The guest suite is in the lower level of our home, but is completely private and has your own entrance and a keyless entry so you can come and go as you please! We do live in the upstairs unit and are respectful of our guests privacy. We are mindful to not be disruptive during your stay & do our best to mitigate as much noise as possible.
The lower level guest suite is yours and private for the duration of your stay. The private entrance is on the back part of our home and does require the ability to go down a set of stairs. The driveway area is a shared space for parking, however, you will have a designed parking spot that fits 1 car in the driveway.
Other things to note
We are a small family who live onsite in the upstairs unit and do our best to mitigate as much noise as we can, however, you may hear some minor noise (ie. light footsteps or muffled noise) when we are home.
We are not 420 smoking-friendly in the property, or outside to be courteous to our neighbors & future guests. Please enjoy a smoke off site. :)

In the living room, watch the 50” wall-mounted smart TV from the comfy sofa or shell chair, or get some work done at the desk. The space
Enter your space through your own private entrance and make yourself at home in our freshly furnished unit!
We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore Denver and all our beautiful state has to offer! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
Sit down and stay awhile - our guest space includes one bedroom with a plush queen bed perfect for morning snoozes. Our kitchenette is stocked with the essentials, mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware! If staying in is more your style, our living room includes a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people) and is the perfect place to relax and watch TV!
Head's up that the unit is attached to my home and separated by two locked doors - though it is entirely separate and private!

You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.
Feel free to park on right-hand side of driveway!

Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
- "This space has plenty of room for two. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of things we needed. The picture on the website makes it look quite a bit brighter than it was in early July although dark and cool felt pretty good coming in from the 90 degree heat. Also, the space only has one sink and it’s in the bathroom. We brought a lot of our own food so doing dishes was a little tricky. But if you’re going out for most of your meals, it would be no problem."

We live in the main unit of the property and are excited for you to use our space as a home base for which to decompress or explore the city!
Great Westminster Location - 11-minute train ride to Downtown Denver, 18 miles from Red Rocks Park, 30 minutes from Boulder, and within 2 hours of several ski resorts.
The space
Enter through your own private entrance which includes a private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa, convenient kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dishes/silverware!), desk, AC & much more!
** The sleeper sofa in the photos broke so there is a different sleeper sofa than the one pictured as well as a new tv and media stand which has changed the layout a little bit than what is pictured.
Guest access
You are welcome to enjoy the guest suite which includes; the common space with a sofa bed and attached private bath. Towards the back of the guest house, you will have access to the laundry room and private bedroom.
The neighborhood
The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet. Easy access to main highways that will take you into town or up to the mountains.
Other things to note
You might hear or see two dogs running around the backyard but for the most part, they are fairly quiet and are inside the majority of the time. We are close to a fire station so when the fire trucks drive by they like to howl along with the sirens.

Modern (new construction) neutral-toned 1 bedroom 1 bathroom space with rain shower with a 3/4 kitchenette, side yard, raised garden beds with organic produce, patio table and chairs, 1 garaged parking space, golf course views, dog-friendly, close to popular restaurants and family activities/ museums. (Wifi and TV). (option to rent this space as a 2 bd 2 bath space as well).
- "Lots of space and comfort for 2 to 3 people. Room to entertain another couple. Outside sitting space was great. Residential area with parks and walking trails close by." - "This basement apt. had just been completed so everything was nice and new. The ceilings were quite high for a basement so it felt more like an upstairs. There was a misunderstanding on our arrival date so Jenny was a little taken by surprise when we showed up two days before expected. She hustled and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Jenny went above and beyond and we look forward to staying there again next time we go to Denver."
