The property is located pretty west of Denver, great location or almost the closest one still in Denver for traveling to the ski areas/resorts in the west. This is one of the reason we picked this property as well. We like the breakfast, friendly staffs, location and comfortable space of the suite. The carpet, fixtures and furniture if can be replaced/upgraded, that will make it even better! We will pick this property in the future if we can."

Instructions say additional vehicle should park on the street but street is EXTREMELY NARROW so in order to park you have to get over into the yard of the property to be out of traffic. It snowed while we were there so then we couldn't get in or out of our vehicle without stepping in the mud. Cleanliness--downstairs bathroom was not clean! Shower/tub had a ring, dirt on floor and in window sill. All light fixtures throughout house full of cobwebs. Upstairs bathroom was fairly clean and all bedding and towels were clean but overall deep cleaning definently needed to be done. Overall a good stay."
