We welcome responsible pet owners! We do charge $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay. This will be charge separately the day before arrival. Please keep pets off all furniture and crated when you leave the home.

Three bedroom, one bath apartment in a quiet neighborhood in the wild west town of Laramie, Wyoming. Lastly, This is Laramie, Wyoming and most houses do not have central AC, with that being said, the studio does have a window AC Unit and a fan.

Welcome to Rebel Ranch; an extremely unique stay, property and location. This is a fully remodeled apartment in a working barn. You'll walk past the chicken coop and horse stalls to enter the unit; If you are not feeling adventurous, it may not be for you. This property sits on 80 acres that borders the Medicine Bow National Forest. So many opportunities! Come hunt, snowmobile, side by side, snow shoe, hike, mountain bike or ski Snowy Range Ski Resort.

Other than our cabin and the main house (also available on Airbnb) there are no neighbors in sight; enjoy the peace and quiet of Wyoming. This property is 30 min from a grocery store, plan ahead to arrive prepared. There are a couple great restaurant options a few minutes up the road in Centennial. We definitely recommend trying the Old Corral. There is also the Bear Bottom inn. Visit our farm store, The Bougie Bison, located across from the barn. We have our own Bison, honey and eggs for sale along with other locally sourced products. We focus on local and US made products, supporting fellow small business owners.

You have access to the entire apartment and use of the property, including direct access to the Medicine Bow National Forest.

This is a studio style apartment within the barn. The barn apartment does not have Wi-Fi or a tv (perfect time to unplug and enjoy the outdoors)! Cell service is usually available, depending on your carrier. You will be the only ones in the barn, unless you bring your horses or dogs! Catch the morning sunrise with great views of Sheep Mountain while sipping your coffee.

This apartment is newly re-built after an unfortunate fire. High end finishes and furniture include soapstone countertops, tile floors, a hydraulic Murphy bed and real leather whiskey chairs. It's taken a year of time, energy and money to make a comfortable, welcoming space. We hope all guests will treat this space as they would their own home.

The home is located far back from the street, behind neighboring homes, for maximum privacy. As a result, the unit is accessed via a long driveway, which we've included in our photos. Please note that the driveway dips low at its entrance and requires caution if you have a low-riding car or trailer.

There is one free on-site parking space. Additional street parking is available with a city permit. If you're bringing an additional car or oversized vehicle, please let us know at the time of your booking so we can arrange a parking pass for you. Although our driveway is long, it may not be appropriate for all oversized vehicles and trailers due to its narrowness. We are happy to answer any questions that you have regarding parking arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE:
The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs old. This house was built in 1940. Dishwashing is by hand. There is a handrail by the steps going down stairs, but not on the porch steps. There are a couple one inch variances in the flooring - one going into the kitchen and one in the bathroom. We do not have air conditioning. Keeping the curtains drawn in the warmer summer months generally keeps the space cool as this is a downstairs location, along with opening a few windows in the evening and closing them early in the morning.

As a guest you'll have a key to access the foyer, but you may also enter and exit through the side door which is your private entrance if you prefer.

The house is heated with steam heat, so please be mindful of the radiator during the winter as it can get very hot. Do not leave anything on it as it poses a fire risk! The circular valve can be closed if things get too hot, but it should only be fully open or fully closed (halfway does not mean half the heat).

We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. You have your own separate entrance to the completely remodeled and fully furnished PRIVATE apartment. We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

This apartment is in one half of an old garage. The other half is still used as a storage area, so from time to time you may hear the garage door open, but we will keep it to a minimum when we have guests.

There is also a door leading to the garage for future expansion, but is not in use at this time so we have installed a lock on both sides so it cannot be used by anyone.

There are *stairs* to reach your front door, where you'll enter a comfortable living room, well-stocked kitchen, and inviting bedrooms, each with plenty of clean linens, closets, interesting décor and good lighting. You will share front and back yards with your host, and, nature willing, enjoy limited garden bounty (tomatoes, strawberries and raspberries) depending on the season you visit.

You will have access to on-street parking, and share a small back yard deck with a patio table, chairs, an umbrella (wind permitting) and front yard seating with your host. There is a rustic fire pit and temperamental BBQ on the premises and you are free to enjoy the flower gardens, and bird-friendly habitat that surrounds the property. There are some toddler-aged toys and equipment/supplies in the yard if desired.

Although this is addressed elsewhere, it bears repeating: I live in the house (above the apartment) thus it’s possible you may HEAR me walking around (or my really old cat having a youthful zooming moment), but I try not to dance or jump rope or anything like that.

The home is located far back from the street, behind neighboring homes, for maximum privacy. As a result, the unit is accessed via a long driveway, which we've included in our photos. Please note that the driveway dips low and requires caution if you have a low-riding car or trailer.

There is one free on-site parking space. Additional street parking is available with a city permit. If you're bringing an additional car or oversized vehicle, please contact us at the time of your booking so we can arrange a parking pass for you. Although our driveway is long, it may not be appropriate for all oversized vehicles and trailers due to its narrowness. We are happy to answer any questions that you have regarding parking arrangements.
