Spacious 1600 square foot walk out basement suite with lots of natural light. Outdoor patio overlooks beautiful gardens. To get to the entrance follow a flagstone path to a set of flagstone steps (not suitable for anyone with walking disabilities) to a french door.Keypad private entrance with easy on street parking. Up to three beds available (2 existing, a king and a queen and 1 single can be added)

Sectional sofa can provide additional sleeping area. Fully outfitted kitchenette with Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, bar sink, new washer/dryer unit. There is private outdoor dining space with an infrared gas grill. Main bedroom has a large walk in closet. Living area has 42” flat screen tv and an additional tv in bedroom. We have exterior security cameras for the protection of our home and guests. These do not record sound and are not in the interior of the suite.

Denver, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and world-class skiing are just a short drive away.

- "My boyfriend and I visited for a week, and this was the perfect base camp near Denver to explore Colorado. The place was clean, had everything we needed, check-in and out was a breeze. Brent was attentive and communicative. The neighborhood was cute and walkable, with shops, restaurants, and groceries only a few miles away. Fantastic mountain views with magnificent sunsets over the snow covered peaks of the Continental Divide.

Property is right next to a freight railroad and intersections so there will be train whistles blowing and 'train-going-by' noise occasionally, day and night.

For the price, the space was a good size, and clean. The train is definitely a thing to consider. I didn’t have earplugs in the first night (a Monday), and that seemed to be the worst night for trains. I think four came through from 9:30 pm until 6:30 am. And the horn was very loud (like, vibrate the bed loud). I found earplugs at Target (rated to block sound up to 32 dcb) and that made a world of difference, as far as the train and traffic noise was concerned, for the rest of my stay. As another older guest mentioned, the bed is squeaky and a bit uncomfortable. The WiFi was spotty, and didn’t work for awhile, but Amy was responsive and got it up and running again, in pretty rapid fashion. All said, if you remember earplugs, and are looking for a space to crash after a day of hiking, or sight-seeing, or just absorbing Colorado, this is definitely a good space to stay. You will feel absolutely welcomed by the humans and the critters that live onsite."

There is plenty of parking right off the back alley, then come in through the spacious fenced backyard. Combination lock let’s you in easily whatever time you arrive.

The room has a comfortable queen size bed and large closet with luggage rack. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided along with soap and bubble bath.

The Coffee & Tea Bar gets you ready and out the door to all things Colorado—Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Eldora Ski area, & Denver are all within an hour drive. Boulder is just a half hour drive as are incredible mountain views just outside of town.

Snowshoeing, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, biking, whatever thrills you, Longmont is an excellent base.

Please note there are railroad tracks nearby so you can expect to hear a train now and then.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, the bedroom door accesses the fenced area directly so let the dog out to play while you sleep in or get ready for the day.

This delightful little studio provides a cozy home away from home. Private entrance, full kitchen and full bathroom will provide a nice get away whether you're in Longmont on business or in town to visit relatives or tasting the extensive local beers, spirits or local farm cuisine that our fine City offers. Walk one block to see magnificent sunsets over the mountains or meander the Old Town neighborhood toward Main Street/downtown (about 15-20 minute walk to downtown). Host often has bicycles available for use. The greenway is less than a mile away to explore nature by foot, bike or take in the plethora of public art. Studio is equipped with all you need to cook or just bring leftovers home. Host usually provides home made goodies, schedule permitting. Your private bathroom has an old clawfoot tub (with shower), as well as washer/dryer - just incase! Private little patio provides nice outside retreat with shade, weather permitting. Pets okay with notification. Host provides area maps and has lots of recommendations for the ask - sometimes even freebies! I'm sorry but I can not welcome any cigarette smokers! I keep a very "green" home, and ask that you review flyer and separate your garbage, recycling and compost (all curbside pick up), as I have minimal garbage and compost pick up.

Of note: I do not accept any cigarette smokers in the studio, even if they "won't smoke inside." If you book and smoke a cigarette on the property (inside or out), against my rules, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 420 is acceptable outside only.

Netflix, Amazon video, and Spotify accounts all logged in to on the smart tv. Anything missing? Just ask and we will provide. The shared back yard is peaceful. It boasts a large pond with fish and fountain, huge firepit, lounge chairs and BBQ grill. Your hosts live and work in the home upstairs. On occasion you might hear some kitchen noise and our dog, which we try to minimize as much as possible.

We never really see or interact with our guests, so please feel free to be yourselves. : )

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores.

Our property in Longmont was perfect for our needs. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is only a few blocks from main street and all the shops, restaurants etc. Longmont has to offer. The property was clean, cozy and quiet during our stay. It was furnished with everything we needed. All appliances and electronics were in perfect working order. John, our host, was extremely attentive to our needs. We had some mechanical issues with the rental car at the onset of our stay, and John actually offered (and provided) a ride a couple times while we sorted out the car trouble. John was friendly, hospitable and responsive to all communication prior to and during our stay. We'd highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Longmont!

Directions:
Our address is 312 11th Ave. It’s 2 blocks East of Main Street. We are right next to The Heart of Longmont Church. The apartment is on the west side of the house. If you stand on the doorstep looking out, you will be looking at the church.

Parking instructions:
Please park your vehicle in front of the large tree (North Side) and flower garden where you will not be blocking either our driveway or the church driveway. And, you will not be blocking my garage.

The code to the lock box will be given as your visit drawers near.

We charge $25 for early check-in available at 12 noon & $25.00 late check-out until 4 pm.

Restaurants, bars, coffee, yoga, hair salons, and so much more are all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. Our Carriage House on the Park is designed and equipped to be your home away from home. With comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious desk, a large-screen tv, you will have everything you need to work, play and relax.

This comfortable, quiet and sophisticated space has been designed above our detached garage with no shared walls and overlooking a private park. It is accessed by a single flight of interior stairs. A private parking space is provided steps from the front door.


While we humbly request you leave your large pets at home, small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $125 pet fee. Guests who arrive with any pets without prior authorization will be charged a $250 assessment in addition to the $125 pet fee.

Haystack House located on ZimRidge Farm is a 9 acre organic farm with 360 views of the front range. King Apt is located on the lower level of the home with a private entrance, parking space and patio. Minutes from trails, 5 miles West of Niwot. Half way between Boulder & Longmont . A perfect spot for the weary business traveler, CU parent, hikers or travelling nurses.

No smoking, vaping, or drug use within 5 miles. No children, pond not fenced. No pets as we are a certified organic farm.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom apartment. I am currently listing just the King Master Suite (There is a second bath and room that will be closed off). You will have access to a lounge area with sofa, chairs and coffee table and an outside picnic table all with views of the Flatirons! The space also has a gym area and office nook as well for your use.
The King bedroom has upscale bedding and Tempur-Pedic mattress.
There is also a eat in kitchen area which has a dining table, fridge, and a variety of plug in appliances for cooking as well as coffee & tea or bar set up.
There is also apartment size washer and dryer. These are for clothing only. We do have a hose with sprayer and drying rack for you to hose off your camping and hiking gear.
