. Ideally 3
adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. The pull-out bed is full

them up there for you.
PET RULES
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs and we hope to be able to
continue to do so.
• Pets must be housebroken.
• We do not have a fenced area for dogs to be outside
unattended; you’ll have to walk them. We’re half a block
away from the park.
• We’d prefer pets to stay off the furniture. Please use the
sheets provided to cover the sofa and the bed. Hair and
muddy paws are extremely difficult to clean (especially on
the bedding), please make sure your pets are clean and dry.
We have some old beach towels to help clean them off if
you need them.
• Please keep your pet on a leash
• Pick up after your dog. We have bags on the shelf above the
coat rack and they can also be found in several spots
around the library (one block west)
• Please don’t leave dogs unsupervised for extended periods
and we prefer you to crate dogs if left unattended.

Our dog is an old, grumpy rescue and has some health issues. Please don’t try and pet her, even if she’s wagging her tail. She will
realize she doesn’t know you and bite you if you try to pet her

Our home is older, simple, and surrounded by peaceful beauty. This is a former farm established in 1902, and the house is divided (we live in one half). It is surrounded by pastures, yet close to Old Town and the Poudre River Trail (10 minutes).

The houses was added on to over the years, and the newer section has been sectioned/locked off for separate private guest quarters, which includes the back portion of the house and the entire upstairs. Its a little hard to explain, but your space includes our large sun-room which houses the washer and dryer, and we've added a NO-COOK kitchenette with small refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave and toaster, with a small kitchen table, and also a two seat bar top, and a desk work area. It is perfect for people on the go, needing only warming up leftovers, as there is no “lounging” area. We do have a barbecue grill and amenities for you to enjoy if you’d like to cook small meals. There is NO AC but lots of fans.. The two private bedrooms and bath are up 14 steep stairs. One queen bed and one full bed and we also have a blowup mattress that is full size. (Front bedroom is large and can accommodate the mattress on the floor). A private entrance from the backyard is by key. There are picnic table and chairs, and horseshoe pit to enjoy out back. An outdoor paver patio area is exclusively yours to use, (we use a deck off the side of the house). There is an expansive backyard that we share with local dear, bunnies, raccoons and others. There is lots of off street parking, and a covered carport. Owner has a business Workshop on site (social enterprise of diverting valuable household resources from landfill, supporting local non-profits, and upcycling to local community) which should not interfere with the guests, or any enjoyment of the backyard and gardens. Owners would love interaction at guests’ requests, and are always available for local suggestions, and will be in residence of the main house during guests' stay. Please note: there is no Air Conditioning, but lots of fans.

Guests share the garden, yard and pastures. We live in the main house, some noise could be heard. There is an exclusive no-cook kitchenette area for guests to enjoy coffee, snacks and use of mini refrigerator. Coffee, tea, cream are provided. A take one-leave-one local only beer tradition prevails. We have an outdoor barbecue grill for guest use.
Two upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, dedicated workspace and sun room are for exclusive guest use, with private entrance.
The space is especially perfect for visiting CSU students and parents as there are two separate bedrooms. It is also ideal for people who are exploring the award winning restaurants in town and can warm up leftovers in the microwave. Lounging in this space is limited to tables, chairs and barstools, but no couches. Our yard and garden has camping chairs, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs to hang out and relax. There’s no A/C but lots of fans. Wi-Fi and Roku available.

The Charmhouse guest quarters shares property Owner in residence with a Workshop during the summer months, which would not impact the privacy of the guest quarters, backyard, gardens and pasture at all. Parking areas are separate, with plenty of parking and room for guests staying in house.
We welcome one small crate trained four legged family member with an added rental fee. A limit of 2 hours left alone is requested, as it breaks our hearts to hear your pet cry for you.
We are really tucked away, so please make sure I have given you explicit directions to find us-- maps are misleading! We share the private easement to gain access to our property with our only neighbor, whom we adore! Please drive slowly on the easement as you pass their house in order to get our home.

This is a comfy & cozy unit in the perfect downtown location in a quiet neighborhood! This tiny living space features a KING size bed, AC/heat unit, walk in shower, heated bathroom, bidet, coffee maker, smart TV, full kitchen amenities, washer/dryer combo unit and an inviting "feel at home" aesthetic.
Driveway parking for one vehicle that is accessed via an alley.
You will be on the second floor of a two story building. There is a unit below so we ask you to be respectful for the peace of the guests staying below 😊

Impala Place is your house in Fort Collins! Our newly remodeled farmhouse style studio offers a full bed, couch, full kitchen, laundry area and a small bathroom. The guest house is separate, but attached to our house. Enjoy your own private entrance, private fenced in yard, and lots of parking space. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just 8-9 min drive to Old Town and close to the foothills with reservoir and hiking/biking trailheads close by.
The space
The main space is a newly remodeled studio that features a couch and a tv (with Netflix and Hulu), a full bed, and a cute remodeled kitchen with a breakfast nook. The door on the right leads to the laundry area (with free washer and dryer) and a small bathroom with a shower. The door on the left leads to an outdoor patio with a fenced-in side yard.
Guest access
Guests have access to the studio, laundry, bathroom and side yard. From the laundry area there are doors to the main house and our backyard, which are private areas used by us and our 2 dogs. We ask guests to not use those areas.
We might need to use the laundry area every now and then. We’ll try our best to not do so and to respect your privacy.

The space
LOG CABIN
~1150 sq.ft. layout includes heated floors, radiators, AC, loft bd rm + office nook, 2nd bd rm, kitchen, claw foot tub, laundry, living / dining area w/ wood stove & deck.
The 2 bedroom guest cabin shares a wall with our main home, but is otherwise separate. No ventilation is shared. You may see our family around - on the deck or in the yard.
The cabin has heated radiant flooring throughout to keep the temperature cozy & consistent. The electric baseboard heaters are auxiliary for very cold temps. The wood stove is an optional source of heat (1 bundle of wood is provided).
WOOD STOVE: Responsible adults with previous wood stove experience are welcome to use the wood stove.
AC: Air conditioning is currently via quiet U-shaped window units that allow the windows to open and are removed in the winter.
DECK
The deck wraps around most of the house but we leave the guest section to you, except occasionally when used as an exit to the yard.
YARD: the fenced in side-yard adjacent to the deck on the south side is available for guest use as a dog run. It is sloped, partially shaded by trees, and has AstroTurf.
PARKING
You are free to park in front of the deck entrance or on the road (recommended during heavy snow or for cars with low clearance, as the driveway is steeper and has a berm at the top).
WILDLIFE
Please note, we are in the foothills and therefore have all sorts of wildlife around, most commonly mule deer and turkeys. Please don't leave trash outside and keep pets on a leash.

The entire guest cabin and south deck area are for guest use. Fenced in side-yard below the deck is also available for pets.
Note, the entrance to the left/center with the white storm door is for the host's family so the code is not provided. However, it is available as an emergency exit for guests.

We're happy to host guests for 1-9 months, depending on the season, with a possibility of longer terms. Inquires welcome!
Utilities are included in the price (for reasonable household use. Excessive use may incur costs to cover the excess). That includes WIFI, water, propane for the radiant flooring, trash service, and electricity. Firewood is an optional source of heat and is not provided but can be bought in town.
For 30 day + stays, consumables like paper towels and soap are not provided.
Optional small garage storage area for boxes/gear. Please inquire if interested.
For stays longer than 1 month:
- Additional discounts are available. Just ask.
- A paper mid-term lease after booking to cover all the bases and protect both parties is required.
- Signing off on renters insurance (which we cover) is only required for stays over 5 months.

Our bunkhouse is set on our 18 acre farm here in Loveland, CO. It is surrounded by agricultural properties and big views to the North, East, and West. J Girl Ranch has all the love of rural living (horses, cows, chickens, barn kitties, and a dog), but we are just a few miles from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The bungalow is one block from Colorado State University and steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, plus just a short walk to Old Town so the location has something for everyone. We are a fun loving couple that has lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and want to share our space along with all the best Fort Collins has to offer. Ask us about what our favorite hiking and biking trails, breweries, concert venues, and best happy hour spots are in town!
The space
This 340 square foot Bungalow is small but mighty! You’ll have complete privacy yet close to the heart of Fort Collins. There is one queen size bed, closet space with hangers and storage, washer/dryer, nicely stocked kitchen (minus a full stove however the space has a full fridge, microwave, full size toaster with built in air fryer, coffee pot and tea kettle). The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, soaps, face wash, and shampoo and conditioner.

Please note: This is a host-occupied property. We reside in the main residence at the front of the property and the bungalow is in the back with private alley access and a spacious yard with a privacy fence separating the two residences. We respect our guest’s privacy but are always available should you need anything.
You will access the bungalow through the back alley. There is one designated parking spot. If you have a large vehicle or you are staying during the weekday, we will need to get you a parking permit. We will just need your license plate number, state, and make/model of your vehicle. Please let us know ASAP if this is the case and we will take care of it as soon as you arrive.
