There is plenty of parking for up to 5 vehicles. 2 garage parking space and 3 spaces in the driveway.

This cabin was built in 1932. It has been fully updated with modern amenities. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and backs up to a small year round creek. You can walk to town in 5 minutes or to the Frisco adventure park in 10 minutes. Unlimited mountain biking and back country skiing right from the front door. The floor plan is open, the kitchen is fully modernized. There is a large fenced backyard and the views of the ten mile range are spectacular. The hot tub was installed in 2019 and seats 6 people in total comfort.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

7. Sleeping Capacity: Guests and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all fees paid for any of the following: a. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity b. Using the property for any illegal activities including, but not limited to, the possession or consumption of alcohol by persons less than 21 years of age.
c. Causing damage to the premises rented or to any neighboring properties. d. Any other act which interferes with your neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of their property. e. This is a spacious beautiful unit filled with windows and light. The main floor master suite has a king sized bed, and the private bathroom has 2 sinks. The upstairs loft features a queen sized bed, sitting area and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is another bathroom in the loft. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest room is at the top of the stairs and has a queen size bed and 19 inch flat screen TV with cable. The guest bath is located off the hall and has a full tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV with cable, and master en-suite bathroom with full tub and shower. Both of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable in the summer months.

The club house with indoor pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, and exercise facility is conveniently located just next to the town home. Just a short 50 yard walk from the town home is the Summit County Recreation Path that winds around Lake Dillon. The path is well used in the summer by cyclists and runners. The path is also popular in the winter! The path is used cross country skiing and walking/snowshoeing. The free Summit Stage Bus pick up location is just .75 miles from the condo, so if you are not traveling with a car you can get around easily.You will also be with in a mile of grocery stores, Walmart, and shopping plaza. Whole Foods is also close by just behind the shopping plaza.

- "The townhome was well furnished and spotless. It’s in a very quiet community with easy access to grocery stores. Amazing hiking and biking in the area. Even saw a baby moose. Walking to distance to Main Street, which we loved. The town of Frisco is amazing. Close to so many things (Breckenridge, Silverthorn, Dillon). The biggest downside (for us) was the lack of TVs. There is only one in the living room and it was difficult to operate/watch."

This beautiful two bedroom town home is located on Frisco Main St and backs to Mount Royal, and has easy access to hiking trails and the paved Summit Country Recreation Path. In the winter months take the free Summit Stage bus which picks up in front of the complex to Copper in minutes or down Main St for shopping and dining. The home has been fully furnished with new mattresses and furniture throughout as well as new appliances in the kitchen (Fall 2019).

As you enter the condo there is a large bedroom downstairsand a 3/4 bath off the hall. This bedroom includes a bunk bed with full size beds, and a full sized futon. This is the perfect space for children. There is also a private washer and dryer in the closet off this room.

Upstairs the main living area and kitchen has a balcony with a gas grill and beautiful Mount Royal views. Cozy up to the wood fireplace on one of the two sofas. Catch up on your favortie show on the large smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with cookware, microwave, dishwasher, and various small appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar with 4 bar stools or dining table that also seats four. The master bedroom is on the main level upstairs, and has a king bed and TV with Roku to stream your favorite shows. The master connects to the full bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combination. Hair dryer included! The living area and bedroom have been updated with new hardwood flooring in the fall of 2022.

The condo has two covered parking spaces and is just steps away form the free Summit Stage bus stop. The shuttle will take you to all the major ski resorts in the area. If you are looking to ski at Copper Mountain, the bus ride is only about 10 minutes and you will be dropped off and picked up at the main base area. When you return to condo after a day of skiing or hiking, you can easily walk to Main St. shopping and restaurants in a few short blocks. There is also a hot tub onsite if you are looking to relax your muscles.

The space
This unit is a stand-alone main bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, with a private entrance. The complex also has a sauna (free), and laundry facilities (not free) in the building next door, and there's free parking in the complex parking lot.

There’s a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and electric tea kettle to boil water. Main Street in Frisco is a short walk away if you’d prefer to eat out, and there are many bars and restaurants to pick from.

The bus to Copper and down Main Street in Frisco is right outside the building.

This unit is on the third floor. There’s no elevator, only stairs, but don’t write it off – the views from the front deck are great! You can see the usually-snow-covered Gray’s and Torrey’s Peaks (14,000-footers), and the colors are especially nice at sunset. (Plus you can get a little cardio in to help you adjust to the altitude.)

Guest access
You'll have this bedroom and bathroom all to yourself, accessible via a private outdoor entrance. There's ample free parking in the building's parking lot, and the free bus stops to Copper and down Main Street in Frisco, which connects to the rest of the Summit County bus system (the Summit Stage), is right outside the building.

Other things to note
Other information of note:

- There might be some construction going on in the clubhouse (where the sauna and laundry machines are) in fall 2024 into winter 2025. No work is planned on the sauna during this time, and it should be working.
- My property has a keypad to enter. You do not need to meet someone for keys or need to interact with anyone in person during your stay.
- This unit is entered directly from the outside. There are no public or shared interior spaces that you need to travel through to get in and out of the room.
- There is an air purifier in the unit with a HEPA filter and UV-C light that you can use to help purify and filter the air. I contacted the manufacturer about the UV-C light's efficacy against COVID-19, and they said "Our units have not been specifically tested against Covid-19, but have proven effective against other viruses." The air purifier also helps with the West-Coast wildfire smoke we've been getting this summer.
- My minimum stay is 3 nights, and my cancellation policy is flexible to allow for cancellations (as long as you don't pick the non-refundable option).

Regarding cleaning charges: My cleaning fee is $80 and applies per stay, whether it's 3 nights or a week. This is an expensive place to live and affordable housing is hard to find, and the cost supports reliable, thorough housekeepers that have high standards for cleanliness.

Frisco Short-Term Rental License STR-010173. Booking will include 2.0% Town of Frisco sales tax, a 2.35% Town of Frisco lodging tax, and a 5% excise tax for short-term rentals in addition to state and county taxes. Note that the 5% excise tax goes 100% to fund workforce housing options for Summit County residents. I offer a 10% discount for non-refundable reservations (you will find it during the booking process) as a way to offset some of these costs.

Newly remodeled modern home on the park in Frisco Colorado. Bathroom offers a spa/steam shower and jets. Walking distance to Frisco Transit station, Main street and shopping. Also walk to the Summit Stage (free bus) to get to all Summit County has to offer. Easy access to 8 local ski resorts near the townhouse. Parking in the driveway is easy if you wish to drive, but is not necessary with the excellent bus system in this historical Rocky Mountain location.

The space
The Townhouse is within walking distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and the Frisco Transit station. It has a nice park behind the unit with a lake and playground for kids. W/D in the unit on the guests floor. There are 8 of Colorado's premier ski areas within 30 miles of Frisco.

Under normal circumstances this is my home and it is a shared space, however I have it listed as entire space because I travel a lot. I WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU REQUEST TO BOOK IF I WILL BE THERE OR NOT SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT & CAN DECIDE IF YOU STILL WISH TO MAKE A RESERVATION. If I am there, only the kitchen is shared. The guest bathroom/bedroom(s) are private and downstairs on the main level. I will NOT be in your area and it is easy to avoid contact with me if that is your wish. When you book, the people in YOUR reservation are the only guests in the home.

Sleeping arrangements as follows:
1) the primary bedroom sleeps 2 (queen bed)
2) 2nd room is automatically reserved with 3 or 4 guests, HOWEVER WITH 2 GUESTS ONLY IN YOUR BOOKING IT IS $25/nt extra. (I do this to save $$$ for 1-2 guests that only need 1 room)

Renting a bike is a great option to navigate around the town of Frisco during the summertime.

Uber and Lyft are available in the mountains. Taking a shuttle from DIA to the Frisco Transit Station will also get you up here into town.

Accessible space during your visit is all areas in the photos unless you are not booking the second room. This will be locked.

Other things to note

This is the best location in Summit County, as you can walk to the bike path, main street, or the marina. You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home.

The space
The condo has been remodeled with all you need for a comfortable stay including many upgrades; soaker tub, rain shower, fireplace, and a modern kitchen. It is a 2 story condo, so plenty of space for privacy if you have 4 people. A king sized bed is upstairs, and a comfortable queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well. You will have partially covered free parking for 1 car in front of the condo, and uncovered free parking behind the unit for more vehicles if needed. The unit is centrally located, walking distance to the transfer station (primary bus depot), main street, bike path, Lake Dillon, and shopping areas including Whole Foods. A 20 minute drive to Vail or 10 minutes to Breckenridge. Conveniently located off of Interstate 70 with 1 1/2 hours drive time to DIA and Denver.

» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,000ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.

Year-round fun awaits at this cozy 2-bedroom condo in the charming mountain town of Frisco! Return to your home away from home where you can relax in the spacious living area around the gas fireplace and enjoy the beautiful mountain views out on the private balcony. As you step inside your peaceful mountain retreat you will come to the entryway which is connected to the garage making it comfortable to unload your personal belongings. Inside the titled entryway you will find a bench to sit on while you unlace your hiking or snow boots and several coat hooks to store your winter parka. Once you have unloaded your outdoor gear head up the stairs where you will find the spacious living area.

When you arrive on the second floor you will first come to a half bathroom with a stacked washer/dryer directly in front of the stairs. As you walk further into the space you will come to the charming light-filled open living room/kitchen/dining area with views on either side overlooking the surrounding trees. Head into the living room where you will find soft, carpeted floors, comfortable furniture, and a gas fireplace providing an inviting and cozy common area for relaxing. The living room is outfitted with two reading chairs and a cozy couch that doubles as a pull-out king bed. For added comfort, you will find a coffee table, a small side table and lamp, and a 42” TV with a DVD player perfect for movie nights. From the living room, you can step through the patio doors and out into the private balcony where you can take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views of the surrounding trees and snowcapped mountains. Out on the patio, you will find two patio chairs and a propane BBQ so you can sit back and relax while you prepare dinner on the grill.

Connecting the living room and kitchen is the dining area where you will find a large table with seating for six. From this space, you can enjoy the views from over the private balcony, or from the large window in the kitchen. There is no seat with a bad view from this table! On the other side of the dining room, you will find the well-laid-out kitchen. This light-filled space is flooded with natural light from the large window providing some tranquil views while you prepare your meal. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything from a coffee maker to a crockpot making it convenient to put together your favorite comfort foods after a day of exploring.

When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor of the condo. As you arrive on the landing you will find the guest bedroom to your left. This bright and cheery room has all you need for a peaceful night of rest with a comfortable full-size bed, a 20” TV, and a large window overlooking the surrounding trees and snow-capped mountains. Guests will have plenty of space to store their personal belongings with the large closet, dresser, and two nightstands. On the opposite end of the hallway, you will find the spacious master bedroom which provides a great separation of space between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet, a dresser, and a 32” TV. This room also features a desk and chair underneath the large window so you can get some remote work done while enjoying the beautiful views. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/bathtub making it convenient to wash up before settling in for the night. A second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a single-sink vanity, a mounted towel rack, and a tiled bathtub/shower combo.
