We keep the apts super clean so basic initial arrival amenities are provided. If you like to cook please bring your own spices! Bedroom 1 has a comfortable pillow top queen bed with work desk, roku TV and closet attached to the full bathroom with 6 foot soaking tub and full washer dryer. Utilize unlimited hot water with a tankless water heater. Two entries to the bathroom make it shareable with the common space.

The dining area seats 4 connected to the brand new fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, full size fridge, air fryer, pantry, and keurig coffee station.

Lounge in your living room oasis with large screen Roku television, electric fireplace with heat at the touch of a button, pull out couch to sleep an additional 2, and lift up coffee table. Rest well or play one of the fun family games available for use. Smart thermostat is able to be set on request.

In the back of the apartment is an additional bedroom with double memory foam twin bed that can be transformed into a seamless memory foam king bed. Here is an additional workspace and a third roku TV. High speed WiFi throughout unit.

Private side entrance, electronic keyless entry with ring video doorbell make it simple to enter at your leisure. Owners live in main house with 2 small quiet dogs who won't interact with guests.

Dedicated driveway parking spot, bus line accessible, easy access to nearby major highways including I25, US36, I76 and I70. Within 1 mile of 4 grocery stores including Walmart and even walkable to Red Lobster. Close to Water World, North Suburban Medical Center, and lots of shopping. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown Denver or quick access to the mountains.

Guest access
You will be able to park in your dedicated driveway parking spot and use shared sidewalk leading past the main house front door, to the right side external stairs leading to your private entrance into the apartment.

Inside access to main house upstairs will be locked as well as gate to backyard. Feel free to enjoy a cup of provided coffee in the front patio chairs, breathing in the crisp Colorado air.

Other things to note
This is a private residence in a friendly neighborhood with nearby local parks and much shopping.

We do have 2 small rather quiet dogs who guests shouldn't interact with.

We require no smoking, vaping, or parties.

Given the nature of a basement apartment you may hear us upstairs, though we observe quiet hours. We have also mitigated this with sound dampening insulation. We are on a bus line on a busy road with speed bumps but traffic noise is almost non existent in this space. We ask if you need anything at all please reach out. Smart thermostat is able to be set by hosts. If you have a temperature preference please let us know and we’d be glad to set it for you.
