I will be staying at this properly during my next stay and will simply drape the couch with one of the spare sheets the hotel thoughtfully leaves in the room, at which point I believe my allergies will be fine. Small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $125 pet fee. This fee is absolutely NON-NEGOTIABLE. We do not allow cats and humbly request that you leave your large dogs at home. Pets are NOT ALLOWED on the furniture and must be crated when in the space alone.

Any dog that arrives without prior notice and authorization will result in a $250 fee in addition to the $125 standard pet fee. You must provide proof of medical necessity for any service animal and provide specific information about the pet's official role. The kitchen is so well stocked there are things you didn’t even knew you would need but were glad they were there. There was a plethora of towels to use both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not one time did I wish for something. There is a very large bedroom suite on the main floor with a large TV and fireplace. The bathroom is also very large with a tub and walk in shower. The steam part of the shower was not working but there are several jets which made it nice. On the lower level there is another bedroom with a full bath. There is also a day bed if extra sleeping arrangements are necessary. Never did I see anything dirty. Not even a bit of dust. The place is immaculate. I will definitely be back."

We had dinner and (I was able to walk down the hill for a beer at the end of the day) at one of the little neighborhood eateries, and my son managed to take a bus back to the house from downtown Longmont (a mile or two away) one afternoon when I had a meeting and he just wanted to get back to the unit.
