The space
Welcome to your modern mountain getaway in Frisco! This newly finished, private walk-out basement unit offers 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The apartment is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and adventure.
Enter through your private entrance and step into a spacious living room, complete with a sectional couch and large TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
To your right, you’ll find the master suite with queen bed, walk-in closet, and sleek glass-door shower. Wake up to full-height windows framing Mount Royal, and step directly outside for morning coffee on the patio.
The open-concept main living space also features a full gear closet, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace with monitor/keyboard/mouse—ideal for remote work or planning your next hike.
Just off the living room, the kitchenette and dining area offer seating for seven and all the essentials: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction burner, coffee maker, tea kettle, crockpot, blender and outdoor propane stove with griddle.
Down the hall are two additional bedrooms: one roomy with a queen bed plus twin daybed w/ trundle, and one cozy with a full-size bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a separate shower/tub and toilet area.
All bedrooms feature full-sized windows, down duvets, and plenty of storage. With 9-foot ceilings and sunlight streaming in, this lower-level unit feels open, airy, and anything but tucked away.
The entire home was built in 2023, and the owners live upstairs full-time. You’ll have private use of the lower level and your own entrance.
Located just minutes from downtown Frisco, Dillon Reservoir, and countless trailheads, this is your perfect home base for four-season Colorado adventures.
The unit is family friendly and we can accommodate most kid/baby needs in terms of high chairs, pack-n-plays, etc.

When you arrive, your parking spots are right in front of the wood stairs leading to the unit. The doors are accessed with a custom key code during your stay.
Other things to note
The unit is down a short low-angle flight of stairs. Once inside, all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same floor. There is an interior stairwell that is off limits for all - dead-bolted - and the homeowners cannot enter the basement through that door.
