The bed sheets, comforter and the towels were white so you know they were cleaned and bleached. This property had EVERYTHING we needed. All the way down to the small details of having a fan and noise machine in the closet. I can’t sleep with out a fan and my son has a noise machine at home so this was such a pleasant accommodation. The communication and care from the property manager was great. You can see the capital lit up at night from the front window which was beautiful. This property is worth it especially if cleanliness is important to you."

Guest suite convenient to downtown and the Warren Air Force Base. Available for short or long term stays. It is on the garden level of my house and I live upstairs. The suite uses a shared entrance, but we will likely rarely see each other.

The has good light for a basement space, including egress windows in both the living room and bedroom. Since it is a basement, the ceilings are low and the doorways are on the short side. I do live upstairs so you may hear me. I had the ceilings insulated to reduce the noise transfer but you may still hear walking.

It has a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking and serving utensils and supplies, including a stove/oven and refrigerator. I like to cook, so if there’s something you need, I can probably lend it to you. There’s oil, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and a few seasonings; a microwave, a blender, hot water pot and a coffee maker.

There is no bathtub but there is a walk-in shower.

The bedroom has a full bed and large closet, along with side tables and a convenient plug for phones.

The living room includes a comfortable sectional couch, of which two sections can be made into single beds, or pushed together for one bed, comfortable chairs to sit in for chatting and a table and chairs for eating. There is a desk as well with a plug nearby for a laptop. There is a tv which gets local channels and which you can use to log into your streaming services. There is WiFi available.

I recommend this space for a couple and one or two children at most, or two adults sleeping in separate rooms. It can sleep up to four adults, as long as two sleep together, but would not be comfortable for more than a few nights, as the space is small.

The provided towels, bed linens and blankets are all natural fibers—good quality all cotton sheets and cotton or wool blankets.

I collect art, so I’ve hung some nice pieces on the wall and there's some pottery scattered about on shelves and in the kitchen cabinets for use. I also love vintage items so you’ll see some of that in the quilts and other items in the suite.

While children are welcome, I do not have any equipment for them. If you are bringing an infant, please plan to bring whatever you need. The space is fairly child-proofed, with nothing breakable down low. The single beds in the living room should be fine for any child comfortable in a bed without sides. The kitchen sink is one large basin, which would be appropriate for bathing an infant as there is no bathtub.

Note that the only fee I charge is when there is more than 2 guests and that is $10 per night per person.

Beautiful remodeled apartment in downtown Cheyenne. Only a couple blocks from the Capitol building, restaurants, and shopping. Park and library walking distance. Frontier days is walking distance. Our quiet cozy home is a small home that sits behind the main house. This place has all you need for your stay away from home including a full kitchen, full bathroom and washer/dryer. This house features 2 nice bedrooms with a king and a queen bed. Includes laundry, flat screen tv, a large kitchen and a living room/dining room. Fenced yard pets are welcome. This sweet one-bedroom apartment has all that a person needs. It is bright, clean, and genuinely cute. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, and one bedroom with a closet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement and the unit comes with high speed WiFi and 125+ channel TV. Off-street parking is available.

The property is in a sought-after part of Cheyenne, an established part of Cheyenne called “the Avenues.” It is a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located in the central part of Cheyenne with quick access to the downtown, Wyoming Air National Guard, Cheyenne Medical Center Warren Air Force Base, I-25, and many of Cheyenne’s amenities. Lion’s Park is located within walking distance. There you will find walking paths, open green area for picnics, the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens, and Frontier Park—the location of Cheyenne Frontier Days.

The basement studio called the Captain's Quarters, is a fun, small, nautical-themed apartment, that is in a triplex . It utilizes ever nook and cranny. A queen bed means you don't need to scrimp on comfort! There is a wee galley kitchen, a fold-up table, a little sitting area, an Offet (office/closet) and full, but smallish bath. Full laundry just across the hall (shared by other guests in the tri-plex) .
Blocks to hospital & Capitol. bring your own technology; no TV just wi-fi.

It is decorated as "The Captains Quarters" in a Nautical Theme.
The queen bed is new and very comfortable.

Welcome to our home!

During your stay you will be in a recently finished basement apartment.

This is an 1800 sq ft apartment with it's own entrance.

Our home is situated on 3 acres of land, right off of I-25, and one mile from the I-80 exit.

There is plenty of parking for over sized/multiple vehicles.

Close to town, yet you feel like you’re in the country!

We do live upstairs with our 2 Standard Poodles, Lincoln and Frank and Quincy our Sphynx.

The space
This 1800 sq ft apartment includes:

3 fully furnished bedrooms with new mattresses and bedding. Each bedroom has extra blankets, fans, sound machines, lamps, and light blocking shades.

The living room has a wrap around couch, an oversized bean bag for 2, a 55” Smart TV (w/Netflix, HULU, SlingTV, Prime Video, and Disney+) and an entertainment center with an electric fireplace.

The dining room table seats 6 and there are two bar stools at the breakfast nook for more seating.

A desk for work space with some office supplies.

The kitchen has a brand new stove/oven & microwave, full size fridge, Keurig, regular size coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, dishes, and utensils.

Your full private full bathroom has a shower/tub along with towels, washcloths, bath soaps, and other amenities in case you forgot something!

You'll feel the Western hospitality in this one of a kind residence!

The area can easily fit a large family of 8, or be just as nice and cozy for two. Whether you are just stopping for the night on your way through, or staying in the area for vacation or work, this is the place you'll want to stay!

The entire basement apartment is yours, with a private entrance (shared hallway for us to get to our garage).
Separate parking.
Washer/Dryer available WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. This would be the only shared space, as we live upstairs.

Other things to note
We have dogs, Standard Poodles and a sphynx. There is potential for noise from dogs walking around.

If the weather is nice, they spend the majority of the day outside.
However, when the weather is to cold for them to be outside, they have a room designated to them, and you may hear them from downstairs. This is their home first, and we do try to minimize the noise from them, but it's not possible to keep them absolutely quiet. If noise from pets, or us walking around upstairs will bother your stay, this is probably not the place for you.

We love sharing our home with guests, but we do reside upstairs and you will hear us on occasion. We do stick to the quiet time from 10PM to 6 AM!
