- "Only two issues…1) bathroom is down stairs which makes the midnight vigil to the bathroom a bit annoying. 2) there were some loud and vulgar teens one night arguing and fighting outside the property. (Not the fault of the owner…but somewhat disconcerting). Try the bakery next door as well as the coffee/wine shop and bbq restaurant all within a 30 second walk. The Main Level
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a sun-drenched living area. The corner windows feature colorful curtains and bench seating, creating a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the light.
Living: Settle onto the new loveseat and enjoy entertainment on the 55" HD Roku TV.
Dining/Workspace: A convenient tall table for two can fold out for extra space or act as a functional workspace. A large wardrobe provides ample storage for your items.
Kitchen & Laundry: The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, featuring a full-sized oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We provide all the plates, cookware, and a Keurig (with coffee/creamer!) to get your mornings started. A combination washer/dryer is tucked right next to the fridge, complete with complimentary detergent.
Bathroom: Past the kitchen, find the updated bathroom, which features a stylish bowl sink, a stand-in shower, and all essential amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and plenty of towels).
The Loft Bedroom
Access to the upper level is via a set of custom, beautiful wood stairs (Note: These stairs are semi-steep and may be difficult for some to climb, but they truly define the loft's character!).

The kitchen has a half-wall that separates it from the living space but still lets you see the TV while cooking. This apartment has a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker. Always fully stocked with coffee, cream & sugar as well as cookware, dishes and utensils, this kitchen is the perfect place to cook a delicious meal. There is a dining table with seating for four to the side of the kitchen.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.

This property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
There is 1 parking spot available in the garage. To open and close the door, you need to use the button inside the garage. The exterior keypad is not in use.
HOT TUB: This unit's hot tub takes longer to heat, so please be patient. Never shut off the hot tub; it should always remain on. Please keep the hot tub filled with water to prevent pump issues. Recommended temperatures: Summer 100-102°F, Winter 102-104°F. The control buttons may be sticky/hard, please refrain from making setting changes unless necessary.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

- "This rental duplex was perfect for my family of 6. It is situated in Wheat Ridge, a short drive into either downtown Denver, or the red rocks nature areas to the west. The house was very clean and organized. I appreciated the soaps/detergents available to guests in the bathroom, shower, and laundry area. The strong Wifi served me well one morning when I had to take an online exam for work. Our children loved the hot tub and the games available under the living room coffee table. We accidentally broke a wine glass during our stay, and the landlord was kind and forgiving. Lastly, I appreciated the simple check-out process. The landlord's requests upon exiting the property were very reasonable and easy."

This unique apartment features four cozy bedrooms on three different levels. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable King beds, extra blankets, mounted HD TVs and clothing storage. One of the King rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The other two bedrooms have comfortable bunk beds and also have mounted HD TVs. These rooms feature shelves and hangers so you can unpack your clothing.
There are 2 more full bathrooms with showers; one is in the living room area and one is in the hallway by the 2nd King bedroom. All the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
This eclectic apartment has a bright, cheery kitchen stocked full of seasonings, utensils, dishes, cookware and olive oil. The kitchen has a full-sized stove & refrigerator as well as a coffee bar with a Keurig, sugar and creamer. There is a mini dishwasher as well as a microwave and a rolling bar cart that can be moved to create more counterspace while preparing a meal.
Down the stairs into the lower level of the apartment, you will find the spacious living and dining area. This room features a large dining table as well as sectional sofa and comfy chairs. There is a large, mounted HD Roku TV in this room so you can watch your favorites. Or, you can grab one of the hundreds of books in the apartment and curl up and read.
There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax in this apartment.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.
Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.
SHARED SPACES
This apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments that are used as short-term rentals. You will receive a door code to get into the building and another one for your apartment door.
At the top of the stairs, you will see the space for the laundry room. There are 2 free stackable washer and dryer units for your use. There are detergent pods and dryer sheets in the apartment for your use.
The shared spaces in the building are the front entryway stairs, the hallways, laundry area, hall bathroom and rooftop deck. Please be kind and respectful of other guests in the building.
We do rent out all three apartments separately or you can book them all for a large group! Ask us about the other listings if interested.

Our eclectic mix of local businesses, restaurants and shopping serve the community and invite visitors, offering a taste of small-town life without the driving. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment. There is a large bicycle shop right across the street for all of your cycling needs.
Getting Around:
Walking distance to art shops, coffee, bars and restaurants. Check out the RTD Bus Line, pickup is catty corner to our building.

Our tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is a comfortable stay for your next trip to the Denver area. Cool off in the shared complex pool or take a short drive over to the city for exploring the attractions and delicious dining options.
The two bedrooms are furnished for you to feel comfortable and at peace during your stay. The main bedroom has a TV for you to enjoy all your favorite shows and movies. The air conditioning in the home makes sure you are always feeling comfortable even on the hottest days in the city. In the mornings and evenings, the patio is a lovely outdoor sanctuary for you to enjoy the Colorado air.
For those working remotely, the office nook in the main bedroom is a great place for you. The desk, chair, and monitor help you be productive while you are away from your office or home.
One of the highlights of our apartment is the shared pool which guests can access during their stay (available seasonally). It offers a refreshing oasis that you can enjoy during the warmer months. Located at the bustling Ridge at 38th, this bright loft is the perfect place to stay in Wheat Ridge.
A large garage door lets in tons of sunlight throughout the loft. The first floor has a spacious living room, dining room, and fully updated kitchen with plenty of cookware. Around the corner is a Washer/Dryer unit and the bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs in the loft is the cozy King bed, clothing storage and a desk.
Located next to a wine bar and bakery- you'll be in the center of the action!
The Space:
This unique space shares a building with a wine lounge, bakery and other rental units. The industrial-style loft boasts a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, washer/dryer, and loft bedroom.
-Immediately inside the door is the living room with a large, leather couch and 55" smart TV with Roku ready to stream your favorite shows. The garage door is to the right, letting in tons of natural light, but with fogged panes to ensure your privacy.
-Behind the couch is a dining table that seats 4 people. There are also 2 stools at the kitchen countertop for extra seating.
-Further into the unit is our fully updated and fully stocked kitchen. We have a full sized stove with glass top range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a Keurig coffeemaker fully stocked with coffee, cream and sugar. We also have plenty of cookware to create your delicious meal.
-Further down the hall, there is a washer/dryer in the hallway for your use. We also supply washer detergent pods and dryer sheets.
-Just past the washer/dryer is the full bathroom. Beautifully updated with clean white countertops and a tiled shower.
-Up the carpeted stairs in the living room is the loft where the bedroom is. At the top of the stairs to your left you will find our work-from-home desk. This unit has high speed wifi so you can work wherever you want. The desk also has a partition behind it to block some light and give some privacy.
-Behind the desk is our comfortable King bed. With plenty of pillows and extra blankets, you are sure to spend a comfortable night here! Since there is not a closet, we have provided a metal rack with coat hangers as well as shelves for your clothing and shoes.
-When you turn around and face the stairs, you have a lovely view of the large garage door and the living area. The space has high ceilings and is very open as well as being well-lit.
-Within walking distance are multiple restaurants and bars. The location is snug between downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains via I-70- quickly get to sporting and music venues, concerts and events!
-Ball Arena is only 12 minutes by car and Red Rocks Amphitheater is only 20 minutes!

The Space:
This one-bedroom loft is right next door to a bakery! The building is a mix of businesses and other rental units. This unit has its own private front door and the entire unit to yourself.
-When you reach the unit, you will immediately see the colorful curtains in the windows of the living room. When you walk into the unit, you will see a brand new loveseat as well as the 55" smart TV that is Roku enabled. The corner windows also have bench seating. Because of the number of windows, this unit lets in plenty of natural lighting.
-On the wall by the TV is a tall table seating area for 2 people. The table can also fold out to create more space.
-Further into the unit, there is a fully stocked kitchen, with a Keurig, coffee and creamer. The kitchen has a full-sized oven, range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with utensils, plates and cookware so you can create your meals.
-Next to the refrigerator is a combination washer/dryer! We provide washer detergent and dryer sheets for your use.
-The bathroom is just through the kitchen on the other side, with all the amenities from shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer and plenty of towels. It is newly updated with a lovely bowl sink and stand-in shower.
-The unique stairs into the loft area are to the left of the kitchen. These stairs are semi-steep and can be difficult to climb, however, they are custom made of gorgeous wood! They add character to our lovely loft.
-At the top of the stairs is the bedroom. The loft bedroom has a brand-new Queen bed and dresser. With plenty of extra pillows and blankets, you are sure to be comfortable. The loft has an open railing, and the bedroom looks out into the rest of the unit.
-This unit has access to free high-speed wifi and its own heat and air conditioning.
-This is available for monthly and long-term rentals as well!

When you enter the apartment, you are in the cozy living room. This living room has a comfortable loveseat that faces the large, HD Roku TV. There is also a large desk with a leather chair so you can get some work done while traveling or, grab one of the yoga mats and start your day with some stretching!
The living room flows into the dining room and kitchenette area. The dining area has a small bistro table with seating for 2 for an intimate meal. OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.

The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.

There are 3 bathrooms- each with a standing shower. Apt 1 has tons of books and a cozy reading nook- the perfect place to relax!

*Apt 2 has a comfortable Queen bedroom with a closet and seating area. It is attached to a living room with a sofa and a cozy chair, complete with an HD TV ready to stream with Roku. Please only park on the left hand (farthest from the pine tree, closest to the front door) of the driveway and don't block in a car if it is already parked there. New street signs were just added due to the fact the street is narrow in front of the house. You can park on the street but not just anywhere. Watch the parking signs but do not block anybody's driveway. The street is not one way. You are welcome to smoke cigarettes or marijuana outside but please do not smoke in the house or on the covered porch. If you have trash you need to take out, please put it in the bins on the side of the house by the pine tree. The green lid is trash and the yellow lids are recycling.

When you enter the apartment, you are in the cozy living room. This living room has a comfortable loveseat that faces the large, HD Roku TV. There is also a desk with a leather chair so you can get some work done while traveling or, grab one of the yoga mats and start your day with some stretching!
The living room flows into the dining room and kitchen area. The dining area has a small bistro table with seating for 2 for an intimate meal. The kitchen features a new oven and stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and sink. Of course, there is also the coffee bar with a Keurig, cream and sugar. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, seasonings and olive oil.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.
Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This unique apartment features four cozy bedrooms on three different levels. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable King beds, extra blankets, mounted HD TVs and clothing storage. One of the King rooms has an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The other two bedrooms have comfortable bunk beds and also have mounted HD TVs. These rooms feature shelves and hangers so you can unpack your clothing.
There are 2 more full bathrooms with showers; one is in the living room area and one is in the hallway by the 2nd King bedroom. All the bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
This eclectic apartment has a bright, cheery kitchen stocked full of seasonings, utensils, dishes, cookware and olive oil. The kitchen has a full-sized stove & refrigerator as well as a coffee bar with a Keurig, sugar and creamer. There is a mini dishwasher as well as a microwave and a rolling bar cart that can be moved to create more counter space while preparing a meal.
Down the stairs into the lower level of the apartment, you will find the spacious living and dining area. This room features a large dining table as well as sectional sofa. There is a large, mounted HD Roku TV in this area so you can watch your favorites.
There is a small nook with a loveseat and shelves with board games by the bunk bed rooms.
There is plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax in this apartment.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private rooftop deck. This deck is shared between three apartments in the building (all short-term-rentals!) and is a great place to hang out and enjoy the scenery. There are multiple outdoor chairs and sofas as well as tables so you can enjoy a meal on the rooftop deck or just sit out there and chat.
Note that this is a shared rooftop deck so please be mindful of other guests who are using it.
The building has an art & framing studio as well as Mr Biscuits Bakery on the ground level. The bakery has patio seating and some of the best cinnamon rolls around! Check out the different art events that the framing studio is hosting and relax and enjoy people-watching on the front patio.
SHARED SPACES
This apartment is located in a building with 2 other apartments that are used as short-term rentals. You will receive a door code to get into the building and another one for your apartment door.
At the top of the stairs, you will see the space for the laundry room. There is a full sized washer and dryer here for your use, as well as detergent and dryer sheets.
The shared spaces in the building are the front entryway stairs, the hallways, laundry area, hall bathroom and rooftop deck. Please be kind and respectful of other guests in the building.
We do rent out all three apartments separately or you can book them all for a large group! Ask us about the other listings if interested.
