This is a gorgeous new home in Granby Ranch, situated right on the Golf Course! The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances of the home, and also at Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. The three lakes, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake, are all within a 30 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much more.

The home sleeps comfortably 14 people in beds. This is a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck, two living areas, and a loft with a queen futton! Two master bedrooms on the main level - one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. The lower level has two additional bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds. The bunk beds can sleep 4 kids, 2 on the bottom and 2 on top. There is also a queen air mattress in the storage room downstairs.
