The space
You are in the middle of a 5 acre parcel +400 ft from the road and +400 ft from the house. You can barely see either because of the trees. 5 minutes to the interstate. Everything you need to hang out or use as base camp for ventures. Owners are available if you need anything.
Long term guests are provided one propane tank. It lasts for weeks if you turn the water heater on in the evening for showers and meals then turn it off the rest of the time. Water line from the home so no need to refill the water tank.
We love the peace and quiet. In the summer we have hermit thrushes that sing and dawn and dusk. Its the never ending hummingbirds that are the most fun to enjoy.
Guest access
The property grounds are all groomed so you can hke around and see the deer (with babies), fox and chipmonks without stumbling over limbs. You can hike to a rock outcropping in the open space nearby. There's a 3/4 mile trail not far away and a trail to the top of the mountain. A few hundred other trails within an hour's drive. ;-)
Other things to note
Oven is hard to light. We use the toaster oven as its faster anyway. Fire ban so no fires outside.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Here for vacation or just a stopover. Simple but what you need. A couple k-cups waiting for you in the morning and off you go on your adventure. Of course you may stay and enjoy the day in the forest. There's a flat area below the RV with a couple chairs where you can hang out with the deer and chipmunks.

New furnace that's super quiet installed May 2025. Awesome views. Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Standard RV amenities but includes 8 windows and above average layout and feels more spacious. Outdoor table and chairs next to it by the parking and two foldout chairs below in the forest in a secluded area. Available about 1/2 the year due to weather constraints of RVs.
Other things to note
If you plan to use the sofa bed as well as the queen bed, then you need to book it for the three person rate.
