Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

Park in the parking lot just to the south. Signs say "Law Office Parking Only", but our guests have permission to park here. Free street parking is located all around the building (2 hour time limit M-F 8-5). There is a covered free parking structure a few blocks away.
Uber & Lyft are also available in Cheyenne.

Very few people have access to this 24 hour monitored building, and you can feel safe and sound with your quiet neighboring apartments, of which there are only 4.

Cheyenne has such a great, historic downtown. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, historic buildings, and a beautiful live-action theatre. It’s a very safe city with FREE parking!

Park in the parking lot just to the south with a hanging permit. Free street parking is located all around the building (2 hour time limit M-F 8-5)
Uber & Lyft are also available in Cheyenne.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor of an historic building without an elevator.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Guest suite convenient to downtown and the Warren Air Force Base. Available for short or long term stays. It is on the garden level of my house and I live upstairs. The suite uses a shared entrance, but we will likely rarely see each other.

The has good light for a basement space, including egress windows in both the living room and bedroom. Since it is a basement, the ceilings are low and the doorways are on the short side. I do live upstairs so you may hear me. I had the ceilings insulated to reduce the noise transfer but you may still hear walking.

It has a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking and serving utensils and supplies, including a stove/oven and refrigerator. I like to cook, so if there’s something you need, I can probably lend it to you. There’s oil, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and a few seasonings; a microwave, a blender, hot water pot and a coffee maker.

There is no bathtub but there is a walk-in shower.

The bedroom has a full bed and large closet, along with side tables and a convenient plug for phones.

The living room includes a comfortable sectional couch, of which two sections can be made into single beds, or pushed together for one bed, comfortable chairs to sit in for chatting and a table and chairs for eating. There is a desk as well with a plug nearby for a laptop. There is a tv which gets local channels and which you can use to log into your streaming services. There is WiFi available.

I recommend this space for a couple and one or two children at most, or two adults sleeping in separate rooms. It can sleep up to four adults, as long as two sleep together, but would not be comfortable for more than a few nights, as the space is small.

The provided towels, bed linens and blankets are all natural fibers—good quality all cotton sheets and cotton or wool blankets.

I collect art, so I’ve hung some nice pieces on the wall and there's some pottery scattered about on shelves and in the kitchen cabinets for use. I also love vintage items so you’ll see some of that in the quilts and other items in the suite.

While children are welcome, I do not have any equipment for them. If you are bringing an infant, please plan to bring whatever you need. The space is fairly child-proofed, with nothing breakable down low. The single beds in the living room should be fine for any child comfortable in a bed without sides. The kitchen sink is one large basin, which would be appropriate for bathing an infant as there is no bathtub.

Note that the only fee I charge is when there is more than 2 guests and that is $10 per night per person.

This centrally-located two-bedroom apartment is everything you need during your time away from home. It is style meets comfort. The two queen beds are made to be melted into. The fully appointed kitchen is conveniently stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and there is a dedicated dining space to enjoy those meals. You will be so comfortable in this freshly remodeled space. You will be located a short mile to the hospital, the VA Medical Center, Downtown Cheyenne, and Frontier Park. The apartment is also located across the street from Cheyenne’s beautiful Halliday Park, home to the Big Boy steam engine. The view of the lake in the park provides one of the prettiest views in all of Cheyenne. This apartment DOES NOT have central A/C, however a portable A/C unit is installed during the warmer summer months. Enjoy!

Outfitted with bedding, towels, and comfy cozy blankets throughout worthy of a five-star hotel.

The Laundry room is conveniently located upstairs as well, iron and ironing board are included.

This apartment is garden level (down 5 steps) and you will have your own entrance adding to your privacy.

This sweet one-bedroom apartment has all that a person needs. It is bright, clean, and genuinely cute. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, and one bedroom with a closet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement and the unit comes with high speed WiFi and 125+ channel TV. Off-street parking is available.

The property is in a sought-after part of Cheyenne, an established part of Cheyenne called “the Avenues.” It is a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located in the central part of Cheyenne with quick access to the downtown, Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne Medical Center Warren Air Force Base, I-25, and many of Cheyenne’s amenities. Lion’s Park is located within walking distance. There you will find walking paths, open green area for picnics, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, and Frontier Park—the location of Cheyenne Frontier Days.

The Eaton is a historical mid-century modern building with lots of historical elements! Our apartment is located on the top (3rd floor).

Walk in the front door and experience hardwood floors throughout, with vast natural lighting that pours in from the open living room with 43" Fire TV. Hang up your coat and walk through the charming arched doorways and relax on the sofa or enjoy a meal in the dining room overlooking the governor's mansion and the state capitol building.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, glass privacy windows for tons of natural light, retro tile on the flooring, and plenty of storage space! Enjoy a cup of hot coffee or prepare a full meal with everything you need! Equip with refrigerator, and gas stove.

The entrance to your unit is around back and downstairs. The stairs are short so we don't recommend this unit if you have mobility issues. Also, the bathroom is quite small, as is the shower. If you are over 6 feet tall, or on the large end of the scale, this may not be comfortable for you.

Other things to note
There may be other guests above you. The ceilings have been insulated to reduce noise, but you may hear people walking at times. Also, when the boiler is running it sometimes makes a sighing sound. It is down in the basement next to this unit. There is no cable TV, or local channels. You can stream anything from your phone as it has Chromecast. Or if you'd prefer you can watch VHS and DVD's provided or rent from Redbox at Walmart.

This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchen window that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and "old" building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

The space
Lovely red brick house built in the mid 1940's. You enter your unit from a side entrance and go down a short flight of stairs. There is a back yard for pets. This cozy downstairs unit has everything you need with the exception of food, clothes and personal items. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

You'll have covered off-street parking from the alley in back of the house on the West side. Laundry room is located in the basement close by. Entrance is through a side door with a coded lock on the West side of the house. Then there is a coded lock on the door to your unit for added security. Motion detector lights outside.

Other things to note
There are stairs, not very many but a bit short. This is more like a garden level unit. There is an egress window in the unit so it's nice and bright. 3/4 bathroom is fairly small, and not made for people over 6'2".
One thermostat for the whole house. So AC units, fans and space heaters are provided so that you can adjust the temperature in your unit to suit. The mini fireplace also puts out decent heat. Please don't leave lights, fans other electric appliances running while out of the unit. Potential for noise from other guests. If this is a problem please notify host immediately, who will take care of it.

This western getaway is away from the hustle and bustle of “city life” with beautiful sunsets and a chance to see the stars in all their glory, but only a few minutes drive from anywhere in Cheyenne. It is a studio apartment with a cozy gas fireplace and kitchenette. There are paved roads right up to your doorstep. I live next door, so I’m available for questions or other things you might need.

This space is designed with absolute comfort and rest in mind. The kitchenette is equipped with the things necessary to make your stay nice and homey.

There is a grill and picnic table available in warm weather. When the Wyoming wind isn’t blowing, there is a fire pit to enjoy (must double check with me first). You are welcome to visit the barn, but keep in mind, I spend time cleaning the Air BnB NOT the barn.

Pets are welcome! I charge $15/night extra, per pet, for a maximum of $150 per stay. A request will be sent to your email the day before you arrive for this fee. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.
