The kitchen has a half-wall that separates it from the living space but still lets you see the TV while cooking. This apartment has a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker. Always fully stocked with coffee, cream & sugar as well as cookware, dishes and utensils, this kitchen is the perfect place to cook a delicious meal. There is a dining table with seating for four to the side of the kitchen.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.
Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.

This cute apartment has a lovely bedroom with a Queen sized bed, closet, bench for your luggage and windows to let in natural light.
The bathroom is off the kitchen and features a tub/shower combo so you can choose from a refreshing shower or a long soak in the bathtub. The bathroom is fully stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
When you enter the apartment, you are in the cozy living room. This living room has a comfortable loveseat that faces the large, HD Roku TV. There is also a desk with a leather chair so you can get some work done while traveling or, grab one of the yoga mats and start your day with some stretching!
The living room flows into the dining room and kitchen area. The dining area has a small bistro table with seating for 2 for an intimate meal. The kitchen features a new oven and stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and sink. Of course, there is also the coffee bar with a Keurig, cream and sugar. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, seasonings and olive oil.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.
Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.

This apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments that are used as short-term rentals. You will receive a door code to get into the building and another one for your apartment door.
At the top of the stairs, you will see the space for the laundry room. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use.. There are detergent pods and dryer sheets provided.
The shared spaces in the building are the front entryway stairs, the hallways, laundry area, hall bathroom and rooftop deck. Please be kind and respectful of other guests in the building.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to art shops, coffee, bars and restaurants. Check out the RTD Bus Line, pickup is kiddy corner to our building.
We also have free parking on the street or in a lot next to the building.

We have made our Vrbo the way we would love it - comfortable! Our Colorado Cozy Cottage has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. We have a full kitchen with all the items you need for cooking, washer/dryer with detergent, & bathroom with amenities.
Our Cozy Cottage is very special to us. We got married in the backyard! We live down the street so if there’s anything you need just let us know!
They include a memory foam mattress with a pillow top, down pillows, memory foam pillows, down comforter, & luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. By each bed are two lamps with two USB charging ports in each so you can juice up.
There is a sweet hand made entertainment center (crafted by my talented hubby from our upcycled fence) which includes an electric fireplace in the living room to make sure you stay warm & cozy.
There is also a 55 inch Smart TV on an articulating mount. You can position the TV towards the couch & snuggle to watch shows on our guest Netflix account or swing it to the kitchen while cooking in our supply stocked kitchen.
There is a full kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with ice cube trays, dishwasher, pots/pans, toaster, mixing bowls, strainer, measuring utensils, baking pans, pizza pans, silverware, glasses, coffee pot, cooking utensils, & condiments). Coffee is provided for you.

We have a backyard with a large deck & a pond next to it. A waterfall flows into the pond & you can feed the fish too (the silver koi is named Chicken Nugget). There is no entering the pond & of course children must be watched at all times.
Fun Close Destinations!!! We suggest driving while on vacation or Ride Shares (Uber & Lift) work too!

Centrally located, private mid-century ranch house, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A little slice of the country in the city, neighbors have horses, goats, chickens. 10 minutes drive to Golden and only 15 minutes to downtown Denver. A great home base for a day trip into the Mountains or skiing.
Tons of hiking and bike trails nearby. A perfect location for concerts at Red Rocks or exploring the foothills. 35 minutes to Boulder or Casinos in Black Hawk. Relax in the jaquzzi after your adventures.
Most of the wooden furniture was milled and made ourselves.

There is a private backyard with a privacy fence, that is especially great, if you're traveling with little ones who would benefit from a safe outdoor space to play.

I-70 will take you west into the mountains in 10 minutes time. While 38th Ave going east will take you into Denver. Along the way are some cool neighborhoods (Highlands, Berkley, Sunnyside, Edgewater / Sloans Lake) with excellent restaurants, bars, and shops.
If you're interested in snowboarding or skiing, the ranch is only 1 hour away from the nearest resort (Loveland) and and 1.5 hours from Breckenridge / Keystone / Winterpark / Copper Mountain.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, of which i grew up. This one bedroom ranch style home also has a den with two couches and a comfortable futon that folds out into a bed for additional guest accommodations. Property is only 10 minutes from Coors Field, Ball Arena, and Empower Field at Mile High, and within 20 minutes of Red Rocks Amphitheater.

The home was in a great neighborhood and though an older home, it was clean and well taken care of. The sunporch was a big plus and our grandkids loved the pinball machine. We had our 2 small chihuahua's with us and the backyard was nice though the still enjoyed walking with us in the neighborhood. It was a great visit and we would rent this property again! We did communicate with David and he was very quick to respond with questions we had."

Welcome to this Modern Retreat, located a couple minutes from i70 and 15 minutes from downtown, being the perfect neutral home bar for your Colorado travels.
Upon entry into the duplex, you'll be greeted with a large, open space perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring or working or entertaining your family and friends. You'll find a huge and comfortable sectional couch and big screen tv. This space opens up to the dining table to allow seating all in one space. Also in this large room is the desk and work space, for any working professionals needing to squeeze in some work. Head into the kitchen and find everything you need to cook, sip and host. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. Down the stairs is a full sized laundry room and out the back door is a private yard area. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms. Both rooms have comfort in mind, each sporting a hybrid luxury mattress. One room is equipped with a king sized bed, full sized comfortable futon, a sitting chair, and a large screen tv. The other room has a queen bed and sitting chair. The bathroom has a modern and clean feel with all new tile, and hosts a tub and shower. You'll find this space to be very comfortable and accommodating, but also in the perfect location for whatever is on your Colorado checklist. Come stay, sip, play or work at the Modern Retreat.

Nice Wheat Ridge home. Close proximity to Denver or quick access to the mountains. Quick highway access location with secluded quiet HUGE back yard. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional street parking. House has been recently updated with Granite counters! Brand new bathroom with custom tile. Includes basic kitchen and bath necessities.

Walk right in to a large, open area, with a wrap around sectional that is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 75' smart tv. You'll also find a large dining table that fits 6 comfortably. This space accommodates your entire party for entertaining, gathering and relaxing in one big area. There is even an office space for any remote working needs or needing to get some quick work done on your vacation. Walking into the kitchen, you'll notice a freshly remodeled and clean space, stocked with everything you may need for all your cooking and baking needs.
