Welcome to Casa Verde! It is centrally-located to downtown Woodland Park and Memorial Park. It is only an 8 minute drive to Charis Bible College. House Rules & Notes

We want your stay at the Luxe Loft to be relaxing, comfortable, and memorable. To ensure the best experience for all guests, please note the following:

No Pets – We love animals, but pets are not allowed in the Luxe Loft. If you’re missing your fur baby during your stay, our friendly Pomeranian is always happy to offer free snuggles and tail wags.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Luxe Loft. If you smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of waste properly. The designated smoking/vaping area is the lower level in the backyard, down the steps.

Quiet Hours – Please be respectful of neighbors and fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Hot Tub Etiquette – The hot tub is shared with other guests and should be used respectfully. No glass containers, and please shower before use. Towels for the hot tub are provided in the laundry area.

Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Parking – Free designated parking is provided for Luxe Loft guests. Please park only in the spaces assigned to you.
