- "Our stay was gooe only things we noticed was that there was no teaspoon which was weird and when we asked for them we got plastic ones. We did notice the filters needed to be changed above the tv but said they took care of that although unless they're gray filters they didn't look changed to us. When we went to go to cook we needed propane which they took care of right away the next day. The wall when you first come into the right could use a dusting lot of dust bunnies right there. Would have liked to have had a late check out which we've never had a problem with any other vrbo but they told us no because it's their busy season which is a little frustrating because we could see online that nobody was checking in till friday. Other than that it was a beautiful place. "

You will find we are very walkable to just about everything in town.

We have newly painted bike paths along our street (14th Ave) leading all the way to Glenmere Park and UNC. You can find an East West Bike path on 13th Street to Veterans Park or Downtown Greeley.

There is access to the Greeley Evans Rapid Transit only 200 feet from your door.

Uber and Lyft both operate in the city. 2 Bicycles available upon request. Rental scooters and Ebike are new to our city as well.

Convenience stores, shops, and restaurants are three blocks from the property.

Notes. It's a basement apartment. The house was built in 1942. The Neighborhood is in the city, not the suburbs. There are stairs. My family and I live upstairs.

- "My mother and I arrived at our apartment after an 8 hour drive. We were tired and just wanted to relax the rest of the evening. Instead, we found our apartment unclean, wet laundry in the washer, half dry laundry in the dryer, unclean beds with hair in the sheets, towels were not laid out and the towels we found were full of strands of hair and were stained/unclean. The shower doors on two of the showers in the apartment could not be closed as they were broken off of the track, so we could not use them. After calling the property manager, we were informed that there was another unit available, but we were required to take pictures of the first apartment and email them the proof of our complaints. The second apartment we were able to stay in, however, there were several missing items that required my mother and I to make an unexpected trip to the local Walmart to buy paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap, cleaning wipes, and trash bags. We also purchased our own towels as the towels in the apartment we stayed at were the same as the first apartment, stained, not clean, and full of hair. Having seen the state of the first apartment also made us question how clean the second apartment really was and that made us feel very grossed out. Check-out instructions indicated that the dishes were to be placed in the dishwasher and a cycle started, however, no dishwasher detergent was provided in the apartment, so we hand washed all of the dishes instead. Our stay was stressful, unpleasant, and was more expensive due to the unexpected items we had to purchase to stay there. I relayed all of this to the property management company upon our checking out and there was no discussion of a refund or partial refund, only a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. I would NEVER recommend anyone staying at a property managed by this company."

- "We stayed here for 10 nights for a softball tournament and I would definitely recommend this complex (over a hotel) for any amount of time! The price is unbeatable, the host, Vector Travel is super easy to work with, very responsive to communication, and quick to answer any questions or resolve any issues. In our unit were 3 adults and 2 teen girls, and it was perfect for us- exactly as pictured and described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a huge closet, so we all had our own personal space. There is a full kitchen, apartment sized washer and dryer, and also a tv in the living room area. There is wifi, with instructions provided for use, however I don't think any of us used it while there. The complex has a pool with an outdoor grilling area, and a "clubhouse" where we spent a great deal of time playing ping pong and using the pool table. The inner parking lot feels safe and secure, but the parking spaces are pretty tight if you have a bigger vehicle. Our unit was on the second floor and had a decent sized balcony that faced the parking lot/ pool area and was nice for relaxing. There are stores close by as well. Our only complaints were the water pressure- which is non existent and made showering or washing dishes by hand a real chore, and the beds, which aren't the most comfortable. We did have an issue with the cleaning of the unit when we checked in that was resolved almost immediately by the host, and the cleaning crew was sent back to do what was necessary."

The space is a lower level apartment that has been fully updated for your enjoyment. Separate backyard entrance with stairs down to the unit. Open floor plan with plenty of overhead light as well as natural light with the large egress windows. Apartment has a complete kitchen with full-size appliances and all of the pots and utensils needed for your everyday meals. Bedrooms are very spacious and feature smart TV’s with all the popular streaming apps. Dedicated work space is set up in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom is very spacious with a full size shower. In unit washer and dryer. Dogs may be allowed one per stay.

Other things to note
Lower level apartment that we modernized with its own HVAC system, new kitchen, laundry bathroom and more, to better suit the look and lifestyle of 2023, has been fully insulated to help with both temperature and sound but it is not 100% sound proof and the house still remains to be close to 100 years old. However, it is very peaceful and enjoyable.

The unit has a small desk, plenty of storage and washer and dryer. There is also a small outdoor fire pit and furniture for enjoying the large back yard. The back yard is shared with the family upstairs. Two parking spaces are available in the alley.
