A lovely and newly-updated craftsman bungalow in a fantastic location with great public transport options! This small apartment offers one bedroom, a small living area, and a bathroom for one or two guests. There is plenty of free street parking directly next to your private entrance. It also offers a quaint lounging area that can be used for eating, relaxing, working, or making your morning coffee. Please read the entire listing to see all our place has to offer :)

The space
This is a completely private space with no shared areas. You will have your own external entrance, private bedroom, private living area, and large private bathroom. We will not enter the space while you are checked-in and you will not have access to any of our space.

The above said, this is a small apartment in a large home, and there are shared walls and one door that separates your space from ours. As a result, we may be able to hear each other to some extent when we're in our kitchen or dining room. Our bedrooms, office, and living room are not close to your space, so noise overlap is generally limited to waking hours. If this is a concern, simply shutting the door leading from the bathroom to your room mostly solves any noise issues.

The space is comparable to a hotel room in both size and amenities. There is coffee (Keurig), a mini-fridge, and a microwave, but no stove or kitchen sink.

We also have super-fast WiFi via a gigabit fiber connection and provide a Google Chromecast so you can cast whatever streaming services you have from your device. We have also made sure to set up plenty of conveniently located power outlets for all your devices.

You will have access to your 3 rooms (living, bedroom, bathroom) which can be accessed from our backyard. We use our backyard regularly and thus do not really include it as part of this listing. That said, you will come through it to access your space. We do not have dogs, but you may see our cat, Finn, who is extremely friendly and may beg for pets :)
