The kitchen has full-size appliances, utensils, pots and pans, and cooking utensils are included. Even a dishwasher and in-suite washer and dryer.

What you can't see from the pictures is how charming and fun it is to look down onto the downtown activities from the rooftop, to look at the moonrise over the mountains, or to hear the marching band warming up in the back parking lot. The little touches are what makes this place special. Among the books on the shelves was a photo album of how this space went from the attic of a business to a charming apartment. The bathroom drawer had a blow dryer, but also q-tips and nail clippers. The fridge came stocked with orange juice, yogurt, and bagels. We loved our stay and could not get over what a truly delightful spot this was."

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment is in a great location for visiting Logan, Utah. It's within walking distance of both USU and Downtown and near the mouth of Logan Canyon. Centrally located in the 'Island' neighborhood.
It is a bright basement apartment, with full size windows in the main living area and kitchen. While there are two other apartments on site, this feels very private with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Great access to the shared backyard & plenty of parking.
You'll have your own private entrance but please note that there are two other units in this home, one of which is above you on the main floor and you may hear footsteps above or muffled voices from time to time. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels but do recommend booking another property if you feel this may be an issue.
The home was built in 1962 and has been updated but still has some of it's original charm. It's located on a scenic road heading to Logan Canyon, there are walking trails and a river right across the street.
There are 2 dedicated parking spots in the driveway but is plenty of parking on the street. Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, fast Wi-Fi, as well as a shared backyard. Please note there is no air conditioner in the unit, but where its a basement unit it stays very cool (read the reviews, even in middle of the summer!). We provide several tower fans just in case.
Access to your own two bedroom apartment, self check-in with smart lock keyless entry. Access to the unit is around the NE side (left) behind the home. There are some solar lights along the path for later check ins.
Most guest prefer a more hands off experience with self-check in, but we are happy to meet you and let you in should you prefer it, we live close by and can help if needed.
Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street and the Little Logan River. Walking distance to both USU and Downtown.

Bright and cozy basement studio apartment in a great location! Centrally located near USU and Downtown. It has a large window that provides lots of light. Brand new and very comfy queen bed, full kitchen, and w/d in unit with a private entrance with two comfy chairs at the end of the bed to lounge.
Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue!

*PLEASE NOTE: We want all our guests to feel comfortable during their stay, so we thought it would be helpful to mention that there are a few features in the home that might require a bit of extra attention. For instance, there are 6 to 8 stairs at the entrance and a small carpet ledge leading into one of the bedrooms. If you prefer accommodations with fewer steps or obstacles, we recommend considering this before booking. We're here to ensure you have a wonderful experience! :)
The home is a triplex! You will have private access to the entire main floor, where the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, master bedroom and living room are located. 2 more bedrooms are upstairs (16 carpeted stairs)
There are 2 basement apartments with separate entrances.
You will also have access to the shared laundry room, which can be accessed on the outside, side of the home. The laundry has its own closed room and is free for guests to use. (You can grab laundry detergent at the Smith’s grocery store just across the corner).

Sometimes it snows in Logan! From November 15 to March 15, you should not park overnight in the front of the home on the street, Logan City will give you a ticket. We have plenty of parking in the back lot.
We pay for snow removal on the property, but sometimes the company can get behind when heavy snow hits.
Totally safe neighborhood, we’ve never had a single issue. Security Cameras outside on entrances of home. Also a security camera securing the parking area out back.

We ask that you avoid exposing our laundry machines to large amounts of sand/dirt by rinsing off laundry in bathroom bathtub or sink prior to washing. Grill is available in the garage. Our place is located just inside of Cache Valley from Sardine Canyon, offering ideal access in or out of the valley. Cache Valley is beautiful and full of all kinds of recreational activities — walking, hiking, and biking trails, parks, and Hyrum Reservoir just 4 miles away!
This space is in the quiet country about 7 miles from Logan where you will find all kinds of restaurants, stores, and activities. Utah State University is about 20 minutes away.
For the safety of our guests and residents, we have a strict no pets, no smoking, no vaping, and no parties policy.

Just off of I-15 on the outskirts of Brigham City you will find an upscale home that is perfect for a family vacation, friend weekend, business travel or a relaxing couples getaway! Whether you are headed to Crystal Hot Springs or pickleball tournaments- have a wedding, family reunion, or funeral- or just need to hang out in Brigham City for a day or two, The Homestead is the perfect place for you. We are also less than an hour from Bear Lake to the Northeast, Promontory to the West, and Salt Lake to the South. We are surrounded by skiing in the winter and lakes and great hiking spots in the summer!
The Homestead includes the entire lower level (2500 sq ft) of this gorgeous, upscale home. It provides a private entrance for self check-in (11 steps) and outdoor cameras surrounding the home that record 24/7 for your security. Inside you will find 2,500 square feet of living space that includes a large family living space, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a large game room with pool and ping pong tables. You will also have access to the outdoor patio and yard games (weather permitting).
BEDROOMS:
On the south end of the family room you will find three dedicated bedrooms:
Room 1: The Homestead Room has a queen size bed (firm) with a NEW copper-infused mattress, a double trundle futon (soft), USB connection outlets and blackout blinds.
Room 2: The Bunk Room has a NEW double mattress (medium)/twin (memory foam topper) bunkbed, a double size futon trundle (firm), USB connection outlets and blackout blinds.
Room 3: The Bonus Room has a NEW, copper-infused queen size mattress (med) and a vanity for the ladies. This room does not have a closet or window, and has more personal stuff in it than the others. It's not normally included as part of the Airbnb, but for large groups we include it for the extra bed.
FAMILY ROOM:
The family room boasts a beautiful, extra tall ceiling with a 75" smart TV (TONS of viewing options!), karaoke and plenty of room for relaxing or playing games. In the family room you will find a large, comfortable sectional that seats 6+ (3 recliners- not for sleeping) and a sofabed (with a 'My Pillow' topper for comfort), sliding rocker and coffee table. You will also find 2 of our 4 fun, themed window wells that everyone will love!
GAME ROOM/SLUMBER PARTY ROOM:
A large game room has pool and ping pong, an electronic basketball game, and safe velcro bullseye target. You will also find a 65" tv in the game room that you can cast to from your phone or computer, and plenty of seating that can turn into more sleeping options! A pullout couch (firm twin), 2 pullout chairs (firm slim twins), 2 slim twin frames with mattresses (medium slim twins), and a roving futon. Of course, the space is best utilized by just bringing your own sleeping bags to throw out at night.

A pack and play, 2 baby booster seats, stroller, kiddie step stool, changing pad, night light and white noise machine.

KITCHEN/DINING:
The family room flows into the KITCHEN and small DINING room with seating for 4-8. There are additional table options as well (see below).
The kitchen is fully stocked with a waffle maker, smoothie machine, fondue pot, and cookie cutters. There are also the basics like pots and pans, a microwave, toaster, regular grill and for a little extra fun a crepe grill. We also have a Keurig cocoa/coffee maker- be sure to bring your own pods if you plan to use it.
BATHROOM:
In addition to the essentials (toilet and sink), the bathroom has a separate shower and tub and a very large mirror. Speaking of mirrors, there is a full-length mirror in The Homestead Room, a mirror in the Bunk Room, a full vanity in the Bonus Room, and extra mirrors under the bathroom sink and in the laundry room.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
Off of the kitchen you will find a wide hall connecting you to a large laundry room on the North end with a washer and dryer (laundry detergent supplied). You will also find all of the extras-- extra chairs, stools, tables, step stool, etc.
FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS:
Enjoy a dedicated workspace in The Bunk Room, including an option for printing. Ask for details.
GUESTS:
This pricing is for large groups up to 16 people. We can accommodate more people, but there will be additional charges that the Airbnb platform can not include in the initial charge. Be sure to tell us about your group so we can confirm any additional charges.
We understand that the game room and other amenities are a LOT of fun and you may want to share the fun with local family and friends. We are fine with that- just keep in mind that additional people means additional wear and tear on the property, additional risk to us, and increased use of resources. Therefore the following guidelines will apply to all visitors:
→ There will be a $10/day charge per person above the 4 listed on the initial booking
→ We must know in advance who is coming and have their names for our insurance.
→ No guests allowed during quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. Any person in the home during quiet hours (10p - 8a) will be included as an additional guest for the entire stay and there will be a $25/day charge for them.
Please note that there is a $500 Unauthorized Visitor Fee (+ applicable per person and group fees) if guests who have not been pre-approved are in the home or on the property at any time during your stay. These fees will be enforced by the Property Management Company (zero tolerance policy) and your host will no longer have the option to waive any fees. These fees are easy to avoid by simply keeping your on-site host informed about any extra guests you plan to invite. Inviting additional people to stay may incur additional fees since it increases the cost of hosting you in addition to wear and tear to the home. However, inviting people into the home without prior approval appears to be disingenuous, makes everything more complicated and will be uncomfortable for everyone involved. Just communicate! It will be much cheaper for you in the long run.
PARTY/CELEBRATION:
Small family/friend gatherings, parties and celebrations may be allowed during your stay by request and pre-approval ONLY. However, the following fees will apply:
→ ALL parties or celebrations must be pre-approved. No alcohol allowed without approval.
→ There will be a $250 mostly refundable deposit. Deposit will be refunded after clean-up is completed by our cleaning team as long as rules have been followed and there is no more than normal cleaning required. $45 will be kept to cover the cost of large group insurance.
→ A $10/person fee will apply for each approved attendee.
→ Having more people in the room than what has been arranged in advance and approved without written (text or messaging) permission will incur a $250 fee. We are happy to work with you if you are upfront and transparent with us. However, disingenuous behavior never feels right and ends up being uncomfortable for everyone involved, and very expensive for guests.
PARKING:
There is plenty of free parking at or near the B&B. There are 2 spaces in the driveway dedicated to B&B guests. However, we have up to 4 spots available, street parking (Spring/Summer/Fall), and a school parking lot across the street.
We do have the capability for EV charging. There is a $9/day charge fee to cover the additional electrical costs.
**IMPORTANT**
Please let us know the details of your group as soon after booking as possible. Do you have couples? singles? teens? kids? It is helpful for us to have this information as we make preparations for your group.

→ We do have a lot of quick turnarounds, so there will be a $50 late checkout fee unless late checkout is pre-approved.
→ Items from the home are not to be removed from the home for any reason. There will be a $99 charge plus the cost of the item if it is missing.
→ We live on the main level and are usually available to help if you have any needs arise. We are a very quiet couple (grandparents) and you normally won't hear us at all. However, we do love it when our grandkids come over, and you may hear them if your stay coincides with their visit although we have been told by several guests that they didn't hear any noise. The home is very well insulated.
→ We offer a fully furnished space. Personal items beyond reasonable travel luggage not permitted. You are welcome to bring sleeping bags for a 'sleepover' experience and food to prepare meals. The space is not to be used for temporary storage of boxes or personal furniture.
We live near a school so family friendly rules apply including no smoking or alcohol beverages anywhere on the property.
Close to many parks and plenty to see within a one hour radius of the location from skiing and hiking to Crystal Hot Springs, the Bird Refuge and Willard Bay, pickleball, golf and swimming just minutes away. Guest access
You have private access to the entire 2500 sq ft space as described. Everything is clearly labeled and the House Guide lets you know where to find things like the first aid kit, cleaning supplies for mishaps, iron and ironing board, etc.
The entrance can be accessed from either side of the home (there is an 8' sidewalk around the entire home) with 11 steps to enter the B&B.
Other things to note
● You will love the high ceilings and elegant feel of this home!
● We are sure you will love Brigham City like we do. There is something for everyone! Less than 3 minutes to the South you can enjoy your favorite modern shops and fast food restaurants, or less than 3 minutes to the North you can enjoy historic main street and explore the shops and restaurants unique to Brigham City.
● There are many uncrowded trails nearby along with sightseeing at the Brigham City Temple, Golden Spike, Spiral Jetty, or Hill Aerospace Museum.
You may want to soak you cares away at Crystal Hot Springs with the highest mineral content in the world. Wanna get really crazy? Go to stinky springs!

● We love Utah living and all that comes with it. Keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife including insects. While we do have regular pest control, you might see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure mosquitos and bugs won't come in.
● The purchase of travel insurance offered by Airbnb is strongly recommended for protection against unforeseen travel interruptions.

Any time of the year, Bear Lake offers a wide variety of recreational and cultural activities. Go fishing, canoeing and swimming in the summer sun, then grill on your own private gas barbecue. Savor succulent treats during Raspberry Days, or explore the geological wonders of Minnetonka Cave. In the fall, hike Logan Canyon amidst a canopy of red-and-gold maples. Helpful Hints
To avoid noise, it may be best to book a 2 bedroom unit that is upstairs and not on the first floor, as most of the 1 bedroom units are.

You'll have the main level of the home, including a wrap-around deck and lots of parking. Easy access to "downtown" Garden City, Pickleville Playhouse, and an access pass to Ideal Beach. We are a pet-friendly home for 2025 (this will be changing in the fall of 2025)
Great for creative retreats, getaways, families, digital nomads, and vacationers; not the right place for partys. No smoking and the HOA noise ordinance is enforced.

The space
You'll walk into the front room, which includes West Mountain views and a gas fireplace. To your right is the primary bedroom, which includes a King-sized bed and blackout blinds. The en-suite primary bathroom has a separate shower and soaker tub, Roku TV to bathe and watch movies at the same time, natural light, and double sinks.
The fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and family room are on the east side of the house, with views of the lake. On the north side of the house, you’ll find another full bath and two more bedrooms, each with its own ceiling fans. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has two twin beds. The deck offers additional gathering and eating space, and more lake views.
All bedrooms are approximately 120 square feet.
Beach towels are stored in the closet next to the fireplace, and air mattresses are stored under the bed in the primary suite.
Guest access
You'll enter through the front door, using keyless access that will be given to you 24 hours before check-in. Your parking is on the west side, in front of the house. There is plenty of room for boats and toys.
Other things to note
The walk-out basement apartment is a separate unit--there are no interior stairs, and those guests have the north area for parking. Please respect their privacy by staying on the deck and not going down to their patio.
