Our daughter, son-in-law and two (2) children joined us over Presidents Weekend and we had more than enough room to meet our needs with the loft being the perfect place for the teenagers to spend time away from the adults. We enjoyed our stay so much this year, we have already made arrangements to stay here again in 2016."

Our Dillon Mountain retreat is located on scenic Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. This townhome has absolutely amazing front row views of Buffalo Mountain, Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range and offers a central location to all Summit County and mountain activities including biking (we're steps away from the Lake Dillon bike path which connects to all of Summit County and beyond), hiking, fishing, rafting, boating, and shopping to name a few!

This townhome is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. It is 2 levels with the living room, kitchen and deck on the upper level and 2 bedrooms, bath and walk-out patio on the lower level. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and full dresser while the extra bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and additional couch, big screen TV with cable, DVD and VCR, and books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker in addition to a well-stocked pantry for items that might have been forgotten.

Four season outdoor activities within minutes of the Moose Lodge. You can even go fly fishing within the city limits!
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a cozy, comfortable living room, a new 60 inch flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and a gas fireplace.
You will not feel like you are missing the party as you prepare meals in the open, convenient, fully stocked kitchen. There are dishes, flatware, and glassware for service for 16. - "Perfect place for a weekend ski trip. Place is fully stocked and has everything you need. We cooked our own meals each day with everything we needed, and more, available to us. We would stay here again." - "We found exactly what we needed in this VRBO. The description and pictures accurately described what we would be getting, and we did! The kitchen had all the necessary gadgets, water was hot!, showers and washers worked well. plenty of back stock (towels, tissue, etc). The living room worked great for our youngsters, while the older folks could hang in the dining room. Brita Filter was an unexpected bonus. Two things to note: most of the chairs are tall! great for sitting, not so great for putting on boots, etc. and the driveway is steep. you will likely need a 4wd in winter anyway... but know that some vehicles will be challenged by the grade. Wonderful Stay! Would Stay Again!"

We loved the unit, however it was being sided and there were workers on our balcony the whole time! No blinds so made it very awkward! No rails on balcony because of the work as well. That was very disappointing as the view from there was amazing. We also were awoke by hammering early in the morning. We feel this unit should not have been rented out due to all of this. Also parking by the unit was not available due to workers which made it inconvenient to load and unload, kayak, groceries, etc."

All the rooms have modern, clean, look. It is a small medium space (500 square feet), so we took particular care in creating extra sleeping space that can be enjoyed by individuals, couples, friends and families alike!

In the living room, the couch is a pull out double bed. Sheets, pillows and blankets are provided for couch based double bed.

In addition to the functional and comfortable furniture, we include fast and free WiFi, 120+ Cable channels, and Airplay equipped Flat Screen Smart TV which includes pre-installed applications such as You Tube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video etc. You can use your own credentials to view them, or `cast` directly from your devices.

Entire unit. Unit is located on first level accessing the front from lakeside via stairs. The door of the unit faces the open-space of the Dillon lake`s shore . The unit is part of a multi-level condominium complex that was recently updated with a modern exterior.

Parking is on the street side of the complex, and is limited to those with a parking permit (which will be waiting for you inside upon arrival). Spots are taken on a first come, first-serve basis.

There is typically adequate parking, but we highly recommend arriving before 6pm on the winter weekends, holidays or when there is a lot of fresh snow, as parking becomes more in demand during these times.

If you have additional cars in your party, or in the event you have arrived too late to secure a space, overnight parking is provided by the Town of Dillon a 1/2 mile away (a 15-min walk, up/down a hill, and may be icy in the winter). Maps for these overnight paid lots will also be made available to guests.

This unit is part of a 3bd 2ba condo that locks an adjoining door to make two separate units. Both have separate entrances, but are essentially the same unit.

The space
Located in the Rocky Mountains in the town of Dillon, Colorado this condo has it all. With world class ski resorts in the immediate area, Vail less than 30 minutes away, and Denver International Airport 90 minutes away, the location is a skiers paradise. There are many cross country trails, snow mobile guided tours, and a number of other activities to keep you active. In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, sailing, horse back riding, fishing, rafting, and golfing to name a few. If you prefer to relax, the condo has a fully equipped clubhouse with a large pool, 15 person hot tub, and game room. The condo is equipped with a mini frigde, WIFI, and an HDTV with Firestick and Netflix. There is no kitchen or living space. Combine the conveniences of a clubhouse, hot tub, and pool with this impeccable location and you will be sure to have a memorable experience.

This is a part of a larger 3bd 2ba condo. This is the back two rooms and bathroom without access to the kitchen and sitting room. Mini fridge/microwave. Minimal accommodations as reflected in the price. There is not any shared space as there is a door between the two sides that locks forming two separate units with separate entrances.

This one-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled in a hip, lake house-inspired style. It has absolutely amazing views across Lake Dillon to the Ten Mile Range. Watch the sunset from the balcony. Walk to the marina to rent a boat or paddleboard. Hop on your bike and hit the path that goes past your front door. Go down to the water's edge and throw out a line to catch your fish dinner. Cool design touches include wood floors throughout, rock sink, mountain-modern furniture, and vintage photos.

The space
There is one flight of stairs to a shared vestibule. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed, smart tv with cable, dining table, and a kitchenette which has a two-burner stove, mini-fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker and microwave (no oven). We provide drip coffee, oil, and s/p. There is a small deck looking over the lake with a table and chairs. The bedroom has queen size bed, dresser, and closet. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soap. Outside there is a large grassy area, volleyball court, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and direct lake access.

Other things to note
This is an old building and sound transfers. You will hear your neighbors and they will hear you. There is free onsite parking but it is limited. You only get one parking pass and it does not guarantee a space. On busy weekends if you arrive late at night, you may have to park 1/2 mile away in overnight parking in the Town of Dillon. It hasn't happens maybe once a year, but if you can't park at the building, we will buy you lunch or your uber ride (refund you $25 for your troubles). No pets (HOA rule so I cannot make exceptions).

Two bedrooms, living room, and bathroom in the lower level of a family home. Shared garage entrance but private space with door that separates the upper and lower levels.
Centrally located in Summit County. 0.8 miles to the Lake Dillon amphitheater and to Lake Dillon!
There is not a full kitchen in the space, but there is a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as paper plates and utensils.
This is a family home, so smells and noise do go back and forth between the levels.

The space
The space is the lower level of a single family home. There is a large common space with a TV and cozy gas stove for heating. The two bedrooms are small but comfortable. One has a full bed and the other has a queen. There is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a microwave and a mini fridge, but not a full kitchen.

Noises and smells do go back and forth between the spaces. This is not a party space as there are children that live in the upper level and we are up early during the week. Marijuana in herb form is not allowed. Edible form is fine as it does not smell at all. No smoking of any kind on the property. There is a dog that lives in the upper level, but does not go into the lower level.

Again, please do not bring herbal marijuana on the property. Edible form is ok as it does not smell.
