We allow up to 10 guests for this tent, but there are beds for 7, so please bring cots or air mattresses, if you have more than 7. The property has 1 shared outdoor shower and 1 shared porta potty. *** Other Glampers. This is one of several units on the property. We’re all much more spread out than a traditional campground, but be conscientious of space and proximity.
*** Hiking Trails. We have a few secret trails we like to share with guests, one being to Monument Rock just a mile away. We’ll have info when you get here.
*** Cleaning Tips. We hire college students and our children to clean up after you checkout. Please consider leaving a tip or send one through our app. They always put a skip in their step!

Beautiful spacious camper that can sleep 3-4 adults* comfortably. Located on the back acre of land in the beautiful MTs of Divide, CO. Gorgeous outdoor view of mt sunsets with surrounding aspens. A fire pit and bbq are available for use as well as a hammock & picnic table. Indoors has a heat producing fireplace. There are items available to utilize the kitchen area. *No tent camping allowed on our property.*

A beautiful camper that is spacious for being a camper. Please do not book with us if you have more then 3-4 adults.* We do ask our guests to keep in mind this is not a house and not a hotel, we strive for hospitality, cleanliness and a unique stay. However, it is a camper! There are two steps to enter as shown in photos, the additional beds are two bunks and a cot or a sofa pull out, these are stock RV beds and may not be the most comfortable for adults until we upgrade. We just want to be transparent as to avoid inaccurate and unfair reviews moving forward as those have a huge impact on us. No tent camping allowed on our property.*** Lastly, we must insist children and guests do not wonder near the swings or playground on the personal side of our property for liability reasons. Please respect this.*

**Roads may not be regularly plowed during the winter, however, usually always accessible by most vehicles.

We are 1.5hours from Breckinridge and 30min from Cripple Creek and the casinos. We have several gorgeous hiking trails within 10-15min of your stay. We are in a residential mountain neighborhood on dirt roads.

Stay in our 28 foot Winnebago, “Winston”. Located on our 5 acre family farm.
Located in Black Forest Colorado. The farm is home to 3 “screaming” goats, friendly pigs, chickens, turkeys, a cat and 2 dogs.
The space
Our RV features one queen bed and a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses. Top bunk has a 250 pound max weight limit.
Dinning table does not convert into a sleeping space.
Five person strict max, compact space.
There is a small refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven and microwave in the kitchen as well as a toaster oven and Keurig.
Private bathroom with shower with complimentary toiletries and hair dryer.

You can get your own fresh eggs from the coop or we can have them ready for you.
