Light and bright for a basement apartment. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 6 -with access to the Mountains, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater or a few miles East to Downtown Denver.

The entire basement apartment space is private to the guests. You even have your own Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, all you can use!There is a patio area for guest use just outside the unit with a picnic bench and a Small Charcoal BBQ Grill...Driveway Parking okay all the way to the right side.

This is a garden-level (basement) apartment. The apartment is around 900 square feet. It has air conditioning to stay cool and comfortable and get a break from the heat in warm months.

Ceilings in most of the apartment are 6 feet 9 ½ inches high. There are two small areas where the ceiling lowers due to air ducts in the ceiling. One small area dips briefly to 6 ft. 1 ½ in then raises again to 6 ft. 9 ½ in. A smaller area dips briefly to 5 ft. 11 ½ in then raises again to 6 ft. 9 ½ in. If you are a taller person, you might have to duck a bit in those two small areas. I personally am 6 ft. 2 in. tall and have no issues.

There is central heating in cold months. We have placed a plush blanket in each dresser, and in the storage compartment under the sofa bed, in case you want to feel extra cozy.

Everything has been renovated. It has a well-stocked kitchen with lots of amenities.

Well-behaved, friendly pets are welcome at our home with an additional cleaning fee of $30.

For any hard-to-remove accidents your four-legged loved one might have in the home, you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee. The booking guest will be liable for any damage caused by pets.

You will have a private, fenced-off patio area that includes a patio table and chairs. Please pick up and dispose of any mess. There is also a park just across the street, which is a perfect place for dog walking.

I live upstairs with two small dogs and two cats. You will hear us moving around. This might not be the right rental for you if you are especially noise-sensitive, although there are disposable ear plugs and a white-noise machine for your use located in each bedroom nightstand.

You will have the entire bottom floor apartment with your own private entrance. You will also have a private, fenced-off patio area with a patio table and chairs.

There is also a park just across the street, which is a great place for dog walking or playing basketball.

This is not a place for parties. There are plenty of wonderful venues to do that nearby. Afterwards, you can take Uber or Light Rail safely back to the apartment.

The apartment is in a dynamic urban neighborhood. You never have to go far to find what you need, and downtown Denver is just a few minutes away. We love our neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, and we look out for each other. It is diverse, with people of various socio-economic levels. As a large city, the Denver-Metro area (including our neighborhood) has a large homeless population, and sometimes the liveliness of the city can be heard.

With that said, we feel very safe here and love being near practically everything. Your apartment has many safety features for your peace of mind, including active-deterrence security cameras outside, security bars on the windows (including bars over the window wells that are removable from the inside for emergency escape), and motion-detecting security lights all around the premises. The deadbolt on the door also has a built-in alarm which can be enabled at your request.

We also have room-darkening blinds, white-noise machines, sleep masks, and disposable earplugs to help you tune out the outside world and enjoy your vacation getaway.

I didn't even let her know until after the check-in time. She immediately went to work to get another client so she could refund me our money. How nice was that. NEW (1.5 yr old) Mother-in-law SUITE, in the NEW Red Rocks Ranch Community

NEW fully furnished modern ‘Mother-in-law Suite’ (or ‘NextGen Suite) that is like a small home attached to our Superhome (like an apartment attached to our SuperHome) in an incredible location; located in the NEW Red Rocks Ranch Community (off of C-470 & Morrison Rd).

Built in August 2023, our SuperHome has an amazing Suite attached, with its own entrance, and includes all the necessities and wants. The Master Suite bedroom has a large King Bed with memory-foam mattress, 2 nightstands, a Walk-in closet (half with some stored items), and a ‘Retreat’ area with a large dresser and a work desk with one monitor & printer. Also has a bench with cubbies just below the 75-inch Large screen (walk-mounted) Smart TV (with Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, Prime Video, AppleTV, Hulu, and DisneyPlus). Includes sheet sets, comforter/bedspread, and blankets. Also includes a new LARGE room humidifier.

The master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower, and toilet (closed door) with a separate modern sink/counter/cabinet area (separated by the bathroom entrance door). The room also has a back deck (shared across the back of the house with the main house as well - large long deck, easy to be divided). Includes towels, bath sheets, hand towels, and wash clothes.

The suite includes a hall closet with a new LARGE stackable washer/dryer combo (the latest size available for a stackable), and another hallway coat closet.

There is also a small kitchen/kitchenette, dining, and living room. The kitchen has a very nice clean full size refrigerator/freezer, small microwave, small toaster oven, and single Kuerig coffee machine; dishes, cups, mugs, silverware, towels and other small kitchen supplies. The Kitchen/dining area includes a dining table with seating up to 4.

The living room has a new small size sectional sofa, with recliner; a large separate recliner rocking chair; and a small TV stand with another large (65-inch) screen Smart TV (with Netflix, Peacock, Paramount, Prime Video, AppleTV, Hulu, and DisneyPlus).

This unit is in the lower level of our house, which access is completely separated from our unit upstairs. We are very quiet people and the neighborhood we live in is just as quiet.

Access to the unit is in the rear of our house. Upon entry, you’re met with a 4’x7’ landing with stairs leading down to the unit. The dining area is ahead as you land, to the right is the living room, to the left is our brand new kitchen complete with everything you need and extras (complete set of Calphalon tri ply stainless steel cookware, Keurig K-mini plus coffee maker with reusable pod, Kitchenaid stand mixer, Breville Super Q blender with personal cup, Cuisinart immersion blender, Cuisinart toaster, microwave, table service for 6. Immediately to the right of the stairs is the first bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet and access to the bathroom. Down the hallway from the kitchen is the laundry room, then the second bedroom with a queen size bed and ample closet space. At the end of the hallway is the second door to the bathroom adjoined to the first bedroom. The unit is 1,500 sq. ft and we hope you’ll find it’s home away from home.

A note on pets: my husband and I have severe allergies to pet dander and since our HVAC system is connected, we do not allow pets. Thank you for your understanding.

Hoang also had supplied the apartment with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and Pantene hair products which was incredibly helpful!! We were staying there for a wedding weekend for several events planned in Golden and it was not far. Great place."

Lawn Care & Spa Maintenance

Please note the following regarding property maintenance:

Lawn Care: The lawn care team comes by on Fridays during the season and will shovel snow as necessary during the winter. They arrive based on their route, so we won't be able to notify you in advance of their exact arrival time.

Spa Maintenance: Spa maintenance team stops by on Thursdays during your stay to service the hot tub. They will not need access to the house, and they should not ring the doorbell. We will do our best to notify you if they plan to stop by during your stay, but their exact time of arrival is not always known.

We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out!

Pet Policy: Upon request and approval, we allow dogs up to 60 pounds for a fee of $20 per pet, per night, with a maximum of two dogs. If you bring a pet without disclosure, or if your dog exceeds 60 pounds, a fee of $200 per pet, per stay will apply. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Guests must clean up after their pets, as excessive hair, dirt, or stains will result in a $100 cleaning fee. You have access to a fully fenced yard, and dog waste must be removed promptly. Dogs cannot be left alone unless crated. Aggressive behavior or excessive barking is not tolerated, and complaints may result in eviction.

You will have full access to the house during your stay, with the exception of the owner’s closet and the garage, which will remain locked. These areas are reserved for storage and are not accessible to guests.

All other areas, including the bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, private backyard, and hot tub, are available for you to enjoy.

Our space: We have a 4 level home. Our family is on the top two levels. Your space is in a locked, private area with its own entrance on the bottom two levels. Your yard is fully fenced in and it’s about 600sq ft. You will enjoy a hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pit/dining table with 6 luxury chairs and 2 extra metal chairs to pull up, if needed. We love hearing the joyful noise of our guests enjoying themselves and you may hear some of our joyful noises, but we've never had issues with either. Many of our guests use our place for a central meeting spot to gather and we are yet to have any issues with sound. Just be sure to communicate and get approval for any guests who are visiting but are not indicated on your reservation to the hosts.

Main bedroom has a new king size memory foam mattress with all new bedding and pillows. Retro couch folds out into a single sleeper (would fit 2 kids). Dimmable and color changing light in the ceiling fan, full length mirror, and live stream TV. Music themed with a wall of speakers.

Second bedroom has an incredibly comfy queen bed with all new pillows and beddin. Oscilating fan, full length mirror, live stream TV and retro couch. A fun and colorful Banksy DJ Monkey, live moss, and vintage records grace this room.

But we enjoyed watching the Olympics on the BIG tv and we also made good use of the washer/dryer as we had bought new sheets for our college-bound kid and it was nice to give them a preliminary wash. What is truly amazing about this property is it’s proximity to everything! 15 mins from downtown Denver, 15 mins to Red Rocks amphitheater, 1/2 mile to beautiful trail running or mt biking at Green Mountain. Shoot down 6th Ave to I 70 and you are on your way to a great day ski adventure. There are ample restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 mins of the property. If you do not have a vehicle, the light rail is a 10 min walk from where you’re staying. Truly the best of all worlds!

The property is a three-level townhome. Your accommodations would be a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the upper level with beautiful sneak peaks of Denver in the horizon. You would also have access to the shared living areas on the main floor. This bedroom is equipped with everything you need for a private stay including a TV, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker.
On the main level of the home you will find a fully stocked kitchen. Adjacent is the large and cozy living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and large screen tv. Out the Double window doors to a large elevated deck with a sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee, and listen to the relaxing sounds of the koi pond with waterfalls which lies on our property next door. There is a large grill on the deck also available for your use anytime:)
There is a two car driveway outside the Main entrance to the home available for parking your vehicle.

During your stay
This home has three master bedrooms with private en-suite which we are currently renting. You will share the living areas with the other guests if the additional spaces are rented. My wife Katina and I live in the townhome next door and are regularly at the property with our dog Maggie ensuring the cleanliness and servicing of the common areas. We are readily available to accommodate any of your needs.

This new construction 2 bedroom/ 4 bathroom townhome is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and there is an elementary school nearby. It was built in February 2022. Everything including appliances is brand new.

This house is 3 stories with 1,416 sq. ft. of living space that has a spacious open concept layout. All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

FIRST FLOOR:
- The first floor is the entrance of the house with a closet available to hang jackets.
- There is a half bath on this floor

SECOND FLOOR (MAIN FLOOR):
- The second floor is the main floor with an open concept kitchen, dining space, living room and another half bath.
Kitchen amenities: stocked with all necessary cooking supplies/ pots and pans/ utensils/ dishware/wine glasses/ cooking oil/ spices/ coffee and tea.

Beautiful spacious house, big fire place, cool 420 porch, gorgeous back yard. Meet other travelers and enjoy the city! 8 minute drive to downtown, 15 minutes to red rocks. Shopping and public transport nearby! :) short walk to the wadsworth light rail station! This is a separate sectioned off room, within a bunk room. You will have 2 large closets and 2 large windows dedicated to you but the wall between you and others is more of a heavy duty divider.

Quiet hours are 11PM-7am so it's also a great spot for business travelers (but he sure you are comfortable sleeping in the same room as others). 3+ separate social areas including a beautiful backyard and large indoor wood fireplace (bring your own wood). Very comfortable and clean. Hosts are always available to help with anything you may need. I have been living in Denver for 20+ years and am very well connected.
