It's a short walk across railroad tracks to the Winter Park base area and that worked fine for us. Your space is one of three private apartments in our cabin, and is separate from the two other apartments. We have NO central air conditioning in the unit, but we do have a mini split unit in the living room and in the bedroom for your heating and cooling needs. You can also open windows and enjoy the cool evening air! You will probably be able to hear the guests moving about in the other units, but we do ask that all of our guests be considerate of those who stay in the other apartments. Within your newly furnished apartment there is one bedroom with a very comfortable Queen bed and a Full size pull out couch in the living room. You will have your own propane grill to use right in front of your apartment door while you enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife of Green Mountain Falls. The space has an Amazon Firestick that includes a variety of streaming services. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. We ask that all smoking be done away from the property. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside of the home.

Guests are provided with their own parking area where one car can park. There is a parking sign with the name of your cabin on it ("Beaver"). Please be considerate of the other guests and leave room for 2 other cars to fit in the parking area. If a second vehicle needs parking there is public parking down the hill by the lake. It is a 4 min to walk back up to the cabin. Please do not park on the street.

We are happy to provide recommendations or help if you need it. We love Green Mountain Falls, and we want you to love it too!

Pet Friendly - Two well behaved dogs are welcome but we ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding. Consider the guests around you and take your pet with you if they bark/whine when you leave them.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. If you are bringing a pet, please know there will be a pet fee of $10 per pet. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Your private bedroom is newly furnished with a comfy queen-sized bed, 55in sit/stand desk, ergonomic desk chair, closet, dresser, nightstand, lamps, blinds/drapes, and 40in mounted TV (with streaming capabilities). You will get access to your own private full bath (shower, toilet, sink). Plus, you will have access to an additional shared half bath downstairs.

A large shared living/dining room includes a comfy 3-piece sectional, coffee table, 55in TV (with Netflix, Peacock and Amazon Prime), and dining room table. Kitchen is also shared and comes fully stocked with silverware, kitchenware, cookware, and appliances.

Guest access
You will have access to your private bedroom and all shared spaces including 1.5 bath, living room/dining room, kitchen, patio. Please note that the outdoor pool is under construction this 2025 summer and will likely not open.

This unit is part of a 3bd 2ba condo that locks an adjoining door to make two separate units. Both have separate entrances, but are essentially the same unit.

The space
Located in the Rocky Mountains in the town of Dillon, Colorado this condo has it all. With world class ski resorts in the immediate area, Vail less than 30 minutes away, and Denver International Airport 90 minutes away, the location is a skiers paradise. There are many cross country trails, snow mobile guided tours, and a number of other activities to keep you active. In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, sailing, horse back riding, fishing, rafting, and golfing to name a few. If you prefer to relax, the condo has a fully equipped clubhouse with a large pool, 15 person hot tub, and game room. The condo is equipped with a mini frigde, WIFI, and an HDTV with Firestick and Netflix. There is no kitchen or living space. Combine the conveniences of a clubhouse, hot tub, and pool with this impeccable location and you will be sure to have a memorable experience.

This is a part of a larger 3bd 2ba condo. This is the back two rooms and bathroom without access to the kitchen and sitting room. Mini fridge/microwave. Very nice and quiet room for you to enjoy. Large bed, 55 inch tv, fridge and free snacks. House is located in Reunion, Commerce City within 15 minutes drive from the airport. Within 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Come and enjoy your time.

You will be sharing the bathroom with others guests. They is a coffee station in the kitchen. Room is located next to kitchen

The space
Located in Reunion Commerce city within 15 minutes from DIA airport and 10 minutes walking distance from the bus stop which can take you straight to the airport. My house is very clean and quiet. I will always make sure you can enjoy your time peaceful.

This room is located on the main floor, right next to the kitchen so you will hear if someone is using the kitchen, however house rules doesn't allow any used of the kitchen anytime after 10pm and before 8am, so you can enjoy your sleep. They are another floor above the main level so you will also hear people walking above if the room above yours is occupied or if someone is going up the stairs. I have some ear plugs as well as a sound machine to help you sleep better if needed.

Please make sure to read all the houses rules as well as all the descriptions about where exactly this room is located. It is right next by the kitchen and the stairs so you will definitely hear noises from time to time, but this is a very quiet place and I will make sure everyone keeps it that way.

While I do accept same day booking/Check-In, if you booked any reservation any days after 12pm asking to check-in that same day, you will need to give me at least 3 hours window to check and make sure the room is cleaned and ready as most of the time someone else may have checked out earlier. Do not come to the house right after making any reservation without getting a message confirmation from me first. Unfortunately making a same day reservation asking to check-in a few hours later can't be guarantee as I may not see your message on time so please wait for me to respond back to you and confirm the room is ready before heading to the property.
