Yes, the owner is right in front of the bungalow. However, the owner is not any closer to you then the surrounding homes. As an older couple, my husband and I did not mind this. If you travel alone, this would be a perfect place to stay. Fenced in yard, outside security cameras and host right there. Host does not intrude upon your privacy. The bed sheets, comforter and the towels were white so you know they were cleaned and bleached. This property had EVERYTHING we needed. All the way down to the small details of having a fan and noise machine in the closet. I can’t sleep with out a fan and my son has a noise machine at home so this was such a pleasant accommodation. The communication and care from the property manager was great. You can see the capital lit up at night from the front window which was beautiful. This property is worth it especially if cleanliness is important to you."
