This house has a great location, its 5 mins walk from Erie Rec Center (Pay per use) that offers all kinds of sporting facilities, including indoor pool, Hot tub, Rock climbing, Gym, the Anythink Library. It's also close to Erie Midtown where there are many community activities such as farmer's markets, fireworks etc. Everything one can think of is within 5 minutes.

In terms of accessibility its about 35 mins drive from the Denver International Airport, 40 mins away from Downtown Denver, 20 mins or approx 10 miles away from Boulder and Longmont, about an hour away from Estes Park/Rockymountain National Park. About 30-40 mins from Loveland Ski areas where you can go snowboarding or snow tubing.

The house has a huge Patio and deck with some patio furniture.

2nd floor: Has a huge Masterbedroom with 5 piece bath, a loft area for kids to play and two additional bedrooms. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also upstairs.

Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard

Basement is not accessible to the guest, but don't worry the whole house is yours, we just don't want any one other than our staff. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. If you want thermostat unlocked there will be additional utility charge fee. We hope this is clearly understood.

Unique Dome House Located in an Airpark! Corner Lot with a beautiful view of the mountains and the runway !! It’s a great cozy feel with super comfy couches in the main living room area (my favorite place) and a fun place to stay.

There was plenty of room to spare. Our flight arrived well before the 4:00 pm check in. With both our arrival and departure our host allowed us to check in and out earlier/later. Lovely neighborhood to walk and jungle gym for children to play on at the clubhouse. I highly recommend KT's place. We would definitely stay here again."

Boulder is an outdoorsman's paradise with great hiking, climbing, and fly fishing, and the open space directly behind the home features many singletrack mountain biking trails as well as a small creek that runs along the trail.

The surrounding area is a great place for families with many events in the summer months. Downtown Erie is within a mile of the home and is a quaint and charming place that features many great restaurants and breweries. Multiple parks and the Erie Rec-Center are within walking distance as well.

- "This house was perfect for our family vacation! Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids had multiple indoor and outdoor areas to hang out together or spread out for privacy and quiet time. The finished basement with a great playroom was a major hit with the grandkids (9,9,10). We couldn’t have asked for a better location as we were within 30-45 minutes of other family members North, South, East and West of Denver. We were able to show the kids city experiences(Meow Wolf, Denver Zoo, City Park, Stanley Marketplace), ATVing in Estes Park, hiking around Red Rocks and Maxwell Falls, hot springs in Idaho Springs, Olde Town Arvada, and then go back home to recharge and check out the parks, walking trails and Erie Recreation Center aquatic area with a lazy River and water slide. Unfortunately the HOA pool was closed for repairs during our visit, but we did see it being filled as we were leaving. The kitchen well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparations - it’s the best one I have experienced over the years. Communications with Matt for reserving, prepping to arrive, and during our stay were great. Check-in and out were easy. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway with family or adult friends - our whole group gives it a big thumbs up!"

The location is within walking distance of the charming downtown area which has plenty of activities, food, etc, and a growing area along the Erie Parkway that also has several food establishments and places like Walgreens for those things you forgot. Erie itself is great, but if you want to find more adventure, you'll have easy access to Boulder, Longmont, and the northern side of the Denver suburbs. We definitely will look at this place again in the future for stays near the Front Range!"

The house is also somewhat unique in that it's a remodeled 1967 tri-level with a finished garage. As it sits, the front door was once the back door and has the sunroom built on covered in reclaimed barnwood for extra charm when entering the home.

The front sunroom has 3 seating areas, an infrared sauna, and the indoor/outdoor bar. The bar is the perfect hangout spot in the warmer months, with a popcorn machine and a drinks fridge inside and a wall-mounted TV, plus you can open up the sunroom French doors to the patio with a BBQ grill area. The whole front yard becomes one big hangout space with easy access to the kitchen right behind the sunroom.

As you enter the house you’ll be in the bright, well appointed kitchen. Enjoy the smell of a freshly brewed pot of coffee or a home cooked meal. Or maybe just a quick cup from the Keurig from the coffee station before heading out for the day. The dine-in kitchen has a spacious table that seats 6 with additional bar seating for 4.
