The hotel is also a short drive into downtown Jackson where we spent our evenings dining and shopping at the local boutiques. We had our 7 yr. old granddaughter in tow so we also incorporated a horse drawn wagon tour of the Elk Refuge and a day at Snow King, riding the Cowboy Coaster, tubing and skiing...the Elk Refuge and Snow King were also a very short drive from the hotel. Also, dining/drinks in the bar at Spur, located on the ground floor of the hotel, was very casual, cozy and convenient. Don’t forget swimsuits for the pool/hot tub! "

The large deck includes a private hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, blankets and heaters, an L-shaped outdoor sectional, and a seasonal dining table for 12. A covered portion of the deck features a professional-grade grill for year-round use.

Inside, the main floor has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for eight and a wood stove, which opens to a 10-seat dining room and Great Room with fireplace and picture windows. Off the Great Room, a sunroom with a daybed and private patio offers a quiet retreat.

The lower level features a 75-inch TV, oversized sectional, and full game area: shuffleboard, foosball, dartboard, custom cornhole, and rattan hanging chairs with sheepskins. A large sauna sits just off this space.

In lighter conditions, most guests walk 400 yards to the Tram Tower trail access or take a 2-minute drive to the base.

Teton Village offers the perfect location for your Jackson Hole vacation. Our townhouse is charming, personal, and welcoming home that makes its visitors feel like they are guests in a very special place. You will have the time of your life on this vacation in Jackson Hole.

It is located just under the world famous Jackson Hole Ski Resort, 8 minutes from the Snake River, 20 minutes from Town of Jackson with the great restaurants, galleries, theaters, shopping, Elk Refuge and Snow King ski resort. Enjoy the wonderful walks and bike paths without getting in the car. Restaurants, grocery store, coffee place, gas station, gym and golf course are within walking distance. Grand Teton National park entrance is located only 3 minutes from our townhouse.

Our townhouse has 1 level with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen bed with the attached bathroom in the master suite, 2 twin beds with guest bathroom in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds (trundle) in the sun room. We recommend this house to 4 people for the most privacy. Guests are treated to all of the amenities they might need. Living room has a sitting area with TV and wood-burning fireplace and office desk. Dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is also a laundry room, deck entrance and the garage entrance in the dining room area. Garage is not available to our renters. It is used only as an owner storage. Please note that Shooting Star premier golf community behind our townhouse is still under the construction. Property has outdoor security camera.

This luxury mountain home was designed to bring beautiful forest and ski mountain settings into this spectacular home for all to enjoy. My home embraces two hundred year old Douglas Fir trees, Aspens, and a collection of apple trees and other local vegetation on the property. Wildflowers, and mountain shrubbery further add to make this home even more special. Moose, bear, fox, deer, and an assortment of local creatures are frequent visitors to the home. A spacious lawn area doubles as a play area for guests and their children.

Hand-picked furniture and fine art portraying the beautiful surroundings of Jackson Hole will add to the guest’s special experience. The dining room adjoins an outdoor deck designed for entertaining a large family. The living room sports a wood-burning fireplace and also adjoins a spacious exterior deck with great views of Sleeping Indian mountain and filtered valley views. The kitchen has eighteen foot tall vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has two large granite islands. One has a prep sink and is immediately adjacent to a Viking six burner gas stove. The other island has a dining bar that seats five. The best appliances, spacious cabinets make the kitchen functional as well as beautiful. Guests can eat in the kitchen or choose the immediately adjacent, but separate, dining room. Dining on one of the two decks accessible from the dining room add to the guests’ choices to make their Jackson Hole experience even more memorable. The hearth room adjoins yet another very large deck that is perfect for entertaining, dining, relaxing or watching wildlife that come and go.

There are no hideaway (folding) beds, but two fold away pack and play style cribs are available. Fresh linens are provided at the start of every stay. Bedding for ten adults. Plus there are two children’s size air mattresses. Plenty of extra linens.

The guesthouse wing includes 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a sleeping loft; and this wing, can accommodate seven in adult sized beds.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! All that Teton Village has to offer is only a few minutes away by foot including the Mangy Moose and Four Seasons Resort--it actually takes longer if you drive! In addition to the ski resort, you'll have easy access to nearby shopping, dining, nightlife, spas, sightseeing, and more. The entrance to Grand Teton National Park is one mile from the front door, Yellowstone is one hour away, and the town of Jackson is a beautiful 20 minute drive.

Many guests like the freedom of a rental car to visit other attractions in the valley, but others rely on the Jackson Hole START Bus ('transit with a view!') which accesses the Town of Jackson with its additional shopping, restaurants and bars. The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is serviced year round by mainline air carriers Alaska, American, Delta, United (others seasonally); and, is about 30-40 minutes away by car, shuttle, or taxi.

Garage parking is available for up to two vehicles; and, additional driveway parking may be available upon request.

Seven night (or longer) stays are preferred, and offer the best discounts. During peak demand, owner may require a higher minimum number of nights.

Pets/Animals (one dog only): Please read carefully to avoid cancellation, charges against deposit, or loss of reservation.

The animal must be disclosed at time of booking or requested in advance. There’s no additional charge or deposit required; however, please limit your furry friends to one dog. We do have someone with allergies in our household; and therefore, cannot accept every type of animal. The dog should be traveling with its owner, house trained, in good health, spayed/neutered, and have lived with and in dog owner’s household for the most recent two years. Sorry, no pups or recent adoptees (they’re still getting to know you and/or our world); however, we’d love to welcome you back with them in a year or two. If you’re not sure, please ask. The dog must be housebroken and may not be left unattended in the rental.

Service/Support Animal’s (please review above terms as they will apply). Unfortunately there are those who would make it harder for legitimate service/support animal owners. Rental Rules & Lease - The following must be read, understood, and approved:
1. NO smoking, e-cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
2. NO shoes are allowed in the house. No ski equipment, boots, or snowboards past the carpeted area in the Atrium. House shoes are recommended, as well as flip flop type shoes for use around the hot tub.
3. NO fires.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Do not drag luggage up or down the stairs, as such will cause damage to the wood floors.
6. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
7. The owner is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that occurs to those while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests and others whom they invite to use the premises are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, this includes the hot tub.
8. Guest is responsible to make sure the barbeque grill is not left on and is kept closed when not in use.
9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition so the next guests can enjoy the same amenities.
10. The house has off-street parking for up to 3 autos. Parking on the road in Teton Village is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
11. Four-wheel/AWD drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. We do not refund due to road or driveway conditions. The snowplows are scheduled to plow the roadway after 4” or more inches of snow unless it’s snowing hard and the plows can’t keep up. Decks and driveway will be cleared as needed.
12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily cleaning service is not. I provide you with a start-up supply of soap, paper products, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and an assortment of spices for the kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay & usage, you may need to replenish these by purchasing them at a local store. Any additional items to be provided by Guest. Never flush any Feminine products down the toilets.
13. No refunds will be given for storms or adverse or unexpected weather conditions. No refunds will be given if you arrive later or depart earlier than expected.
14. Absolutely NO swimming or wading in the wildlife ponds or stream.

Hot Tub Rules
1. Shower before each use
2. Come and go from Media room only – dry off on door mats
3. No glass containers allowed
4. Remove all containers/trash
5. Children under 5 should never be in the hot tub
6. Don’t use the hot tub alone
7. No toys allowed
8. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
9. Limit alcohol consumption during soaking
10. Attach the cover immediately after each use
11. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult
12. Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid accident or injury
13. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk

Check-out requirements:
1. Clean the kitchen – Please start the last load of dishes in the dishwasher.
2. Turn off all lights, be sure all windows and doors are closed.
3. Place all trash into Bear Proof container outside garage, which is picked up on Thursday morning of each week.
4. If furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. This includes all airbeds.
