4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains.
The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai.

There are several bike paths and parks located blocks from the house. Several beautiful hiking spots just minutes away. 420 friendly, please smoke outside.
The space
I live in the house on the main level with two fur babies (Tessa and Roxy) they are rescued and can get anxious with strangers. They only are let out for potty. There is noise carried down into basement, mostly from us walking in main level. Noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.
Great central location just 15 min from downtown, 15 min from the mountains, and 15 min from Red Rocks amphitheater/park. Quiet neighborhood with street parking.

The fireplace and the remainder of the lawn are off-limits. You will notice fencing extending from the chicken coop around the raised garden bed—this is the designated space reserved exclusively for guest use. (We do not have chickens at this time).
Other things to note
If you wish to order food feel free to walk up 14th to the front of the house and pick it up on our front porch. As stated in the property description we do not have a stovetop or a stove, just a microwave and toaster.

When you enter the unit, the bathroom is on the left, living room straight ahead with a full kitchen. Includes all major appliances (Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, French press and hot water kettle), cook ware, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils. Bedroom is off the living room with a washer and dryer in the closet. The private unit is at the back of the house so the back deck is virtually private with a quarter of our acre beyond the deck. We have a lot of room for parking. If you have a camper or trailer in tow, there is room to park that as well.

From October-May, we highly recommend all wheel drive vehicles or new vehicles with great tires for snow! The last little stretch of road to our home is very steep, and can be a problem for unprepared vehicles in the snow.
