This is a gorgeous new home in Granby Ranch, situated right on the Golf Course! The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of Nordic skiing terrain within short distances of the home, and also at Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. The three lakes, Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake, are all within a 30 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, biking, golfing, fishing, all types of boating, and much more.

The home sleeps comfortably 14 people in beds. This is a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, deck, two living areas, and a loft with a queen futton! Two master bedrooms on the main level - one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed. The lower level has two additional bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with 2 full sized beds. The bunk beds can sleep 4 kids, 2 on the bottom and 2 on top. There is also a queen air mattress in the storage room downstairs.

Large home located on 30 acres overlooking the Fraser River in Tabernash, Colorado. Enjoy all that Grand County has to offer during the day while relaxing in luxury when you return home. This is the perfect house for making family memories.

This home has six bedrooms that accommodate up to 12 people -- 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms (one queen over queen/one twin over full). PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ACCESS THE QUEEN OVER QUEEN BUNK ROOM THROUGH ONE OF THE QUEEN BEDROOMS. There is plenty of room to spread out with several living areas and two huge decks, one with a 10 person hot tub and one with a gas fire pit and chairs.

You and and the kids will have plenty to do with a game room featuring a pool table and Play Station 4, a horseshoe pit, and even a basketball hoop out front. There are outdoor activities galore a short drive away, or stay at home and enjoy a book in the recliner in the reading nook.

Please note, if you are trying to access the property in the winter months, the drive requires a four wheel drive/all wheel drive vehicle with decent snow tires or chains.

This home will be impressive from the time you walk in with the large windows and huge deck both on the upper and lower levels. The home boasts incredible overlooks of the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Continental Divide. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops, real hardwood floors, dual ovens, 2 fireplaces and a wet bar in the basement. Oh and did we mention the private hot tub?!

Our Main floor offers our living, dining, and kitchen area (no stairs required to access). Our dining table features seating for 8 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Step outside onto our upper level back deck for 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and enjoy nature gazing from our patio table! There is also a gas grill for your use on this deck area. Also on this level is our master suite with king size bed and attached en-suite bath with shower and soaking tub. As well as an entry room with storage for your ski clothes, and another full bath.

Upon entering our basement level you will find another huge family room with 80" TV, plenty of seating on the sofa's, a game table, and gas fireplace. Step outside the door and enjoy your private hot tub after a long day of skiing, or just enjoy the views from the expansive deck area! We have three more bedrooms on this lower level- a queen with ensuite bath, and a bunk room with full over full over bunks and queen bedroom with shared hall bath.

Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to create wonderful meals for all your guests. There is a full kitchen including a full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range and stove. We have included all the things that we find valuable in a home kitchen and have tried to have it available in our mountain home. We are fully stocked with pots, pans, baking supplies, utensils, dish ware and cutlery!

Entertainment : The home has all the entertainment amenities that you want. Both living areas feature High Definition TVs with an HD cable TV. We also offer high speed internet with WiFi connection. You will need to bring a laptop or other device with you to access the internet.

We have an outdoor hot tub on the back deck with easy access, no need to trample through ice and snow! It is so wonderful to sit in the hot tub after a day spent in the outdoors and enjoy the stars.

General Amenities: All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 4 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Both offer very different vibes and to be able to access each of them with a relatively short commute helped us to get the most out of a few days stay. It felt remote while also having close conveniences like a grocery store (open later than most nearby). The stores are close enough to be helpful, but they don't overwhelm the area to takeaway from the beautiful surroundings. It overlooks a golf course and the mountains. Our kids loved taking walks hunting for golf balls and wild flowers outside of the course boundaries. Amenities: This is the most comfortable we have felt in any rental we've stayed at. We enjoyed slow mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, starry nights in the hot tub, fire sitting, bag games in the driveway, and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and we appreciated the inclusion of some paper products and ziplock baggies to help us pack some meals to go! Our upstairs level offers a king primary bedroom with en-suite full bath, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin & full over full) and shared hall bath. We also have a second family room with a full size sleeper sofa."

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker(Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances(griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also offer a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.

Other Amenities:
The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). House Rules

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at anytime. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at anytime.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at anytime. Our HOA does fine and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the home owner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.

- "Fairway lodge was ideal for our extended family which included 3 grandsons, aged 7-9. The downstairs area was far enough away from the Master bedroom that we could escape when we wanted/needed to. We all loved the hot tub. The open kitchen and large dining room table were a great place to convene at dinner time. The boys said the best part of the whole week was going with Mimi to Murdochs where they were treated with really cool wooden rubber band guns. We did not offer them the rubber band amo but they had a great time playing make believe battle in the surrounding woody area and stone "trench". We really enjoyed the privacy the property offered. The house is solid and beautiful. We hope to return. "

Perfect space for individuals and couples looking for a quiet getaway in the heart of the Rocky Mountains! The kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, sink, and coffee maker.

In the room you will find a table & chairs, as well as two night stands by the king bed and a large TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower, and a dual vanity. On the patio there is a small table & chairs so you can take in the great mountain views!

You'll also have access to all of the amenities at the Inn at Silver Creek, which includes the heated swimming pool, multiple hot tubs, gym, racquetball courts, laundry, restaurant/bar, arcade, party room, barber shop, and much more. There is a large parking lot near the room, and parking is free at the Inn at Silver Creek. The hot tubs & pool were recently renovated and converted to a saltwater system, which is much gentler on the skin than chlorine tubs.

Perfect space for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. This is the home-base to your Colorado outdoor vacation - winter or summer! Granby, CO is only minutes from Winter Park ski resort and Ski Granby ranch. In the summer there are miles of trails (both hiking & mountain biking) all around.

I will be upfront in saying that this is NOT a 5 star resort, but you will be greeted by extremely friendly staff who are there 24/7 and amenities that a lot of other places do not have. Please keep in mind that the Inn was built in the 80’s.


We offer a kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge & cooktop.

Only 5 minutes away is Ski Granby Ranch - with skiing in the winter, and golf and fishing in the summer.

Granby, CO is just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park. We regularly see moose & deer here and you are only a 20 minute drive from Trail Ridge Road - the heart of the national park! Please be aware that reservations are required for RMNP.

Stay in this rustic cabin condo. Very warm and cozy so that you feel safe while you work and explore Granby. Ski Granby Ranch is just over the hill. Winter Park Ski Resort is 24 minutes away. Mountain biking, three great lakes, golf course, hiking, 16 minutes from the hot sulfur springs and Rocky Mountain National Park are all around the area. Within the building there is a indoor/outdoor pool, gym, rackectball and hot tubs. Couple of Middle Park Health centers close by.

This condo is a lofted studio apartment that has been recently renovated. There are three beds in the upstairs sleeping loft - one queen and a twin over double bunk. It is on the top floor of the building, so no need to worry about sound from above.

The private balcony has a lovely view of nearby hills towards Granby ranch.

The renovated bathroom features a shower and double sinks.

We love to cook and have been sure to outfit the kitchen with everything you might need. The large counter height table is perfect for family gatherings and provides additional prep space.

A large smart TV is ready for you to login to your favorite streaming service, or watch cable.

The overall complex is a little on the dated side, but offers a number of additional amenities. The heated pool is open year round and was recently converted to salt water. Four hot tubs and a sauna are perfect for relaxing after a day's adventure. There is also a well-equipped gym, tennis, pickleball, and racquetball courts, and arcade.

Note that this building DOES NOT have air conditioning. We are lucky that our unit does not get much afternoon sun, and you can generally manage summer temperatures with open windows and fans (we have several in the unit).

We also own the unit next door, which has a separate entrance but does have an interior connecting lock-off door. (Think of the setup for connecting hotel rooms.) You will be able to keep that locked from your side. We don't rent both units at the same time, but could be in the other unit ourselves during your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
