- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.

2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

Pet Policy:
- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs -unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. --

Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.
Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
This house is in an upscale area so please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet outside after 11PM curfew

- RTD light rail station is 6 miles away. This connects Centennial to downtown Denver, the airport, and other common destinations.
- Denver International Airport is an easy 25 minute drive.
- Downtown Denver is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.
- Mile High Stadium, Coors Field and Ballerina Arena is a 25 minute drive with clear traffic.
- Colorado ski resorts are between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the resort destination. Arapahoe Basin and Keystone are the closest.

Please note: I live in the basement of the house which has its own entrance . Your space is private, and you have full access to the main floor and second floor of the house to yourself. I am happy to answer questions or give local tips, but otherwise, you will hardly notice me.

We would love to have you stay with us in our 1500 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartment, with it's own private entrance, in the walkout lower level of our home. We are on 2.5 acres, with barns, stalls and a riding arena (you can even bring your own horse!:), and a "mini petting zoo" where you can interact with the chickens, goats, dogs and barn kitties. Feel free to collect your own fresh eggs!

This is a newly built, Colorado western-themed apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized appliances. all your cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices and condiments. The kitchen also boasts a coffee bar and a stocked wine rack. The living room is cozy and comfortable, with matching couch, loveseat and oversized chair. Also in the living room, is a large smart TV with cable, and a wood burning fireplace.

Down the hall there is a laundry room with your own washer, dryer, clothes rack, iron and ironing board. Then, across the hall is the bathroom with a tub/shower, handicap-accessible bars, fluffy towels, soap, lotions and toilet paper.

The first bedroom has a amazingly comfortable king-sized bed
(or so we've been told by nearly everyone who has slept on it), with soft, flannel sheets (in the winter months) and feather comforters. On the walls, for your viewing pleasure, is another tv and Indian and western art.

The second bedroom, (the rodeo cowboy room) has an equally as comfortable, queen-sized bed with a large feather comforter, a huge walk-in closet, and a reading nook with a desk, chair and plug-ins for your laptop, books, antiques and an overstuffed chair.

Outside of the kitchen, is your private patio that opens up to a large fenced yard surrounded by pine trees. To the east, are the most beautiful sunrises, and to the west, gorgeous sunsets. We have great views of the city and the mountains, and plenty of off street parking.

This is country living at it's finest, with quick access to all major highways. You can be in downtown Denver in 20-30 minutes, or up to the mountains for skiing or playing at the casinos in an hour. DIA is 28 minutes, and Colorado Springs is just 50 minutes away, if you want to visit Pikes Peak or the Air Force Academy, and many other interesting attractions.

The working farm with immaculately tended chickens and goats, as well asthe two regal white Pyrennese dogs are a magnet that draws suburban grandchildren to this rental. The owners were most solicitious and took our granddaughter on multiple trips to gather eggs and feed the chickens. But our own stay over three weeks couldn't not have been more enjoyable. Arriving late in the afternoon, we found a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic spices, oils, flour, sugar, etc. But even more wonderful was the food left in the refrigerator and freezer with all the fixings for the next morning's breakfast plus the ice cream for a late night snack. The two bedroom apartment is roomy and very comfortable, with a wonderful sense of style. Coming from the East Coast, we were quite ignorant of many renowned Southwestern artists. Each room had quality prints of several such masters. In addition, unique lamps, striking dried floral arrangements, added to the charm. The neighborhood also was very attractive to us. Minutes away from suburbia, it was an enclave of ranches which offered us many nice walks among cottonwoods and old growth trees conveniently located out our back door. Finally, I must remark on the gorgeous sunsets from our patio, and the big sky all around, the whole globe as it were before our eyes. Highly recommended."

- "Fire alarm constantly going off and had a hard time contacting property manager, when contacted related that she did not get my emails or phone calls, when person came over to check on the alarm worked on it and it stopped, but the alarm fell from the ceiling after he left. Step through the front door into a large family room with vaulted ceilings. attached to a big kitchen with double ovens and a dining room with a gas fireplace and sofa for conversations while making dinner. The table seats 8 and the sliding doors lead to the private back yard with grill and outdoor fireplace. The master bedroom has a huge, attached walk-in closet room, a baby room (or extra storage room), en suite bathroom with big soaking tub, and French doors. Another bedroom, full bath, library bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are also on the main floor. Your home away from home is located in a small, quiet subdivision a short walk away from Cherry Creek State Park. The paved riverside walkway begins at the end of the road and continues through the park. Cherry Creek State Park is a recreation haven that borders the neighborhood on one side and DTC on the other. Enjoy the lake beach with BBQ, biking and running trails, a shooting range, improved camping sites, boat launch, model airplane field and marina with water sport rentals.

Also within a short walk is a neighborhood park with play area and recreation center with indoor pool (featuring a lazy river and waterslides). You'll also find a skate park, wonderful restaurants, a nail salon, a boutique coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop, amazing NY pizza and more. Corporate headquarters for many businesses are located in the area or a short drive away.

PET FRIENDLY and SAFETY RULES:
- Potty trained dogs are welcome in this home for $65 per stay. Max 3 dogs.
- Deep clean of all furniture and surfaces will be conducted for next guest.
- A fully enclosed large backyard with a covered patio provides good shade and security. Open space behind home provides a great walking trail.
- Centennial ordinance requires all dogs to be leashes when in front yard or in neighborhood. This is a cul de sac with children playing in front yards. We do NOT want a dog incident - please keep your dog leashed AT ALL times when in neighborhood.
- Dogs are required to be in crate or confined to kitchen if left home alone.
- We discourage dog smaller than 40 pounds to be left in the backyard without supervision or while humans are away. While there is a 6 foot fully enclosed fence, we back to open space and coyotes can jump over the fence into backyards and take small dogs. As well, we have hawks and owls
- Dog must be brought inside at night for their safety
- Please keep your small dog safe inside. Not responsible for injury or death to pets.

Guest access
You will access the home from either the garage or the front door (when you first arrive you will have to go through the front door). By doing so, there is an electronic keypad to enter our home on the front door. You will access the back of the house/garage from the shared driveway with the other homes around you. Specific directions to find our place will be provided closer to CHECK-IN. Our home is in the middle of two others and we will let you know which house is on the corner to find ours easier when you book with us. There is also a home security system that you will be provided instructions to.
Other things to note
You can enjoy 2 different outside areas. The front patio just outside of the living room , and the rooftop is a cozy & chill area with seating for two and a firepit. We can assure you that no matter where you are in the house you will have access to blazing fast wireless internet connection (whether you are on the roof or in the garage). We know how important it is to have fast and dependable service.

- "This property is beautiful! The rooftop with the firepit is very relaxing. My only complaint with this property was the amenities. There were no plates, no can opener, and no oven mitts. It was difficult to cook. If you are eating out and want a home base this property is perfect!" - "The beginning of the trip was very stressful. We did not receive the check in instructions for the property and were unable to contact the host. After spending multiple hours on the phone with VRBO they did book us a hotel for the night while they tried to contact the host. The hotel that they booked for us was horrible. We did not receive any refund for the first night even though we were unable to stay there. The host did contact me after we had already checked into the hotel later that night with check in directions. After check in the host was prompt getting back with us with any questions. The property was very clean and in a great area. Very safe and easy to get in and out of. The main floor bedrooms bed was broken so one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. They provided a ton of things that we needed but had no plates or can opener so make sure you bring these items. We were in town for a conference in Denver and it was very easy to get back and forth to Denver."

- "The listing shows 2 double beds for the room. At check-in, presented with 1 queen bed room. “Sleeps 4” has a very different meaning here. We were upgraded at an additional $22/day (for 2 weeks) for a 2 double bed room. The room we were upgraded to was missing the iron, broken 1970’s dish washer, bathroom door that didn’t shut due to broken hinges and the tv was broken. After being notified that day, the tv wasn’t replaced as told that day and then not replaced until 3 days later. As a low cost extended stay place, one doesn’t expect The Four Seasons Hotel, but GEEZ! Dirty hallways, trash piled up at doorway trash cans, people with loose dogs in the hallways (American pitbull knocked my 70yr old mom down) and infrequent cleaning/room service. We borrowed supplies and equipment from housekeeping frequently to clean our own room (room service is every 8 days/nights). One has to be very self sufficient when staying at places like this. Positives- low cost (sort of), friendly front counter and cleaning staff, on-site laundry room, free coffee in the morning and located near everything (Walmart, Sonics, Culver’s, McD’s, gas, lots of other food, Target, AutoZone and within bus to light rail)."

Please be conscientious of them by remembering to shut the gate whenever you enter or exit our property and be aware that at any point any one of our family members including Olive our Aussie pup may be outside. Our guests and their privacy are of utmost importance, so know that the door that connects our upstairs to your space downstairs is locked with a deadbolt.

We have two dogs on the premises. They have a dog run area and the rest of the yard is yours to enjoy! Shadow and Chewy LOVE guests and have a separate dog run from the rest of the yard.

We do have outdoor cameras in use for our protection as well as yours, your privacy is very important to us and camera footage is only reviewed if incident occurs where it is warranted.

Welcome to Casa Bella Suite in Centennial.
The house is divided into two floors. You will have the lower level which has a private entrance and patio. My friend lives upstairs with his friendly little dog Bella.

The house has a big living area including an open kitchen and a desk. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom.
The kitchen has a portable electric stove and no oven. A microwave, coffee maker and a fridge are provided.

There is free parking and no fenced garden. This is a peaceful and friendly family neighborhood to relax, but close enough if you have to reach the Centennial airport, DTC or you want to go downtown Denver or Colorado Springs.

You will have the entire private suite and the patio in front of it. You will do self check in. Code will be provided one day before arrival.

My friend and his small dog Bella lives upstairs. There is no fence so you might see her around sometimes.

PARKING: You can park in front of the house for free. Please don't block the garage entrance.

High Altitude Warnings in Denver and How to Prevent and Treat Altitude Sickness:

Denver, known as the "Mile High City," is situated at an elevation of 5,280 feet (1,609 meters), which can cause altitude sickness in some individuals, especially those unaccustomed to higher elevations. Symptoms can include headaches, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath. Severe cases may lead to high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE) or high altitude cerebral edema (HACE), requiring immediate medical attention.

Do NOT move the glass desk in the front entry room for ANY reason.

Close ALL umbrellas for even the slightest amount of wind, or if you will not be around to supervise them for even less than 3 minutes.
