Getting Around:
Most residents and visitors in Evergreen rely on using personal vehicles due to the area's rural and mountainous nature. In fact, an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required to access our cabin. This is non-negotiable. Although the roads are well-maintained, it can get steep in some areas.

Our 4 Duplex Cabins (for a total of 8 Individual Cabins) located in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado all sit within twenty feet of Bear Creek.

Each Individual Cabin consists of one 350 square foot room with one queen bed and one twin bed. The Individual Cabin walls are log beam and each bed has a unique handcrafted pine headboard.

All Individual Cabins have a full kitchen equipped with a sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, and breakfast table with two chairs. The utensils, cookware, dishes, and coffee are provided in each Individual Cabin. Each Individual Cabin also has a tub/shower bathroom with a hair dryer. All Individual Cabins have a flat screen television with access to cable and streaming services, as well as 1 Gbps / 35 Mbps WiFi connectivity. Additionally, each Individual Cabin is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and a wall heater. In addition to the indoors, the Individual Cabins have an outside deck with seating, a gorgeous shared outdoor space along Bear Creek with seating and picnic tables, as well as charcoal grills. The Individual Cabins ARE pet friendly ($50 pet fee for the entire stay).

The Blue Spruce Bungalow is a stylish renovation of an historic Evergreen cabin. It is secluded yet convenient to downtown Evergreen and the Lake. We are also close to freeway access to the mountains or to Denver. There is hospital-quality humidified air and air conditioning. Breathing at the Bungalow is a breeze! Extra-wide doorways make wheelchair access possible.

- "We are privileged to be the first people to stay in the Blue Spruce Bungalow and write a review!! Our month long stay was fantastic and Libby, our host, was always available and quick to respond. The bungalow’s decor is eclectic with a bit of “whimsy” which made it so fun when gazing throughout the house. It was comfortable, exceptionally clean, full of amenities, close to hiking trails and located near the lovely town of Evergreen. Our early morning walks around Evergreen Lake was so peaceful…and watching from our windows the Elk stroll through the neighborhood was a treat. Thank you Libby for being a wonderful host.
