- "This property is perfect for many people. It is quite new and clean in a quiet area. If you plan to be out and about and are looking for a place where you can come back, make a quick dinner (no stove top or oven, but a toaster oven, microwave and two burner portable hot plate available) then go to your separate rooms to relax, it’s perfect. If you want a spot to gather and watch TV, there isn’t such an area. There is one TV and it is located in a bedroom. We wanted to have family over and fix supper for them as we have in all of the other properties we’ve rented, but that wasn’t possible. In the gathering space off of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs with a small counter and bar stools. No couch,room chairs or television. That said, some family members liked the idea of going to their bedroom after a meal. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a nice, full bathroom en-suite. There was an outdoor project going on while we were there (no noise), so we did not see the hot tub that was mentioned, nor any communal outdoor space. This may change when the project is completed. If enjoying an outdoor space is important to you, check with Elena. There were plenty of towels and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen had some nice staples, like coffee, sugar, cooking oil, a few spices, paper towels, napkins, etc. I would recommend this property from a cleanliness and comfort standpoint, but I would make sure that people understood the lack of a communal living area."

Our serene neighborhood is close to everything Castle Rock has to offer, yet in the the country with unbelievable views of the Rock and the front range. Although it is listed as one bedroom, it is a L shaped studio with separate sleeping areas.

My place is a complete apartment in the lower level of my house,full kitchen, theater seating for large tv, outside deck and ping pong table. The space is large and roomy. Room for inflatable bed if the 2 queens are not enough. Nice view as well! Shopping is close and neighborhood is safe.
