This historic property is the true definition of unique! Our home has a charming nook on the front veranda, where we often enjoy breakfast, and a furnished patio in the back garden, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.

Amenities include two living areas with large flatscreen TVs (no cable - streaming apps only) and a steam shower in the master bathroom. The kitchen has a Sonos System and high-end appliances: Blendtec blender, Breville convection toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and stainless steel kettle. All paint is zero VOC, and mattresses are hypoallergenic and organic to relieve allergy sufferers.

Your space is one of three private apartments in our cabin, and is separate from the two other apartments. We have NO central air conditioning in the unit, but we do have a mini split unit in the living room and in the bedroom for your heating and cooling needs. You can also open windows and enjoy the cool evening air! You will probably be able to hear the guests moving about in the other units, but we do ask that all of our guests be considerate of those who stay in the other apartments. Within your newly furnished apartment there is one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen bed and a Full size pull out couch in the living room. You will have your own propane grill to use right in front of your apartment door while you enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife of Green Mountain Falls. The space has an Amazon Firestick that includes a variety of streaming services. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. We ask that all smoking be done away from the property. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the home.

Guests are provided with their own parking area where one car can park. There is a parking sign with the name of your cabin on it ("Beaver"). Please be considerate of the other guests and leave room for 2 other cars to fit in the parking area. If a second vehicle needs parking there is public parking down the hill by the lake. It is a 4 min to walk back up to the cabin. Please do not park on the street.

We are happy to provide recommendations or help if you need it. We love Green Mountain Falls, and we want you to love it too!

Pet Friendly - Two well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Consider the guests around you and take your pet with you if they bark/whine when you leave them.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.

***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.

It was perfect for 4 of us. We brought our side by sides and we had plenty of parking room. The cabins front porch was a fenced in little yard with 2 huge shade trees.
