Evergreen’s downtown area has grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other conveniences.

Getting Around:
Most residents and visitors in Evergreen rely on using personal vehicles due to the area's rural and mountainous nature. In fact, an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required to access our cabin. This is non-negotiable. Although the roads are well-maintained, it can get steep in some areas.

Our 4 Duplex Cabins (for a total of 8 Individual Cabins) located in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado all sit within twenty feet of Bear Creek.

Each Individual Cabin consists of one 350 square foot room with one queen bed and one twin bed. The Individual Cabin walls are log beam and each bed has a unique handcrafted pine headboard.

All Individual Cabins have a full kitchen equipped with a sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast table with two chairs. The utensils, cookware, dishes, and coffee are provided in each Individual Cabin. Each Individual Cabin also has a tub/shower bathroom with a hair dryer. All Individual Cabins have a flat screen television with access to cable and streaming services, as well as 1 Gbps / 35 Mbps WiFi connectivity. Additionally, each Individual Cabin is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and a wall heater. In addition to the indoors, the Individual Cabins have an outside deck with seating, a gorgeous shared outdoor space along Bear Creek with seating and picnic tables, as well as charcoal grills. The Individual Cabins ARE pet friendly ($50 pet fee for the entire stay).

The Space:
Other than the foyer, the home is all on the 2nd level above the garage. We store things in there and the garage is not available for parking, but we try to keep it so you can hang out with the doors open and use it as a covered patio or workspace. The bedroom is large and has a king bed w/2 end tables. There's also a dresser for your items. One closet is ours that we keep locked and the other can be used, but is mainly for storage. The kitchen has everything you'd expect, and the counter overhang serves as the "dining area". The living room has a good sized couch and chair for lounging. The outdoor patio is a great place for coffee/hanging out/having a drink. This is our favorite place in the world. We sincerely hope you enjoy it and if you have any feedback for future guests we'd love to hear it. We also give discounts for repeat guests and would love to have this be a place you come back to regularly! We have made other interior updates not shown in the photos, but it will be better than what you see in pictures. We are in the planning and permitting process to add a gas fire pit and back deck with a hot tub. We will update the photos as soon as we can get it started and completed.

*The windows are great for views, but the Colorado sun is bright. We have a good curtain in the bedroom so it doesn't wake you up...sun rises EARLY in the summer here. We also just put up curtains in the living area based on guest feedback and requests.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet, secluded, and other than seeing some cars drive by you probably won't see anyone unless you go for a walk on Berry Bush Ln. The homes prior to ours are all unique, and sit on 1/2 to 2 acre lots. Once you get to our place, the tracts are all 20+ acres.

Getting Around:
We are surrounded on 3 sides by large acreage lots, and on the north side by 1/2-1 acre lot homes. We HIGHLY recommend 4WD vehicle and other than the great walks you can take, you'll need a vehicle to get around. Gas station, grocery, and restaurants are all within 5-10 min. You can park anywhere on the driveway or under carport...we like to use that space for grilling!

Other Things to Note:
*This is a mountain property and when it snows...it snows. During October through May we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle. While the driveway is pretty flat, it can get pretty difficult to get out of if you don't have 4WD.

*We have a person who comes by on Wednesdays to take trash to landfill. He will access the garage only.

*During the winter months, we have 2 snow plow contractors that come for any snow over 6". There have been times where they plowed and another foot of snow came down. Please watch the weather carefully. There have been times where we have parked at the end of the driveway just to make sure there were no issues getting out in case the plow couldn't come quick enough.

*Please explore! The creek is awesome, and so is..."just looking at the mountains & trees". There are detailed maps in the photos and with the check-in items showing the property lines. Our neighbors are very nice, but they don't like people walking on their property. Also use caution as there is a lot of wildlife out here. We've seen bears, deer, elk, porcupines, foxes, etc...

*Starlink is HERE, and So far it has been incredible. To date we've had no issues even in heavy snow.

We loved the high ceilings and the abundance of windows to take in the gorgeous view of the surrounding hillside. The king-sized bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need - including a welcome treat from the owners :-). We spent a ton of time on the balcony overlooking the property. We even saw elk not 100 feet from the cabin on our first night! The owners were communicative, but not too pushy. Check in and check out instructions were easy, and the app for the property was a nice touch and handy tool for having all the logistics we needed in one place. Couldn't be happier with our stay, and we will absolutely aim to visit again."

Delightful 2 bedroom condo with full amenities conveniently located in the Bergen Park area with easy access to I70 and Evergreen Parkway. Close to restaurants and services, this condo provides the perfect base from which to discover the beautiful mountain town of Evergreen and the surrounding foothills. Alternatively use this condo as a base for skiing, it's only 45 miles from Winter Park & Keystone, 55 from Copper Mountain and just 75 miles to Colorado's largest ski resort, Vail.

The space
Open plan layout on the 2nd floor with high vaulted ceilings and a welcoming fireplace. Main bedroom has a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed and spacious closet. There are balconies both on the front and the rear of the condo.

Guest access
There are stairs up to the second floor at the entryway. The condo is not recommended for guests with mobility needs.

Baby gates are in one of the closets to block off the staircase however adult supervision is required for children and infants as cabinets etc. are not baby-proofed.

There is one dedicated parking spot for the condo and additional visitor parking. You can park briefly outside the entrance to load or unload your car.

Evergreen, CO
Set in the Bergen Park area this condo a short walk from restaurants, stores, other services and hiking trails. With a car you can explore downtown Evergreen, the surrounding foothills or into Downtown Denver (30 mins away)

Getting around
There's one dedicated parking spot at the condo for the unit plus additional guest spaces. Evergreen is easy to get around with a car and plenty of parking wherever you want to go.

- "The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is close to I70 and downtown evergreen and better yet, just a few blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants and more. If I ever need to stay in Evergreen again, this will be my first choice. As a big bonus, the host was spectacular. Very fast response and helped me with anything I needed."

Enjoy endless mountain views from the comfort of your cozy bed or while enjoying coffee on the balcony. Secluded comfort on our 35 acre property, you will be able to enjoy elk, deer, and the best of Colorado’s wildlife right outside your door. Our cozy one bedroom, one bathroom barn includes a downstairs small kitchenette/dining area and high vaulted ceilings. You’ll be conveniently located five minutes from 3 Sisters Park and less than 15 minutes from downtown, but able to escape to peace!

When you first enter, you will find a small area downstairs with a little kitchenette and a washer/dryer. Please note there is no dishwasher. Downstairs also has a full size refrigerator and freezer. While there’s no oven, we have a toaster oven and a hot plate if you’d like to do a little cooking! We have a small slop sink as well for washing dishes.

Upstairs is the one bedroom and one bathroom. There is an adjoining storage room that we use and smaller side closets where you may store things. Our main house is about 150 yards down the road so you may see us around. We have a swingset that our kids use and if you’re traveling with kids, you’re welcome to use it!

There is a secluded back patio in addition to the balcony with a table and some chairs.

We also have very fast and reliable Starlink internet, a cozy fireplace and heat upstairs and downstairs.

Despite the name, there are no animals in the barn! The downstairs stalls are just used as a bit of storage for the time being.

Please note that if you are visiting from late October through April, you will need 4WD as we live down a long dirt road and can expect big snows during this time. We keep the road plowed as much as possible but with heavy snow the road will get icy at parts. During the summer, it can get a bit washed out as well so please take note as you drive!

Stylish 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, sleeps 4 with mountain views. Legend has it this ex-recording studio played host to many famous bands of the 60's and 70's. Situated on tree lined 1.5 acres. Fully remodeled with gas heater, cozy up and enjoy the mountain air. Loads of privacy, the stars at night are breathtaking. Centrally-located minutes to eateries and shopping. 15 mins to Red Rocks, 10 mins to Evergreen, 30 mins to Denver and 1 hour to Ski Resorts! Mountain living at its finest.
The space
Private cottage, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and attached bathroom, living room has pullout queen size bed. Dog door with attached dog run.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole cottage and dog run. You have one designated parking space next to the cottage. If you’re traveling with more then one car. The additional cars need to be parked at the bottom of the driveway in the cul-de-sac.
Other things to note
Reminder, you're in the mountains. You will see lots of wildlife while staying in our home. Be aware of your surrounds especially with little ones and pets. There is a possibility of seeing; Deer, Fox, Hawks, Bear and Rabbits.
Please keep your dogs leashed at all times when walking around our property.
No smoking cigarettes, E-cigarettes or weed in the cottage or on the premises.
No parties.

A 5 min walk to Historic Downtown Evergreen, you and your guest will enjoy local art, coffee shopping and live music- After dining at one of the local restaurants , continue your stroll to The enchanting Evergreen Lake, an easy 1.3 mile loop, where your likely to see , elk ,deer , eagles and much more! Hiking and biking are a step away. All trails lists 76 scenic trails in Evergreen. One of my favorites trails is Alderfer/Three Sisters Park- stunning vistas, landmark rock formations, beautiful ponderosa pines and the most trails per acre of any foothills park. For a true music experience Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 10 miles away. Or come and Enjoy arguably some of the best Skiing in the world, 60 miles to Breckenridge - The Colorado Rockies, Explore the foothills to the Rocky Mountains, retreat to your Cozy Cottage and enjoy the wrap around views

Welcome to the Mountain Retreat on Douglas Park. Renovated in March 2023, everything is brand new! As you pull up to the property you will be greeted by ponderosa pine trees and daily wildlife visitors. Deer and Elk roam our neighborhood nearly everyday.

We comfortably sleep 4 people with a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa (extremely comfortable). You’ll have parking for two cars and your own entrance to come and go. We have a well equipped kitchenette, dining area, and gas fireplace!

**More pictures coming 4/20***This is a guest suite on the bottom floor of our home. You have your own entrance and the only person that will have access to your space is YOU. The whole space was renovated in 2023 so you will likely be one of the first to experience it. Brand new kitchen appliances, shower head, furniture, gas fireplace, and walls covered by limestone and Aspen trees (yes, Aspen trees!). It is possible you may run into us or our friendly pup. We are friendly and will respect your space & privacy.

You will have access to your suite, the front of the house, and your dedicated parking spots on the right side of the driveway.

It is very possible we may cross paths but we will respect your space and privacy. We are very friendly and if want to strike up conversation we’d love to chat. We will take your lead though. We do have a dog that we walk often. If you you are afraid of dogs or have an issue with animals please let us know. Lastly, we will be available/reachable for the entirety of your stay so if you need anything or want local recommendations please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Evergreen is an outdoor haven with a small but picturesque lake surrounded by towering pines and miles of trails. Our mountain retreat is a 5 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute walk to Evergreen Lake. We can provide great recommendations for food and drinks nearby along with some of the best hiking and biking trails in the area. Downtown Denver is a quick 40 minute drive down I-70. If you’re coming into town to see a Red Rocks show we are only 20 minutes away and the drive there is extremely scenic through Bear Creek Canyon! Some of the most popular ski resorts like Breckenridge, Vail, and the locals favorite Arapahoe Basin are only 60-90 minutes away.

If you are wanting to visit Downtown Evergreen or Evergreen Lake we are a 5-10 minute walk away! There are also some nearby trails you can walk to but if you’re looking to explore the greater Evergreen area a car will be required.

We do live upstairs and will do our very best to ensure you have a quiet and peaceful stay. Given our high elevation we do not have AC. Your space should remain cool and if you open the windows and get a cross breeze it will get even colder. During winter months (November-April) we can receive heavy snowfall so AWD/4-wheel drive is highly recommended. If you don’t have the proper vehicle please contact us and local weather websites for current road conditions.

Walkout apartment close to downtown Evergreen, 40 mins-Denver, 20 mins -Red Rocks & 2hrs to ski resorts. Evergreen is short commute but feels worlds away from the hustle. Small town energy with a thriving social scene, hiking, biking, paddle boarding the lake in the summer, ice skating in the winter (voted top 10 rinks by ESPN). You'll see every variety of wildlife & surrounded by beautiful mountain settings. Plenty to do from Live music, great restaurants or cozy up and watch the leaves change or the snow fall.
This attached walk out apartment is recently renovated, with a kitchenette, full size fridge, Island in wheels and comes equipped with all the cooking appliances, linens and necessities you need for a comfortable stay. There is a completely separate and private driveway & deck as well.
