This is a private walk out basement-apartment. Independent entrance and parking included. Access is located on outside of house walking down using 8-10 stairs down to back yard. Newly renovated, freshly painted and beautifully decorated through out. Convenient location to a lot of major hospitals like, Anschutz Campus, Aurora Medical, Rose Medical, Buckley Airforce and DIA all about 15-25 minutes from. Wonderful variety of restaurants, coffee shops & grocery stores too, just minutes away. You will enjoy a spacious almost 1300 sq. ft., including large living room with mounted TVs in every room. Guest access is on the left side of house, there is a "hello" sign at the Left gate. You will go through gate and down the stairs, there is about 8-10 steps down to back yard. Then enter through white French doors under deck. Easy code door access.

Other things to note
This space is a basement to a single family home. We are a family living upstairs with younger children you may hear us but we really try to watch our noise levels. Reach out if you have any concerns about this.

The only shared space is the back yard, our daughters may go outside to play in the back yard.

Pets are welcome with no additional fees. The yard is not fenced but has large green spaces and plenty of outdoor seating to allow you to hang with your pup. Leashes are not mandatory while in the yard. Water & food dishes are provided in the unit. A cat box is not provided.

Keep it simple at this modern peaceful place in the center of Aurora! This guesthouse has everything private for our guests with a spacious yard and living area. Close to I-225 and the Florida H-line station, you can get anywhere easily from this location. Moreover, there are some amazing trails nearby for walking and biking. Stay at this wonderful home to truly experience Aurora and Denver!

Central Location: 25 Mins to Downtown Denver and Airport, 10 Mins to UCHealth and Aurora Sports Park.

The space
The Casita has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet. One of the closets has an inflatable king-size mattress with a built-in pump that can be put in the living room or kitchen area. The Casita has an open living concept where walls do not separate the living room and kitchen.

Board games are available in the living room for fun gatherings with friends and family.

Guests have a private entrance and a private yard allowing them to enjoy the Colorado weather in a private setting. The yard has a grill and a firepit that can be used for cozy gatherings.

The Casita is a perfect place for family and friends to have space while also being close to each other!

Guest access
Guests have access to any part in the guesthouse and it's private yard. Guests will be sent two codes a day before their arrival so they can access the wooden gate door and front door of the guesthouse.

Other things to note
Please note that the guesthouse is entirely smoke-free and that pets are not allowed. Although, we have a cleaning fee please note that it is only for standard cleaning, if for whatever reason guests leave the place in very unsatisfactory conditions such as stains on the sofas or beds, we can charge an extra cleaning fee on top of the standard one. Propane tanks are also available for the firepit and grill, however, we can not guarantee that they're filled. We are centrally located to many stores that offer propane refills. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us on the airbnb app!
