Updated home with the feel of home! The location is incredible! Awesome view of the "castle rock" and the Rock Mtn foothills, minutes from downtown Castle Rock, 2 minutes from the CR Rec-Center, walking trails, bike trails, parks, minutes from the highway, located between Denver and Colorado Springs. Our location is very private because it backs to "open space" on 2 sides! This house is super clean, nice wood floors, updated countertops, lots of space, and equipped with two TVs.

Guests have access to the right side of the attached garage and driveway.

Our Manager (who lives in a totally self-contained lock off basement - with exterior entrance) has use of the left side of the garage.

The Owners live just 5-minutes away so we can be there quickly if the need arises.

We also have a Manager that lives in the private walk-out basement.

This is a great neighborhood. It is just a couple blocks from the Castle Rock Rec-Center, a couple of blocks from "the Rock" park (where you can climb the Castle Rock), and just a two-minute drive to the heart of our awesome little town!

We don't think it is close to public transportation, but you'll have no problem getting an Uber or Lyft. Their are an abundance of walking and bike trails throughout Castle Rock!

- "This property is perfect for many people. It is quite new and clean in a quiet area. If you plan to be out and about and are looking for a place where you can come back, make a quick dinner (no stove top or oven, but a toaster oven, microwave and two burner portable hot plate available) then go to your separate rooms to relax, it’s perfect. If you want a spot to gather and watch TV, there isn’t such an area. There is one TV and it is located in a bedroom. We wanted to have family over and fix supper for them as we have in all of the other properties we’ve rented, but that wasn’t possible. In the gathering space off of the kitchen, there is a table and four chairs with a small counter and bar stools. No couch,room chairs or television. That said, some family members liked the idea of going to their bedroom after a meal. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a nice, full bathroom en-suite. There was an outdoor project going on while we were there (no noise), so we did not see the hot tub that was mentioned, nor any communal outdoor space. This may change when the project is completed. If enjoying an outdoor space is important to you, check with Elena. There were plenty of towels and a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen had some nice staples, like coffee, sugar, cooking oil, a few spices, paper towels, napkins, etc. I would recommend this property from a cleanliness and comfort standpoint, but I would make sure that people understood the lack of a communal living area."

The space
This new apartment/suite is equipped with a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, a cozy family room and a modern two sink bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a compact washer/dryer unit. This is NOT a basement but a garden level private unit. You will enjoy your own entrances in the front and back. The garage separates the main home from the apartment.

There is ample parking and room for an RV, boat or trailer. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring one.

The kitchen has all full sized appliances - refrigerator, range, dishwasher, oven, microwave. There is everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or feast on take out.

We have an inviting private patio in back for our guests. It is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, and a dining table. A great way to start your day with a morning cup of coffee or finish up your day with wine and appetizers.

The community is close to everything a big city would need, 3 miles from I-25, it’s nestled high up on the hill that it's quiet and peaceful. We are about 30 miles from Denver and about 30 miles from Colorado Springs, and 44 miles from Denver Airport. Only about a mile away from the nearest stores, restaurants, shops and groceries. Outlet Mall is only about 4 miles.

Enjoy our beautiful Oriental inspired EN-suite that showcases variety of exquisite touches from all over the Orient! Your luxurious cozy retreat that’ll positively help you relax to unwind your senses after a long busy day.

Our goal is to provide you a unique lavish experience. Your comfort is very important to me so I designed this luxuriously cozy Ensuite with new King size bed dressed in high quality bedsheets woven from premium 850 thread count, 100% Egyptian cotton. The plush bed has plenty of pillows, 6 total. Additional pillows and clean extra blankets all stored in the EnSuite bathroom’s closet for your convenience. This luxurious Ensuite has plenty of clothes storage, with lots of hangers in the closet and 3 sets of dressers for all your clothes. There's also a laptop table, a Blueray player and a 61-inch HDTV with access to Chromecast only. For your convenience there's a 3.2 cu. ft. mini fridge and a programmable coffee maker in your room.

I take pride in care of our health and cleanliness! Hence, I personally sanitize all the bed linens, all the pillows are steamed and all comforters are washed and fresh after each guest! And to ensure that the entire bed is fresh and clean, all linens, pillows and bed is meticulously brushed with lint roller before and after sanitizing and steaming, including the area rug. Bathroom rugs are also washed after each guests. Nothing will be amiss, for a clean room is a comfortable room!

Your room is on the SECOND FLOOR, and the number of steps on the stairs is 16 steps high.

BATHROOM:
Lots of soft plush fresh bath towels stored under the sink cabinet. Hair dryer and curling irons are also under the sink cabinet. Every single towels you see in the bathroom are not for decorations only, that includes face and hand towels. They might look like decorations but they are all fresh and clean ready for you to use!

The powder room/toilet on the main floor has a bidet.

KITCHEN:
You're welcome to access our kitchen, we just ask that you clean all dishes by hand, especially the cookware and glasses with metals. Most of our glassware are from Europe so we really take care of them.

In the kitchen on the main floor, you will find our hospitality section. Although there’s a coffee machine in your room, please help yourselves to some fresh brewed coffee (coffees are brewed 3 times in the morning for freshness: 07:30, 09:30, and 11:00), and variety of flavors of tea bags from around the world. Coffee creamer are kept in your fridge. You’re welcome to use the microwave, toaster-oven anytime!

***Gas stove is accessible with minimum of 7 nights booking. I only own 316Ti cookware (Titanium with Surgical Stainless Steel) and you're welcome to use them!

DINNING AREAS:
There are 3 proper dining areas that you are welcome to use, one in the breakfast nook, one at the formal dining room and one outdoor on the terrace. There are furnitures on the lower patio, feel free to use them and enjoy your meal and/or unwind with your favorite beverage on a beautiful day, you may enjoy your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on our large comfortable granite table on the terrace. Both outdoor spaces are a perfect lounging areas to decompress after a busy day. Take advantage of the stunning view of a large open area that boasts the beauty of nature where you can relax peacefully and breathe the fresh air of the mountains of Colorado.

LAUNDRY facility is available for a minimum of 7 nights booking. Detergent and softener are included.

OUTDOORS:
You’ll fall in love with our luxurious and spacious house , 5000 sq ft, roomy enough to give you privacy. There are two levels of outdoor living spaces. There is a big terrace and a cozy veranda, both with a view of a beautiful meadow on the ridge and at a distance a view of the clubhouse and the pool.

We have an electronic keypad at the front door, so no keys are required.

Your bedroom has its own door key entry.

PARKING is FREE. You may park on the street directly next to the fence across from our house. That’s our visitors parking.

ATTENTION to guests staying for 2 WEEKS or more-- We keep a clean house and would like to keep our guests comfortable and happy, but ONLY with your permission, of course, on every 8th day, your bed linens will be replaced with fresh ones, towels would be washed and your room and bathroom would be cleaned and sanitized

Our private community pool is OPEN every summer season! The pool is conveniently located a block away from our house. Our guests may have access to it with our own resident-key fob, but we kindly ask for a $50 deposit for the key fob via P.A.Y.P.A.L or V.E.N.M.O. Your deposit will be refunded to you on the same day you return the key fob. Your deposit will be refunded to you via the way you paid.

Dedicated Pool Towels are in the in the dresser inside the bathroom closet.

Reasons why we ask for a deposit--- Lost key fobs is $50 a piece to get it replaced and it takes an inconvenient two weeks or more to get it mailed to us.

Good news!! Tennis court, basketball hoops are free access to you. It’s located at the entrance of our community.

Walking Trails: If you like to go for a short run or walk, our community trails are conveniently located near the house.

The space
The home is shared by me and my girlfriend who both work from home. We are on the corner in a very quiet neighborhood. We will share the main entrance into our house, which is a keyless entry. You will be assigned your own separate code to get in. Once you enter our home you will have to walk through our living area to get downstairs which is completely private. There will be a door marked Airbnb leading to your room which also has a keyless entry. The upstairs will be our private space and the basement will be your private space, other than the gym and laundry room which we will share.

The suite features a comfy queen size Purple mattress with plush Purple pillows, as well as a very comfortable reclining chair and small sofa. In your kitchenette you will have a full sink with garbage disposal, counter space, microwave, air fryer and full fridge. There is a coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods and the kitchenette is stocked with all the other kitchen essentials you will need. There is a charming eating area and a small living room area. In the living room area along with the small sofa there is a 55 inch Samsung smart tv with access to the most popular streaming services. There is also an Xbox 360 with a variety games to play in addition to an ample amount of board games. You will also have a small dedicated office area for when you need or want to work. The bathroom features double vanities, shower with great water pressure and a separate toilet room.

You will have access to the basement which includes your own separate suite with kitchenette and private bath. You will also have access to the gym and laundry room which we will share. The upstairs and outdoor areas are for the home owners only.

Our updated guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and a private bath. There is WiFi and a full size washer and Old Town Castle Rock is minutes away with cute shops and great restaurants: Battle Mountain Brewery, Courtyard Social House and The Barn. Hiking/biking trails are minutes away and Outlet Mall for holiday shopping!

The space
We have a tri-level style home and we reserve the lower level just for our guests. This includes a large family room with big screen, bedroom and bath.

Guest access
We have a keyless entry which is shared but guests will have their own private code, so they may come and go as they please. After guests check out their code is erased for everyone's safety. Guests may use the laundry and also enjoy the front porch and back patio as they feel comfortable.

During your stay
We'll be in and out but hope to greet our guests. If not there to greet, we are not far away, playing pickleball or watching our grandkids play sports!

Other things to note
If you arrive at night, know that in our little area it's quite dark. Watch for the light gray two story with white fence and turn left in front of it: We are the next house at the end of the circle drive. You'll see our house numbers lit up on the wooden bench out front.

We offer a peaceful, clean room with a beautiful view of Castle rock in our newly renovated home, right next to the trailhead for Rock Park.

We're only a 15 minute walk to the charming main street area with restaurants, parks, and antique shops.

Parking is free and available. We have easy access to I-25 - we're a 30 minute drive to Denver, 45 to Colorado Springs, 30 to Roxborough State Park, 20 to Cherokee Ranch, and 20 to the Larkspur Ren Fest.

We have one friendly but sheddy house cat.

The space
The house is a single family split-level home that we have recently renovated to become 2 apartment style units. The downstairs unit is rented by long-term tenants and is off-limits to Airbnb guests. They have a separate entrance around back, their own kitchen, and only come upstairs to sometimes hang with us when we have a cook out!

The Private Guest Room for Airbnb use is in the upstairs unit where we also live. The Guest bathroom is the hall bathroom. We have our own bathroom in our room, so that hall bathroom is dedicated to you!

The kitchen, living room, and deck space are available for shared use. However, guests must sleep in the Private Guest Room - we cannot accommodate guests sleeping in the living room or any other shared spaces.

We both work from home, so are often in the home office or using the kitchen.

The best way to reach us is messaging here on Airbnb. Guests also have access to our cell numbers listed in the room in case you need something during your stay.

We tend to keep to ourselves but we're happy to greet you, give restaurant or activity recommendations, and we really enjoy getting to know our guests if you are up for some socializing.

Every so often if there is a weekend with nice weather, we will use our balcony smoker to cook up some meat for us and our downstairs neighbors. We've been fortunate to include a few Airbnb guests in the feast when the timing has worked out.

Other things to note
The doors to your private room, our home office, and our own bedroom are all at the end of the hall. It sometimes feels a little close-quarters, and we tend to keep our doors open a crack to let our cat come and go.

We are perfectly comfortable with the arrangement, even when we might have to squeeze by you in the hall! We just want to be transparent about the set-up.

Enter the unit by walking down a well-lit set of stairs on the side of the house, and using your own private door. There is a fully fenced yard and small patio area for your enjoyment. Inside you will find a large open concept floor plan that includes living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well stocked and has very new appliances! Down the hall you will find a full bath, bedroom, and laundry room.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy one driveway parking space as well as street parking. The entire basement unit is yours to enjoy! The backyard space is also free to use by guests. Host has two children, but the back yard is rarely used by them (too many great parks close by!). The second story deck is restricted to host use only, however, Andrew has been known to invite people up if he has something on the grill!

Other things to note
We are a quiet family of four living in the main part of the house. While we always do our best to keep noise at a minimum, there is always a chance that you could hear a light pitter-patter of feet throughout the day. The kids are in bed by 8pm every night and you can guarantee a quiet nights rest!

FOR GUESTS STAYING MULTIPLE MONTHS: We strive to keep the household running efficiently and safely at all times. For this reason, we will perform quarterly maintenance checks in the laundry and furnace area (replacing filter, checking humidifier, etc). In addition, we pay for a quarterly pest control maintenance service to keep the place clean and bug free! If these maintenance times fall on a date that you are staying in the unit, we will communicate multiple weeks in advanced to coordinate the best time to come down and do this.

You'll have your own parking in the driveway (two spaces) and your own entrance in the back, connected to your parking area by a private walkway on the side of the house. You will usually not see anyone else, although you might see me puttering around in the garage now and then. The units are well-insulated so noise between them is minimal. Although there is another home on the upper level facing the front, you don't need to walk past its doors or windows so it feels very private.

The Wi-Fi coverage is excellent, and there is a Smart TV with Roku and a paid subscription to YouTubeTV, which includes national network channels, news, sports, kids, and hundreds more channels! Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+ and other subscription channels are also available.

Besides the Queen bed, there is a queen air-mattress perfect for couples traveling with kids.
The total capacity is 2 adults in the bed + 2 children on the air mattress.

There is a powder room/toilet on the main floor and has a bidet.

In the kitchen on the main floor, you will find our hospitality section. Although you have your own coffee machine in your room, but please help yourselves to some fresh brewed coffee (coffees are brewed 3 times in the morning for freshness: 07:30, 09:30, and 11:00), and variety of flavors of tea bags from around the world. Coffee creamer is kept in your fridge. You’re welcome to use the microwave and toaster-oven anytime!

DINNING AREAS:
There are 3 proper dining areas, one in the breakfast nook, one at the formal dining room and one outdoor on the terrace. And if you wish, you are also welcome to enjoy your meal or beverage on our veranda below the terrace. On a beautiful day, you may enjoy your breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on our large comfortable granite table on the terrace. Both outdoor spaces are perfect lounging areas to unwind after a busy day. Take advantage of the stunning view of a large open area that boasts the beauty of nature where you can unwind peacefully and breathe the fresh air of the mountains of Colorado.

LAUNDRY facility is available for a minimum of 7 nights booking.
Laundry detergent and softener are included.

OUTDOORS:
You’ll fall in love with our luxurious and spacious house , 5000 sq ft, roomy enough to give you privacy. There are two levels of outdoor living spaces. It has a big terrace and a spacious but comfortable veranda, both with a view of a beautiful meadow on the ridge and at a distance a view of the clubhouse and the pool. Feel free to enjoy your meals outdoors in our terrace on a beautiful mornings and evenings. If you do just let me know so I can provide you a linen table cloth, but of course you’re more than welcome to use the table without any table cloth.

DOOR ACCESS - It's a SELF-CHECK-IN access! Please Lock the front door behind you!
We have an electronic keypad at the front door, so no keys are required. You’ll have your own key to your room for your own privacy.

PARKING IS FREE!
You may park on the street next to the fence across from our house. Next to the fence is our visitors’ parking. You may pull to our driveway to unload and load your car.

STAIRS:
Your room is on the second floor and the stairs is 16 steps high.

IRON and ironing board are available upon request.

GUESTS STAYING FOR 2 WEEKS or MORE:
We keep a clean house and would like to keep our guests comfortable and happy, but ONLY with your permission, of course, on every 8th day of your stay with us, your bed linens will be replaced with fresh ones, towels would be washed and your room and bathroom would be cleaned and sanitized.

POOL:
Our private community pool is OPEN every summer season! The pool is conveniently located a block away from our house. Our guests may have access to it with our own resident-key fob, but we kindly ask for a $50 deposit for the key fob via P.A.Y.P.A.L or V.E.N.M.O. Your deposit will be refunded to you on the same day you return the key fob. Your deposit will be refunded to you via the way you paid.

Dedicated Pool towels are in your bathroom cabinet.

Reasons why we ask for a deposit--- Lost key fob is $50 a piece to get it replaced and it takes an inconvenient two weeks or more to get it mailed to us.

TENNIS Court and BASKETBALL Hoops:
Good news!! Tennis court, basketball hoops are free access to you. It’s located at the entrance of our community, about a mile away from our house.

WALKING TRAILS:
If you like to go for a short run or walk, our community trails are conveniently located near the house. The closest walking trail from the house is about a block away.

There’s even a mini ROCK-CLIMBING WALL for novice (at the playground near the tennis court). Just remember to share the space with the other residents!

The space
Your suite is very comfy and cozy. It includes the bedroom with a queen size bed, full closet, 2 side tables with plenty of space for you clothing, iron and small ironing board, smart TV with Wi-Fi connection. Private bath with single sink and walk in shower, addition towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toothpaste in the small closet. Living room offers a sleeper sofa, can lighting and or cozy lighting, smart TV with Wi-Fi. Some games and cards in cabinet. Dining table which can be used a work station if needed. Kitchenette offers mini fridge, sodas, water and ice. Keurig coffee pot with regular and decaf coffee provided, variety of tea bags, cream packets, sweetener and regular sugar provided. Plates, bowls and silverware available as well as paper cups for coffee and water along with plastic silverware salt and pepper shaker. Quiet outdoor sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

You have your own private space to include your own private entry to the lower level of our home. There are 5 steps to access the door. You have your own 4 digit access code do unlock the door that will be provided 24 to 48 hours before your trip.

This master suite is located in a walkout basement with open space views. It has a walk-in shower with heated bathroom floors. There is closet space for hanging your clothes. The basement has a partial kitchen for a quiet breakfast but you have access to a full kitchen upstairs. It has a private entrance and can accommodate additional guests as I have more rooms available or just a blow up bed.

The space
My home is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and hiking trails close by. There is a community pool in the summer time and kids park and tennis courts.

You have a private entrance and code access to the front door.

During your stay
My husband and I live upstairs. We enjoy the company of our guests and welcome any interaction. At night you may gather with us at the fire pit.

Other things to note
Castle Rock is a quaint and quiet community. Plenty of places to eat downtown and several breweries to visit. The outlet mall is close by for great shopping.

Welcome to this 2,000+ sq ft walkout basement! The space is brand new with a modern design including a 1 bdrm, 1 bath, kitchen area, office and exercise equipment/room. You'll love the 120" projection screen for movies. The space backs to open space, so it is very quiet & close to many walking trails that connect's you to the entire Denver Metro trail system. It's within 5 to 10 min from grocery, restaurants, movies, Outlet Mall, Phillip Miller Park and Castlewood Canyon State Park.

The space
The basement is very roomy with a projection TV, exercise room, great office area and comfortably sleeps 2 people.

The office room has a small bed that can sleep 2 children or 1 adult. Also keep in mind it is not private as the office doors are all glass.

The property backs to open space and contains a large patio space with furniture to enjoy a quiet morning or with friends in the evening.

Guest access
It is a walk out basement, you will access the property from the right side of the house (as your facing it), you'll see our welcome sign. There are approximately 15 steps down the side of the house. They are very sturdy, wide and easy to get up and down. The entry door is in the middle in the back.
