The kitchen and dining room are set and ready to entertain. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances, cookware and dinnerware. You will have no issues creating your culinary masterpiece while others relax and enjoy the views from the high top breakfast table. The dining room offers an elegant atmosphere to enjoy your meal at a table that seats eight.
When you are ready to relax gather around the gas fireplace and kick back in one of the cozy pieces of furniture the living room has to offer. Enjoy DVD’s and On-Demand cable on the flat screen television above the fireplace, or relax with a book or board game from the library.

This renovated cabin was on skids, and we have added a beautiful sunroom/living area with a walk out grade patio to complete the design. It has solar power, with a back up generator..and has a pull out couch, as well as twins in each bedroom, so sleeping capacity is 6. We have a wonderful weber grill, as well as a fire pit on the patio, outside dining and a nice covered front porch, for shade in the hot afternoons...also has a gazebo, on the top of the goat pen here on the Ranch. Nice place for a nap, or practice your morning or evening yoga!

Gorgeous, modern, mountain home on the Roaring Fork River in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. 40 miles to Aspen, 60 miles to Vail and only 10 miles to our local mountain, Sunlight Ski Resort. With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing & rafting. Like to bike ride? So do we. There’s a bike path directly from our backyard or the Rio Grande Bike trail, is a mile away and goes all the way to Aspen. Our home is divided between two living spaces. You will have the entire main floor suite (street level entry) to yourselves and it’s securely locked off from the downstairs owners suite. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, dresser drawers, a seating area and access to your own private outside deck with lounge chairs. The in-suite bathroom has a shower, 2 person jacuzzi tub and two sinks. An outdoor gas grill is also available.

The home is located on the upper level, so guests must climb a flight of stairs to access the rental. Guests will not have access to the lower level garage / workshop but are welcome to park under the carport.

Located approximately seven miles from the popular Vista View Events venue, it is the perfect home base when you are in town celebrating a special occasion. Alternatively, a five mile drive to I-70 (Silt) will find you centrally located among the many activities of Glenwood Springs, Rifle and Grand Junction. State parks, hot springs, skiing and wineries are all only a short drive away.

• Although this home allows pets (dogs), please be aware that there is local livestock within sight of the home. Livestock includes, but is not limited to, sheep, cattle, calves, horses, mules, and donkeys. The local ranchers take the safety of their livestock very seriously. All visiting animals are expected to be under control and not cause stress to the livestock. According to Colorado Statute 35-43-126: "Dog worrying stock. Any dog found running, worrying, or injuring sheep, cattle, or other livestock may be killed, and the owner or harborer of such dog shall be liable for all damages done by it."
• A limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided to start off your stay, including coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, food storage wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. At least one bath towel per guest is also provided.

Pets must be crated when left alone. Guests are required to clean up pet waste or will incur an automatic charge of $60.

Lance camper located under our barn at the Flying J Ranch with stunning views of the Colorado River Valley. It has a Private bathroom located in our house for showering and general bathroom use. Pottying is fine in the camper. Please be advised, this is nothing more than a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in a barn, in our backyard! We do have dogs on our property, they will bark every now and then, but we try to keep them in with us when we have guests in the camper.

This is a camper in a barn, in our backyard! Not a Hilton, Hyatt or even Holiday Inn Express! It is a very inexpensive, clean, comfortable place to stay for people on a budget who want to visit the VERY EXPENSIVE Roaring For Valley. Silt is a small fishing and rafting town. You’ll love our 5 acres of property. It has a 360 degree view of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. You grill out on the porch to reading a book on the hammock. You can follow the relaxing sound of the creek around the property or watch the ducks in the pond. The space
There are four of us that live here, my wife, daughter, son and myself. We live on 5 acres, so plenty of room to play, run around, or just go for a walk. We recommend following the creek around the property and feeding the horses. Also the guest area has its own comfortable outside patio. We run the place like a bed and breakfast so every morning you and your family is more than welcome to join. Just let us know in advance and maybe we can cook some huevos con chorizo as well!!

In the guest area there are two bedrooms, dinning area and large living room. The dining area consists of a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and basic amenities, but you're more than welcome to enjoy full access to our kitchen. The guest living area is an open concept to watch a movie, play playstation, watch TV, or just sit and read a book in front of the fire. The guest area has its own entrance so no need to walk through the house to leave. We have a pack and play for babies if needed. The two bathrooms are located on the first level. Guests are welcome to the laundry room as well.

We live 6 miles south of Silt. Our house has two levels: guest rooms, dinning area, and guest living room are all downstairs. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are located on the first floor. Please note that our bedroom is on the second floor. We have two cats an indoor cat Samantha and an indoor/outdoor cat Tony. They are both very friendly. If you feel like talking on the radio around the world I am a ham radio enthusiast. So don't be afraid to ask! Glenwood Springs is 25 miles from the house. We have Verizon for cellphone provider and it works very well. Please read the "Directions and helpful tips" section for more specific directions because some GPS units will only take you to our mailbox, which is 1/4 mile away.

The space
Our homestead is just down the street from Harvey Gap Reservoir. The cabin-style guest suite is completely separated and private but there is a shared wall with our side of the house. There is no interior access between the two sides.

NOISE PLEASE READ: The bedroom has a party wall for soundproofing and we stuffed all the hallow walls full of insulation, but we let our kids play in the day and there is some inevitable noise that travels through the floor and walls. We teach our kids to be quiet (or asleep) between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM and we can try to be accommodating for other hours if you message us!

You'll have dedicated outdoor space and access to the common firepit area. On the south end of the property we also host full time RV tenants. If you’d like to visit the lake, we can rent you a kayak for an extra $35/day. (Or 2 kayaks for $70/day with accompanying paddles and lifejackets). *Please message us for more info to see if that is a good fit for your group*

Inside you’ll find a queen size bed and a futon. It comfortably sleeps 3 (but can do 4 if you want to squeeze 2 kids onto the futon, for example. For a 4th adult an additional roll out pad and cot is available upon request. Please note it is a small space). You'll also find a small kitchen complete with a hotplate, coffee maker, crockpot, small oven/airfryer/toaster as well as a small fridge and freezer. There is also an in unit washer and dryer as well as a bathroom with a full-size shower.

Cell service is sparse, but we have excellent internet access for all your communication and entertainment needs. There is also a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services.

The guest suite is on the left side of the house with a separate and private entrance. You will have to drive in front of the house and park out front. We will send a code to the smart lock to unlock the door the day you check-in.

Other things to note
Once you get close to our home, cell service is sparse (we have Verizon and only get 1-2 bars which can lose service if you drive past our house and reach the reservoir). Also note that GPS maps lead people too far sometimes (google maps seems more reliable).

We are below the dam by two houses so if you’re driving north toward the reservoir (most people will be coming from the freeway) and you see the lake/reservoir, you’ve gone too far. Our green and tan house is one story with a gravel driveway on our side and a gravel road in front of the house to reach Prospector’s Place in the back.

Disconnect and relax at our unique and tranquil getaway close to all kinds of activities. We have Mitchell Creek Trail out the front door, and plenty of other area hiking and biking trails within 30 min. After hiking or skiing Sunlight Ski Area (30 min), head Downtown for dinner and a soak at the Hot Springs (10 min). The space
The property is located about 3 miles up Mitchell Creek Rd from West Glenwood Springs however it feels like it's a world away. We have a small kitchenette with a toaster oven/microwave combo, full bathroom, laundry, and living/sleeping area. Four wheel drive is recommended during adverse weather, additional details below. NOTE: We ARE NOT suitable for remote work.

Guest access
The apartment is accessible via a private driveway and is located below the main house. There is room for 2 vehicles. During heavy snowfall 4 wheel drive and/or winter tires/chains might be required but is always recommended when traveling in mountains during winter and adverse weather. It’s best to check weather a couple days prior to trip so you can plan accordingly.

Other things to note
Due to the remote location, cell service is limited and WiFi calling/texting is required. My space is not recommended for someone who works from home on strong internet. We recommend WiFi Calling enabled on smart phones and devices for calls/texts. See Apple or Android for setup instructions.

Additionally due to close proximity to State Fish Hatchery and with intent to limit spread of disease, fishing is not allowed on our property.

About Pets:
- Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the owner/guest
- No more than one pet will be allowed per stay
- Pet may not be left loose and unattended in the apartment.
- Pet must be appropriately crated/kenneled if left unattended.
- Pet must comply with local legislation requirements.

Our cozy log cabin has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the mountains. We are close to all that is Colorado; gold medal Trout streams, whitewater rafting, biking paths to Aspen and Vail, hiking to mountain lakes and waterfalls, soaking in the outdoor hot springs pools, hot air ballooning, hang gliding, skiing-both local at Sunlight Mountain, or Snowmass/Aspen/Vail/Breckenridge, golfing, breweries, dispensaries, and live music at outdoor restaurants under the bridge!

The space
Completely renovated log cabin with new leather couches, laminate floors and carpet, & stainless steel appliances. Floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, gorgeous granite counters in the kitchen, wine bar, and bath, and a wonderful patio and deck to catch the sunrises and sunsets! We have a full bath and kitchen with everything needed to cook your favorite meals, dining table for 4, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

We are in a residential neighborhood on the edge of the city, one street from the national forest, but just a few blocks from downtown.

This sweet little bungalow is simple and cozy. All you need to be comfortable with a nice touch of class. We are located walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, theaters, yoga & shopping. Enjoy the convenience of town while easily accessing our beautiful outdoors. Just minutes from the Colorado River Corridor, 25 min. to Rifle Mountain Park, 15 min. to Rifle Gap/Falls, Rifle Creek Golf Course, Harvey Gap State Park, Rifle Arch Trail & just 25 min. drive to the Glenwood Hot Springs pool.

The space
This rustic barn wood structure has a unique architectural design. Snuggling into your cozy "almost" queen sized loft will give you the feeling of sleeping in a treehouse. Surrounded by trees and foliage enjoy the privacy of your own space including an outdoor eating area and a very inviting and peaceful backyard. I am happy to share my deck space where you are welcome to just chill and pet the kitties or roll out your yoga mat and practice. The outdoor kitchen is available spring, summer & fall with soft outdoor lighting and the beautiful Colorado sky as your backdrop. The kitchen has running water, an electric two burner stove and toaster (available to use year round only there is no running water outside in the winter). Inside the Sanctuary you’ll find a mini refrigerator, microwave, water kettle for preparing tea and French press coffee maker, ceramic mugs, drinking glasses, silverware and plates. I truly love this space and hope you will too and any time you can be shoeless while inside is much appreciated. Also, I am firm on my no animal policy, that includes service animals. I have 3 very sensitive cats that call this property home and want to keep my airbnb allergy free.

Exit I-70 and head North to find Railroad Ave. and downtown Rifle, head east on 3rd Street. Backyard Oasis is accessible off of 3rd street where you’ll enter the front driveway. You may park in the driveway next to the VW Van, 3rd street is somewhat steep so you may want to park on 3rd street. If parking in the driveway it’s best to enter when you are headed down 3rd Street rather than up. Walk to downtown Rifle, just a few blocks away where you will find restaurants, shops and theatre’s. Grocery store is approx. a half mile away.

Other things to note
My three very lovable cats live on the property. Jacklyn, Sass and Chevy are very friendly and entertaining. The kitties do not go inside the bungalow but they are a part of the property. So, if you have any allergies or a sensitivity to cats please make sure that this is the best fit for you. I have a firm no animal policy which includes service animals, I support you but cannot host anyone with an animal. You will be sleeping in a loft, the mattress is custom made and very comfortable measuring just shy of a regular queen sized mattress.
The bathroom is tiny and has everything you'll need including organic cotton towels, shower suds, hand soap and body lotion. You'll have a tiny closet and a few other little spots to store your stuff so you might want to pack light.

The space
The property is a house with 2 floors. The 2nd floor, basement and garage are seperate and NOT part of the Air B&B. The bedroom for rent is on the main floor and will accommodate 1 guest or a pair comfortably. There are two ladies which includes myself, living upstairs where there are 2 BRs and 1 bath. My housemate has a bedroom on the main floor. The bathroom, kitchen, and deck are shared, and are also conveniently located on the main floor.

This property guarantees amazing mornings and relaxing evenings sitting on the tranquil 200sqft patio looking at the Roaring Fork River.
Nothing was left behind when this lower level unit was remodeled in 2021. This property is ideal if you want close easy access to town, and amazing river views.

Not enough? You will also have private access to your own fishing spot on the gold medal waters of the Roaring Fork River!

The space
This is a walk out basement unit that literally walks out 40 feet from the Roaring Fork river. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with oversized kitchen with plenty of space to unwind. The property is located at the end of a dead end road with significant privacy.

Guest access
Parking will be shared with the owners who live in the top unit. Bottom space has direct access to river trail that runs along the Roaring Fork River.

Other things to note
This is a lower level unit, please be aware while the upstairs owners are courteous to noise, we cannot mitigate all sounds within a shared building.

(Toddler does live upstairs and you may hear the pitter patter of his little feet ☺️)

Other things to note
I have 2 roommates who live on the main floor and I'm often away for the weekend. You may see us or may not. We all like to try to get away on the weekends when possible. But no worries, everyone is respectful of others space. Also we have 3- 4 month old puppies (and the mama) we are currently looking to rehome the puppies. The puppies live in the backyard and have access to the garage. The mama "Luna" lives indoors and spends time in the yard as well. The living room is all yours while you are our guest so we hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
