Upon entering, the stone entranceway graciously invites guests into an expansive living space with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and cozy furnishings. Large picture windows immediately call attention to the immaculate mountain views and well thought location of the villa.

Adjacent to the living space sits a spacious wooden dining table with upholstered seating for 8, perfect for any dinner gathering.

Beyond the picture windows and outdoors sits an immaculate, 2 tiered stone terrace offering guests a perfect all season gathering space. The luxurious amenities include an 8 person hot tub, sitting area for dining outdoors or to simply enjoy the views, a gas fire pit and built in gas grill. Winter guests can relish the ski in/ski out access steps off the stone patio while summer guests can savor an additional sitting space overlooking the mountain.

Just off the dining space is a large, amply equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, stacked ovens, custom cabinetry, 2 sinks and an abundance of counter space. The kitchen island overlooks a circular breakfast table with seating for 6 and a leather sectional surrounding a gas fire place making this the perfect room for family or friends to gather.

Access to the laundry room is down the hall, steps away. Custom cabinetry line the walls providing an abundance of storage. A wall mounted ironing board completes the space combining convenience and luxury.

The first of three master suites is located off the living area, on the main floor. This room boasts a king bed with custom bedding that overlooks a stone wall and gas fire place lending to a luxurious experience. The expansive en-suite bath features a walk in closet, large jetted soaker tub, shower with dual shower heads, two vanities and a quaint mudroom with bench seating leads to patio access.

A wooden staircase brings guests upstairs to 3 additional bedrooms and an open breezeway overlooking the living space.

An en-suite bath completes the space with a large soaker tub, stand up shower and dual vanities. This bedroom can be accessed inside the home, just past the laundry room and foyer or by the stairs inside the garage.

Our cabin has a spectacular location, directly in front of the Grand Teton peaks. A rare National Park in-holding, the cabin is on the border of Grand Teton National Park and Bridger-Teton National Forest, looking out over the Park and offering superb hiking out the back door.

The cabin is located on Shadow Mountain, so named because the Grand Teton casts its shadow on this exact spot when the sun sets behind the mountains. This is the place for viewing gorgeous mountain sunsets, each one unlike any other, with rays of light beaming off the peaks for just a few moments before the starlit evening descends.

The cabin is set in a 1-acre open meadow filled with wildflowers in the summer. It is away from other homes, but it doesn’t feel remote. It is a quick 10-minute drive – or a lovely bike ride – down to the National Park entrance and Dornan’s grocery store, restaurants and legendary wine shop. There is a warm springs nearby where children chase tiny minnows with their nets while their parents practice kayak rolls. Herds of bisonand antelope roam on the flats below the cabin. It is a 25-minute drive to the town of Jackson, where there is much to explore and enjoy. It is about a one-hour leisurely drive to the south entrance of Yellowstone National Park, where we recommend you plan to spend the night to allow enough time to explore the world’s first national park.

Our cabin is a restful and refreshing oasis set in “America’s Serengeti”. Families often come back to the cabin year after year, making it their second home in the Tetons.

A cozy, quiet, comfortable cabin in the middle of wildlife habitat; in front of the Teton Mountains. Elk, Pronghorn, Bison, and even bears and wolves, may be seen
around the cabin at different times of year. The cabin is rented monthly per the Teton County regulations. It is a perfect spot to base your exploration of the National Parks and Jackson Hole.

A newly remodeled (2014) fully furnished cabin with 2 bedrooms. Brand new appliances: washer/dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher. Internet and WiFi and TV via satellite. Electric heat with a wood burning stove. It's not exactly LEED certified, but is energy efficient with all LED lights and ample insulation.

In winter it is only for the adventurous; you need to walk/ski/snowmobile about 400 yards to a plowed road which is 15 minutes from town. Incredible views. Close to Moose, Jackson, and the Jackson airport.

A hallway leads to three cozy bedrooms, all decorated in Western motif and furnished with down comforters. Although the property is somewhat dated, we were very comfortable. The airport run way is just 2 doors away, so there was plane traffic from about 6am to 11pm. We were there in July and August, so we had the windows open to cool down the house. The home is about 15 minutes from Jackson. It was located in a neighborhood, but neighbors not too close. We saw deer in the yard across the street. We loved our little getaway home!!"

- "The cabin is quite a perfect place to experience the wild life of the Grand Teton National Park area as the animals walk right outside your cabin windows. Location is good as you’re a short drive to downtown Jackson and the many restaurant options, shopping. Inside the cabin, the kitchen is well equipped for many things you may need to cook just about anything you want, and in town you can buy many locally grown foods through the Slow Foods of the Tetons cooperative. The kitchen has huge windows to enjoy the view as you enjoy your meal. Both the living room and bedroom are comfortable for two as well as having two bathrooms. An unexpected extra for cool mornings is the heated floors throughout - and the garage. One not so convenient aspect is that the only closet is accessed only through the garage. A great walk in Nature anytime is right out your door, down to the Snake River and its trail. Generally, you’re close to Jackson, Grand Teton National Park (bike or Drive) and Yellowstone is a reasonable, scenic drive. There is a good assortment of restaurants within short drives. This is your opportunity to stay in a cabin located within the Grand Teton National Park. Take a step back to a time when Jackson Hole was still wild and rugged by booking the Rocking Rackets. One of the only cabins available for rent in Grand Teton National Park, located within 5 minutes of Teton Village. The Rocking Rackets property opens to a magnificent landscape and is abundant with wildflowers and wildlife. Zoning regulations require this property to be reserved only one time per 30-day period so there are minimum stay requirements.

The original structure of the home contains the kitchen, master bath with king bed and one of two wood burning stoves/fireplaces. The deck has a BBQ and seating area that allows guest to enjoy the landscape of Grand Teton Park. Enjoy all the comforts of home in the quaint and well-appointed kitchen.

The master bedroom is located on the original side of the cabin with rustic wood floors and exposed log beams with a private outdoor access from the master bedroom. Charming paned windows allow for natural light to fill the room. The second sleeping area located in the newer part of the building is a lofted space, accessed by wooden stairs in the living room and offers two twin beds. Guests should note that this stair access is steep and consider the safety of people accessing.

The front deck is covered, spacious and has two sets of outdoor furniture. Many different bird species can be seen while sitting on the deck as well as other little critters such as chipmunks and squirrels. Deer, moose, and coyotes have also been known to make an appearance every now and again.

A few yards away is the adjacent Sleeping Cabin offering sleeping for an addition 6 more family members or friends. It catches the morning light perfectly making it a great space to enjoy morning coffee. At the back of this room, you will find a private bedroom on the right with a Double bed and to the left are two adjoined bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. The full bath is accessible from the foyer or the back Queen room.

Guests will get to this property through the GTNP south gate via Moose-Wilson Road past Teton Village. As soon as you turn onto the two-track dirt road that accesses the property you know you are heading somewhere extremely unique, since it is located inside the boundary of Grand Teton National Park, surrounded by vast wide-open spaces and just minutes from all the amenities that Teton Village and the town of Jackson has to offer

- This cabin is located within Grand Teton National Park. Along with the immediate access to nature comes with a high likelihood that nature may want to enter the property. If doors are left open for too long, it is not unusual for animals to enter the home. Although this property comes with services that work to control the presence mice, mice are a part of the natural ecosystem in Grand Teton National Park. Mice, and frequent contact with all types of wildlife, are an inevitable part of staying at the cabin.
- There is an outdoor fire pit on the property. However, it is strictly prohibited for guest use. The risk of starting a wildfire in the national park is simply too high. There are two wood fireplaces in the home.
- Motorcycles, trailers and RV's are not allowed
- Pets are not permitted at any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rentals, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals about extended stays.
- Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and completion of required paperwork.

Northern Hideaway is unique for many reasons, including it having two identical primary suites. One of these is on the home’s main level. The second primary is up a light-filled floating staircase with subtle views of Blacktail Butte, Sleeping Indian, and the Gros Ventre Mountains. Northern Exposure is a 5,800 square foot, four-bedroom house with a two-bedroom guest apartment set atop almost four acres. With sleeping positions for up to twelve people, the southern boundary of Grand Teton National Park just steps away from the home’s backyard, the main entrance to the national park a 15-minute drive away, and downtown Jackson only 20 minutes south, Northern Exposure embodies a true mountain modern escape for larger families.

Upon walking into the front door of Northern Exposure, guests arrive in the great room with soaring ceilings clad in reclaimed wood and a wall of windows that frame the Cathedral Group, the name applied to the main peaks of the Teton Range. One will be in awe with views of the Grand, South, and Middle Tetons, Teewinot, and Mt. Owen, all of which seem within reach. The great room serves as a main gathering space for all guests and includes a sitting area, a wood-burning stacked stone fireplace, dining area, wet bar, and doors that open to an expansive, stone patio .

Just off this open, living space is a professional-grade kitchen where one can cook fantastic meals on a Wolf, eight-burner gas range while looking out at the Tetons. In addition to the high-end stove, the kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, an island with seats for three, a custom Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, and Miele appliances. Throughout the kitchen and great room, as in the rest of the home, lies the perfect mix of mountain modern, western, and high-end, fine art.

Right off the kitchen one will find the primary bedroom which includes works from British artist Claire Brewster and Canadian painter and sculptor Peter Hoffer. Brewster’s piece is made from old maps morphed into intricate and delicate bird sculptures that have been described as ‘exquisitely ethereal’ by the Financial Times. Hoffer’s piece reflects the artist’s moody, painterly landscapes executed in a “deconstructivist” style.

While the art in the primary bedroom is eye-catching, its spa-like bathroom is even more so. It features marble floors, double vanities, an oversize walk-in double-rain shower, and a freestanding deep-soaking tub. This bathroom has a wall of windows facing the mountains, where guests can soak for hours while taking in the views. The primary bedroom also includes a sitting area with a gas fireplace, a generous his-and-her walk-in closet, and a private door to the backyard and patio.

The main home’s three other guest rooms are on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom. To the west of the great room are two suites, each of which has a queen size bed, a door to the outside, and gas fireplace. There is also a sitting area, wet bar, and laundry room on the main floor of this western wing. Ascend to the second floor, and one will find a third guest suite—this one with a queen size bed—that is adjacent to a home theater with stadium seating, a projection screen, and a wet bar.

On the eastern side of the home is a two-bedroom apartment. The main level includes a media-style living room, a bedroom suite with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a double vanity. The apartment’s second floor has a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a single vanity, an enhanced wet bar including a microwave and coffee maker, and two private terraces; one faces north towards the Cathedral Group of the Tetons, and the second faces south. From this bedroom, one can also see the slopes of the famous Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area.
