To get to the entrance follow a flagstone path to a set of flagstone steps (not suitable for anyone with walking disabilities) to a french door.Keypad private entrance with easy on street parking. Up to three beds available (2 existing, a king and a queen and 1 single can be added)
Sectional sofa can provide additional sleeping area. Fully outfitted kitchenette with Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, bar sink, new washer/dryer unit. There is private outdoor dining space with an infrared gas grill. Main bedroom has a large walk in closet. Living area has 42” flat screen tv and an additional tv in bedroom. Our guest house has all brand new mattresses, a new couch and fresh paint (as well as design/decor). Located inside Longmont's architecturally intriguing "new urbanist" community, there's a great vibe and lots to do. In the neighborhood: restaurants, bars, coffee, hair salons, 3 parks, a Barbershop, and bike/jogging paths to downtown Longmont. Denver, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and world-class skiing are just a short drive away.

Fantastic mountain views with magnificent sunsets over the snow covered peaks of the Continental Divide.
Property is right next to a freight railroad and intersections so there will be train whistles blowing and 'train-going-by' noise occasionally, day and night.

For the price, the space was a good size, and clean. The train is definitely a thing to consider. I didn’t have earplugs in the first night (a Monday), and that seemed to be the worst night for trains. I think four came through from 9:30 pm until 6:30 am. And the horn was very loud (like, vibrate the bed loud). I found earplugs at Target (rated to block sound up to 32 dcb) and that made a world of difference, as far as the train and traffic noise was concerned, for the rest of my stay. As another older guest mentioned, the bed is squeaky and a bit uncomfortable. The WiFi was spotty, and didn’t work for awhile, but Amy was responsive and got it up and running again, in pretty rapid fashion. All said, if you remember earplugs, and are looking for a space to crash after a day of hiking, or sight-seeing, or just absorbing Colorado, this is definitely a good space to stay. You will feel absolutely welcomed by the humans and the critters that live onsite."

A stylish and comfortable apartment in one of the very few houses situated high up on the spectacular Front Range. Explore the area, or relax in the natural cedar hot tub while taking in the views and the Colorado wildlife. The house is on 3 acres bordered by open space - the perfect base for exploring the Rocky Mountains and the Boulder area. Easy access to RM National Park, ski resorts, restaurants, etc. 10 mins to Boulder and 3 mins to Lyons. And feel free to use the trampoline!

This is a great launching pad for your time in Longmont. Original hardwood floors and large sunny windows makes your private bathroom your own relaxing oasis. Direct access to your space from the backyard gives you privacy from our family living in the front of the house. There is plenty of parking right off the back alley, then come in through the spacious fenced backyard. Combination lock let’s you in easily whatever time you arrive.
The room has a comfortable queen size bed and large closet with luggage rack. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided along with soap and bubble bath.
The Coffee & Tea Bar gets you ready and out the door to all things Colorado—Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Eldora Ski area, & Denver are all within an hour drive. Boulder is just a half hour drive as are incredible mountain views just outside of town.
Snowshoeing, skiing, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, biking, whatever thrills you, Longmont is an excellent base.
After a day of fun, enjoy a glass of wine in the garden (spring, summer, fall) or in a bubble bath (winter).
Please note there are railroad tracks nearby so you can expect to hear a train now and then.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, the bedroom door accesses the fenced area directly so let the dog out to play while you sleep in or get ready for the day.

This delightful little studio provides a cozy home away from home. Private entrance, full kitchen and full bathroom will provide a nice get away whether you're in Longmont on business or in town to visit relatives or tasting the extensive local beers, spirits or local farm cuisine that our fine City offers. Walk one block to see magnificent sunsets over the mountains or meander the Old Town neighborhood toward Main Street/downtown (about 15-20 minute walk to downtown). Host often has bicycles available for use. The greenway is less than a mile away to explore nature by foot, bike or take in the plethora of public art. Studio is equipped with all you need to cook or just bring leftovers home. Host usually provides home made goodies, schedule permitting. Your private bathroom has an old clawfoot tub (with shower), as well as washer/dryer - just incase! Private little patio provides nice outside retreat with shade, weather permitting. Pets okay with notification. Host provides area maps and has lots of recommendations for the ask - sometimes even freebies! I'm sorry but I can not welcome any cigarette smokers! I keep a very "green" home, and ask that you review flyer and separate your garbage, recycling and compost (all curbside pick up), as I have minimal garbage and compost pick up.
Of note: I do not accept any cigarette smokers in the studio, even if they "won't smoke inside." If you book and smoke a cigarette on the property (inside or out), against my rules, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. 420 is acceptable outside only.

Whether you are here to work or play, this is where you'll want to stay. Spacious newly finished 1000 Sqft basement apartment is a home away from home sanctuary. Private entrance through the shared mudroom, this area is completely separate from the rest of house. Beaufiful shared backyard with pond, huge fire pit and BBQ. Reserved spot in garage and lots of storage to put your bike and skis. Have a priced item you would like to store in apartment? In unit storage room can accomodate on request.

Here to work? The unit also has a wireless printer. Larger capacity black and white Laser printer available on request. Cubpoards will be stocked with basic pantry items in the event you are too tired to go out or shop for food when you arrive. Fully functioning kitchen with gas stove. Coffee, tea, french press and keurig provided. All cooking accessories as well. Laundry room has detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board. Netflix, Amazon video, and Spotify accounts all logged in to on the smart tv. Anything missing? Just ask and we will provide. The shared back yard is peaceful. It boasts a large pond with fish and fountain, huge firepit, lounge chairs and BBQ grill. Want the space to yourself, feel free to request to reserve it or come join us for a glass of wine or coffee by the pond or firepit. It's the perfect place to relax!

The owner, Mia, was always accessible and she provided the apartment with extras like pasta and sauce, English muffins and jelly, and even eggs. 20 minutes to Boulder and 50 minutes to RMNP. Enjoy relaxing at this unique and peaceful getaway. Entrance is on ground level just off the large patio to take in the sunshine.
The Apartment includes a full kitchen, 1 bath, and laundry. There is one private bedroom with pull out couch in living area for two people.

Cozy and quiet Old Town Apartment just a few blocks away from downtown. Breweries, great restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance.
Monthly rate $1500/month all utilities including wifi included.

Fully furnished multi-level house with private, light-filled garden-level, basement studio all to yourself. Shared entrance leads you to downstairs and your 510 sq. ft space. Our home is an easy gateway to Lyons, Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as, on the bike path across town. Also great for working professionals and those in medical industry as we are close to several hospitals. This is a LGBTQIA+Queer & Trans Safe & Welcoming Space.
Certain areas are still under development to make this space totally self-sufficient. Private walk-out coming. For now shared entrance with the rest of the house.
The 510 sq. ft. studio includes a large closet with shelves, a bathroom with a shower on the way (in the meantime you would use the shared bath and shower on the 3rd floor) has a sink and toilet ONLY at this time. A communal washer & dryer (soon to be moved to garage) & a kitchenette that includes a generous medium size refrigerator, microwave, counter-top convection oven, electric kettle and hot plate. We are adding all essential items to get you started in the kitchen.
Partial wall separates open floor plan from sleeping area. Space currently includes 3 large windows, a 40 sq. ft. kitchenette, 30 square foot large walk-in storage closet & 30 sq. ft. bathroom with a toilet and sink only. At this time you would share a shower with our 2 tenants on the 3rd floor.
