- "For the price, this was great value. Cheerful house with cute dogs and a chill atmosphere. Bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed 3 nights. Ric does walk around shirtless sometimes but he didn't give any creepy vibes and as a young woman I felt safe despite that because of the rainbow flag outside the door. His dogs were very cute. There were other people staying but although I heard them, I didn't actually end up seeing any of them. There was a pool and hot tub but I didn't get to use it although it was offered. Bathroom was shared but had spare amenities. House felt honestly like a share home but a well maintained and comfortable one. Definitely would come back next time I'm in Denver. 😊 Thanks Ric! "

This is a 1 bed, 1 bath basement suite with private entrance, full W/D in unit and full kitchen. Driveway parking. Shared backyard with the guest upstairs in the main unit. The property was fully renovated at the end of 2023 and has all new updated finishes and appliances/furniture. Located centrally in Thornton, you will be able to gain easy access to major highway, train station, and downtown Denver/surrounding attractions.
