Skaters can enjoy the shared concrete bowl, while the more risk averse can enjoy the magical nature scenes, as the sunrise lights up the valley in the morning, deer wander the property in the evening and the sky explodes with stars at night. Please look at the aerial images for context to our other units on site. Respect, safety and fun are the only rules!

The space
The unit, inclusive of the deck, Air-stream, and grill is for the exclusive use of the Air-stream guest. The neighboring house is available for rent to other Airbnb tenants at any given time, and mutual respect is always expected.

Due to poor cell reception (for AT&T customers) in the mountains, we encourage you to store check-in instructions on your phone or print out a copy. Since we are a few miles away from a major highway, and to maximize your time to enjoy the space we encourage you to check-in during daylight hours. The property managers are just a phone call away, however we cannot guarantee their immediate response after 8:00pm. As always, close communication will be met with accommodation should anything arise that shifts plans around.

The close proximity to Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Basalt, and Aspen leave guests with more natural terrain and shops/nightlife to explore than most vacations allow, so we know we'll see you again!

There is a bus line that runs up and down the valley from Aspen to Glenwood springs, and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill, about a 10 min drive away from the house. There are car services in the valley, that can be found on google, for nights out, when driving is not the responsible choice.

The space

The unit, inclusive of the deck, Air-stream, and skate-park is available for the use of the guest. The skate-park is shared with the neighboring home down the hill.
