A short walk to Frontier Park and Rodeo grounds, my Victorian style home is in the best neighborhood in town! There are 5 spacious rooms to choose from, each with their own full bathroom and closet space. Wake up to homemade muffins and fresh squeezed OJ.

The space
The house is comfortable, spacious, stays cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. It is decorated with stained glass and hand carved wood trim. The bedrooms were just updated and are ready for guests! This room has a queen bed. Two bedrooms are upstairs, one is on the main floor, and two are in the basement.

Guest access
Your room has its own bathroom and key and I will provide muffins and juice in the morning. Laundry is available if needed. You may use the home gym when it isn't being used by my personal clients. Pilates Classes take place weekly - you are welcome to join!

During your stay
I'm a pretty busy Gal and will be in and out throughout the day and will sleep at the house. I will do my best to be present when you arrive to give you a tour, show you to your room and give you the key.

Relax on the patio and grill up some burgers while you sit out back and enjoy the people you came with. Or stay inside in the cool A/C and watch some movies. The guest suite is waiting for you to come enjoy it!

The space
The guest suite has two bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed and the other has a twin bed. Each bedroom and the living room have a TV in it with a Roku so you can sign into all your streaming services.
There are two bathrooms, both of which have a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the basic cooking and dining ware necessary for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic cooking goods to enhance your stay. There is no dining area, but the coffee table pulls out for eating and there are TV trays as well.
There is a washer and dryer for your use as well.
Outside you will find a covered patio with a grill and seating.
The guest suite has a driveway for you to park in that will fit three vehicles. The guest suite is ten minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and the hospital, and just five minutes from the nearest grocery store. In the summer, enjoy Fridays at the Depot (also ten minutes away).
We have code operated access to the home for self-entry. You will be sent the code before your arrival.
The guest suite is 720 square feet, it is the converted garage in the back of the property. The main house is rented as well, however, the properties are completely private from each other. The driveway parking will be for your use. The parking in front of the house will be for the other renters.
