The hotel does allow pets which caused my animal allergies to kick in from what I believe may have been some minimal pet dander on the couch. This room was very clean and there was no pet odor or any other signs the room had been previously occupied by pets so if I hadn't seen the other guests with pets, I would have been mystified as to why my sensitive allergies were acting up. I will be staying at this properly during my next stay and will simply drape the couch with one of the spare sheets the hotel thoughtfully leaves in the room, at which point I believe my allergies will be fine.
