Worth noting:
1) The floor above you is occupied. Expect some 1950's floor creaking personality from footsteps & other muffled noises. Similar to hotel noises but definitely worth the luxury feel and all the other features.
2) This unit does not have a true full kitchen. You have a full sized refrigerator. Microwave. Toaster oven, induction cook-top, large sink, all the utensils, pots, plates, glasses forks. It should meet your needs unless you want to cook a full gourmet meal.

Light and bright for a basement apartment. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 6 -with access to the Mountains, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater or a few miles East to Downtown Denver.
The entire basement apartment space is private to the guests. You even have your own Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, all you can use!There is a patio area for guest use just outside the unit with a picnic bench and a Small Charcoal BBQ Grill...Driveway Parking okay all the way to the right side.

Quiet residential neighborhood...Walmart is VERY close by, as well as the BelMar Shopping district. Hop on the hwy and you are in downtown Denver within 10 minutes! Or the other way to the mountain communities and RedRocks Amphitheater.
Super close to Light Rail Park and Ride at 10th Ave and Wadsworth, a few blocks from Wadsworth where you can access the Bus lines.
Cats reside on the property, but will not be inside the basement apartment.

This is a garden-level (basement) apartment. The apartment is around 900 square feet. It has air conditioning to stay cool and comfortable and get a break from the heat in warm months.
Ceilings in most of the apartment are 6 feet 9 ½ inches high. There are two small areas where the ceiling lowers due to air ducts in the ceiling. One small area dips briefly to 6 ft. 1 ½ in then raises again to 6 ft. 9 ½ in. A smaller area dips briefly to 5 ft. 11 ½ in then raises again to 6 ft. 9 ½ in. If you are a taller person, you might have to duck a bit in those two small areas. I personally am 6 ft. 2 in. tall and have no issues.
There is central heating in cold months. We have placed a plush blanket in each dresser, and in the storage compartment under the sofa bed, in case you want to feel extra cozy.
Everything has been renovated. It has a well-stocked kitchen with lots of amenities.
Well-behaved, friendly pets are welcome at our home with an additional cleaning fee of $30.
For any hard-to-remove accidents your four-legged loved one might have in the home, you will be charged an additional professional cleaning fee. The booking guest will be liable for any damage caused by pets.
You will have a private, fenced-off patio area that includes a patio table and chairs. Please pick up and dispose of any mess. There is also a park just across the street, which is a perfect place for dog walking.
I live upstairs with two small dogs and two cats. You will hear us moving around. This might not be the right rental for you if you are especially noise-sensitive, although there are disposable ear plugs and a white-noise machine for your use located in each bedroom nightstand.
You will have the entire bottom floor apartment with your own private entrance. You will also have a private, fenced-off patio area with a patio table and chairs.
There is also a park just across the street, which is a great place for dog walking or playing basketball.
This is not a place for parties. There are plenty of wonderful venues to do that nearby. Afterwards, you can take Uber or Light Rail safely back to the apartment.
The apartment is in a dynamic urban neighborhood. You never have to go far to find what you need, and downtown Denver is just a few minutes away. We love our neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, and we look out for each other. It is diverse, with people of various socio-economic levels. As a large city, the Denver-Metro area (including our neighborhood) has a large homeless population, and sometimes the liveliness of the city can be heard.
With that said, we feel very safe here and love being near practically everything. Your apartment has many safety features for your peace of mind, including active-deterrence security cameras outside, security bars on the windows (including bars over the window wells that are removable from the inside for emergency escape), and motion-detecting security lights all around the premises. The deadbolt on the door also has a built-in alarm which can be enabled at your request.
We also have room-darkening blinds, white-noise machines, sleep masks, and disposable earplugs to help you tune out the outside world and enjoy your vacation getaway.

Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. This unit has a window ac unit for the summer months that keeps the place nice and cool. There is not central AC.

Beautifully built newly constructed apartment. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with a fold out full bed. High end cabinets and finish level throughout space. Two TV's for relaxing and dining room table that can seat 4. Steps away from Belmar Park and recreational activities. Views of neighbors with horses and an equestrian ring at the end of the street. Our space: We have a 4 level home. Our family is on the top two levels. Your space is in a locked, private area with its own entrance on the bottom two levels. Your yard is fully fenced in and it’s about 600sq ft. You will enjoy a hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pit/dining table with 6 luxury chairs and 2 extra metal chairs to pull up, if needed. We love hearing the joyful noise of our guests enjoying themselves and you may hear some of our joyful noises, but we've never had issues with either. Many of our guests use our place for a central meeting spot to gather and we are yet to have any issues with sound. Just be sure to communicate and get approval for any guests who are visiting but are not indicated on your reservation to the hosts.
Main bedroom has a new king size memory foam mattress with all new bedding and pillows. Retro couch folds out into a single sleeper (would fit 2 kids). Dimmable and color changing light in the ceiling fan, full length mirror, and live stream TV. Music themed with a wall of speakers.
Second bedroom has an incredibly comfy queen bed with all new pillows and beddin. Oscilating fan, full length mirror, live stream TV and retro couch. A fun and colorful Banksy DJ Monkey, live moss, and vintage records grace this room.
Kitchenette includes sink, Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate pods, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, blender, hot plate with 2 basic pans for boiling or frying, large crockpot, Instapot upon request, flatware, dishes, paper plates, towels, and utensils. Individual serving condiments of coffee creamer, jelly, peanut butter, butter, ketchup, mayo and mustard are supplied. Snacks and spices also offered in the kitchenette.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE ANY GATHERINGS IF MORE PEOPLE THAN LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE JOINING. We are fine with extra people gathering (not staying the night) as long as guests communicate how many are attending and understand they still need to leave the space clean and picked up. Please communicate upon booking to assure you can host the gathering you envision. - "My daughter and I stayed for three nights while visiting family. The pictures are accurate. The bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Two towels and wash cloths were available. No hand soap. The area was of the main road and it was quiet. The downsides were the door too the bathroom stuck and wouldn't close. The rug on the room floor was gross and made our feet black. We had to take off all the bedding before leaving which for the price you'd think they would. Also you had to take out your own trash but they only have you two trash cans with little bags. It was a good find but I think they ask you to do a lot for the situation. Overall I may stay there again but I would want to stay longer than the three days to make it worth all the fee's."

Private entrance to the garden level apartment (lower part of a large ranch home). Fast Internet, Comcast, comfortable, clean with access to washer & dryer. Gorgeous views from your private deck facing the front range of the Colorado Rockies.
About 10 minutes to Red Rocks and 20 minutes to Denver, CO and 5 minutes from Fox Hollow Golf Course. Fully furnished and parking is available in front of the house on the street.
Cleaning Service is provided every 2 weeks. This is a quiet neighborhood and quiet after 9pm.

We went to a concert at Red Rocks and it only took us 10-15 minutes to get there and back. The apartment is well stocked, with a good supply of dishes, pots and pans, towels, coffee pods. The furniture is dated but comfortable. Communication and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again - danzina was a very friendly host!"

The apartment complex and area are safe, but please be aware that, as with most of Denver Metro right now, this area sees some homelessness. We've never had any issues with anyone, but I know some people may be sensitive to potentially seeing homelessness in the neighborhood, so please keep this in mind when booking.
Also, this complex has a zero tolerance policy for parties. We have strict rules in place and large groups are prohibited along with loud music. If you are looking to book a space to party in, please look elsewhere. Thank you.

This home offers an open concept, eat-in kitchen perfect for enjoying a sit down meal. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked (coffee maker with coffee provided, toaster oven, convection oven, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner cooktop, griddle, blender, gas grill, and a crock pot!). After meals, relax in the family room with heated electric fireplace to read a book, play a game, or watch a movie or sporting event on the smart TV. There is one bedroom with a smart TV and huge walk-in closet, and a bathroom with extra storage. Also, includes a sit/stand workspace with office chair, and a laundry room.

You access the house through the garage, which you will be given a code and a garage door opener. You will enter into the laundry room, take a right, and enter the provided code for the basement. The space is completely private aside from the shared laundry room.
Other things to note
I have two very friendly dogs, Lucy and Ranger. They are not allowed in the basement or shared laundry space, so you won’t have interaction with them (unless you want!), but if you have dog allergies, this may not be suitable for your needs. Also, this does contribute to a small amount of noise due to their nails on the floor above and the occasional barking.

The private apartment is close to parks, Red Rocks, CO Rockies, Bear Creek Campsites, entrance to I-70. From your private deck, you can see the front range on a clear day. Perfect for short term stay or more. Apartment is at the lower level of the home. The location a very QUIET neighborhood. CO Bronco Stadium is about 25 minutes or 10 miles. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families, plus ideal for remote work.

The apartment is at the garden level of the house, which is a ranch style home. Upstairs is where the host resides, while the downstairs are for the AirBnB guests.
There are 2 bedrooms w/ 3 Q beds and a bathroom. Fully equipped with a kitchen, living room and dining room, plus a desk for remote work.

Simplistic amenities at the moment as I just moved here, but the building is literally brand new, fifteen minutes on the train from the city, and has all new appliances including a high efficiency washer and dryer. You're also welcome to use my expensive air fryer. There is plenty of free parking in the area and we have a community patio with a large gas grill and fire pits for a chilly night in.
The space
All of the finishes and fixtures in the unit are brand new and contemporary. The kitchen and living space have wood flooring and the bedroom is carpeted. I have a brand new Sealy memory foam mattress with cooling technology in the bedroom and a nice inflatable mattress that will be provided for additional guests in the living room. I haven't purchased bedding yet but will re-take the photos when I do. Both beds are queen and will have two pillows. In the kitchen I can currently provide equipment to make fresh ground coffee and loose tea, a small single use blender, large dual bin air fryer, and enough equipment, tableware, glassware, and cutlery for preparing basic meals. There is a dishwasher in the unit and you are welcome to use any of my dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and cleaning supplies. Laundry detergent will also be available. The bathroom is tiled and clean towels and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be left for you on the counters. There is a Walmart in walking distance should you need anything else or groceries.
Regarding bedding, I also haven't purchased stools yet for the kitchen island but will soon. The photos as you see them currently are what I am able to provide but again will be purchasing more and updating them as I do.
I have stayed all over the world with AirBnB but am new to hosting, so please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I can provide to make your and other guests stay with me more accommodating and memorable.

Also, this complex has a zero tolerance policy for parties. We have strict rules in place and large groups are prohibited along with loud music. If you are looking to book a space to party in, please look elsewhere. Thank you.

- This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. :) This just means no loud music/yelling et, but please watch movies, cook, enjoy life, this does not mean silence, just quiet enjoyment, I follow the same policy so as to not disturb you :)

any guest I have are very quiet professionals, there are no children above and we don't wear shoes in the house so noise should never be an issue! Loud voices can carry through ductwork as the entire home is on one AC system, If you are a very light sleeper, I recommend Hearos Xtreme blue earplugs (on amazon). I also proved sound machines in the bedrooms.

Parking is available for one vehicle only in the driveway in front of garage. (Garage parking may be offered in the future)
The basement apartment is accessed in the back of the 4 unit row houses. Go around the end unit adjacent to the apartment and to the pathway between building and lake. The path is approximately 8 feet long and has an incline as it approaches the property gate entrance.
The key to enter is kept in the numeric lock and should be left there when your reserved tenancy is over.
Prior to check in, luggage and other personal possessions can be left in the garage after notifying the person or persons residing in the main level. This should be pre arranged with owner prior to arrival with an estimated arrival time.
Other things to note
The neighbors to the right, as you’re facing the lake, are long-term residents. They are friendly and likely to introduce themselves; however, they are very respectful of your privacy. If you are using the patio, they will remain in their home.
Please be conscious and courteous of others living above and on the sides of you. This is a quiet area and sounds do not transmit through the walls but loud sounds do transfer through open windows and doors.
