- "The room and hotel were very clean. Peet’s coffee set up in the lobby. We needed an extra bed at the last minute and staff brought up an inflatable within 10 minutes. I booked through Homeaway, Which asked why we were coming to the area. I had stated we were bringing my daughter to her freshman year at Boulder. Our first night in the room, while we were at dinner the concierge brought up a cheese and fruit platter and a bottle of wine, with a note of congratulations. Very nice extra special touch!"

Great setup for families or large groups. The home is a brick ranch and the main level has three bedrooms and each one has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has its own half bathroom and a Tempur-Pedic bed that can be raised at the head or feet with a remote and has a massage function as well.
This home is perfect for anyone looking to visit to Boulder-Denver area. Boulder is just a 20 min drive down 36 and the house is located right off the highway yet far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. There is a grocery store less than a mile from the house as well as multiple restaurants. The Flatiron mall is a short 5 min drive towards boulder and offers tons of options for shopping dinning and entertainment.

Downtown Denver is about 30 min to the South and the 1st bank center is only 5 minutes away and features lots of concerts and sporting events. The home itself has a wonderful back yard with covered patio space with plenty of space for dogs to run around or for kids to play. There is also a charcoal grill for bbqs

Inside the main level of the house is covered with hardwood floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, new tile floors and granite counters as well as brand new cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a large table and seating for 8. Located 20 minutes to Denver, 15 minutes to Boulder, 10 minutes to old town Louisville, Lac Amora is an established neighborhood that is virtually void of traffic noise and speeding cars. Just steps away from the house are hiking and mountain bike trails, but under a mile away from a Starbucks, supermarket, liquor store and restaurants. You can sit on the dock overlooking the pond while you enjoy birds of prey flying above the preserve while having easy access to all your necessary stops. Just a little further down the hiking trail is a small lake where bald eagles are nesting near by. The newly remodeled house has a wonderful chef's kitchen with a huge island, formal dining area and breakfast nook. There is also a wonderful sitting area with a view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This is really a large, comfortable, open and bright space that everyone can enjoy together. Technically speaking, 17 people can sit comfortably in one room. Walk out of the kitchen onto the newly built deck and sitting area, and right down to the over-sized patio with a large dining area, grill and hammock. Outdoor relaxation or entertaining, your choice. Back inside, the downstairs is a large family room equipped with a huge wrap around sofa, flat screen tv and a desk with a printer for all of your office needs. Just down a small hall is a convenient laundry room and bathroom. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The 4th can be found in the newly remodeled basement, along with the 4th bathroom, which is off of a large Rec Room. This space has another separate tv area and plenty of room for kids or adults alike to spread out. 3 of the bedrooms have full beds, so each can sleep 2 people comfortably, along with smart tv's. There is a full bathroom with a tub in the hall. The master bedroom is very spacious and bright. The super comfy queen bed feels like a king. There is no tub in the master but the over-sized shower is fantastic. There is also a smart tv.

There is plenty of parking in the drive way and on the street. Please respect our neighbors and limit parking to our drive way or in front of the house.

Our home is located in Broomfield, 10 minute from I-25 and Highway 36. This means you can reach Denver within 20 minutes, Boulder within 20 minutes, and Interlocken within 10 minutes. Broomfield shops and dining are within a few minutes walk on the bike path, or you can drive to Bradburn Village within minutes. Our personal favorite: hop in the car, head to Boulder, and spend the day hiking at Chautauqua and enjoying a good meal on Pearl Street Mall.

Guests have their own private front door entrance, and the entire upper floor is the guest's own space. The unit is located in a bilevel home, on a quiet, safe, residential street. The host lives below, in a separate unit. Easy access to Boulder (15 min.) & central Denver (25 min.). Five min drive to grocery, restaurants, breweries, local parks & freeway access.

The guest unit is the upper floor, and entirely private. Guests have their own private front door entrance that leads to the upper floor, via a short staircase. The floor between the upper and lower units has been made as soundproof as possible by a contractor.

The guest space includes a private back deck with furniture and BBQ The deck is at the same height as the upper floor, and looks down onto the ground level backyard lawn . ***The guest DOES NOT have access to the backyard lawn.***

The homeowner/host lives downstairs, with her very quiet dog, in a completely separate space (with its own separate entrance), that is closed off from the guest space. The homeowner and her dog have access to the ground level backyard lawn.

Window A/C units are located in both bedrooms and in “Living Room (1)”. Ceiling fans are located in the queen bedroom and in the living areas. During cooler weather, there is central heating and our guests can select their desired temperature.

There is a television that gets digital cable channels (via a t.v. antenna). The T.V. has a Roku and a HDMI cord that can be used to attach your own personal digital device.

Charging stations are located in all spaces

The homeowner/host is happily available (via cellphone and/or landline phone) in case the guest has any questions or needs help with anything.

These private rooms are on the mail level of a corner townhome. I have a bedroom, TV area, and private bath on the first floor. I will share the kitchen, relaxation room, dining room, patio, laundry and garage. I work from home 4 days a week in an office with a door on main level.

The townhome community has a shared indoor hot tub, lap pool, and gym area within a 3 minute walk from this townhome.

Amazon and DoorDash deliveries to the door are acceptable. Any mail through the USPS will immediately end this rental agreement.
Food, spices, oils, tea, and coffee in the kitchen (including refrigerator and pantry) are not shared.
Turn off lights when you leave the garage, laundry, and kitchen. The dining room fan and light may be on for plants and ventilation.
Pool and exercise room are a privilege; use with care and respect.
Do not change temperature settings on the thermostat. I have provided a fan in the bedroom, and open windows at night during lower temperatures are helpful.
I do not enter your room or bathroom. Please respect my privacy and do not enter my office or the upstairs.
Cats are fed well. Do not feed my cats.
Street parking is available for a long truck without company decals.
Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 5:30 am. My cell is set to Do Not Disturb from 10 pm to 6 am.

While the garage is reserved for owner's use, ample parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

The home is conveniently located in the Outlook neighborhood, which boasts a park at the top of the hill featuring a sand volleyball court, playground, and a large field for various sports. Situated just 10 minutes from the Interlocken Business Park and Highway 36, it offers easy access to both Denver and Boulder, with travel times of 20 to 30 minutes in either direction. Additionally, popular ski destinations are about an hour away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is just over an hour's drive.

To maintain a healthy environment, the home is strictly non-smoking and reserved for non-smokers only, due to asthma concerns. Additionally, no animals are allowed on the property due to allergies. These policies ensure that the home remains a safe and comfortable space for all guests.
