The sole closet provided for guests was exceptionally small (I'd guess 3 hangers at best - but that is also irrelevant because there were no hangers).., but the closet was so stuffed with other items (ironing board, pillow, blanket, vacuum, etc..) that I was not able to use it at all. Quality of bedding and towels was sub-standard and need replacing. Toilet has flap problem and ran ofetn, Hook on bathroom wall had clearly fallen off multiple times."

The space
The townhome is a tri-level town home with the master suite tucked away upstairs with a private bathroom and the guests space is on the lower level away from the other bedroom. The majority of time no one will be present during your stay. The main level is the kitchen and the living room. The entire home was remodeled April 2021.

Guest access
Guests have the entire basement. They enter through the main entrance and head downstairs. There is a mini fridge and coffee bar area that is great as a workspace or as a dining table. The only reason the host will enter the basement is to use the shared laundry located in the downstairs bathroom.

During your stay
Interaction with guests is limited, I live upstairs and use the min kitchen which is separate from the guest space.

Other things to note
There is a walking path downtown if you exit the parking lot to the West. You go over a lovely stream and meander on quiet roads to downtown Frisco. On the south east side you can walk to the bus stop that will take you to one of many ski areas for FREE.

As you enter the condo on the ground floor you will be greeted by a charming light-filled space with an open layout and views out the back towards the surrounding trees. The kitchen includes everything from a drip coffee maker to an instant pot, making it convenient to put together a delicious meal during your stay. A kitchen bar with two bar stools connects the kitchen to the dining area where you will find a wood table with seating for six which includes a comfortable built-in bench seat. This room is flooded with natural light thanks to the oversized window looking out towards the trees.

On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a small pass-through window that looks into the stylish living room. This well-designed space offers an inviting and cozy common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely stone wood fireplace as you settle into the large sectional couch which doubles as a pull-out king bed. Enjoy the views out the patio door as you catch a movie on the 58” TV and make plans for your next adventure. For added comfort, you will find a coffee table, two small side tables, and two lamps situated around the space, creating a cozy atmosphere. Off the living room, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air out on the patio, which features four patio chairs for guest use.

When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor of the condo. Directly in front of the front doorway, you will find the stairs that will take you to the condo’s second floor. As you arrive at the landing, you will find the guest bedroom to your right. Micro two bedroom nestled in the trees about one mile south of downtown and the ski area. Decorated in a hip mountain-modern style, we have everything you'd need for a fantastic woodsy getaway. Sit on the massive sofa and stream a movie or enjoy the treetop setting from the large deck. This place is way cooler than your typical ski condo. Not ski-in, ski-out and not right in town, but hiking trails and the free town/ski shuttle are a few hundred feet away. Or walk about a mile to Main Street.

The space
Our home is small in square footage (650sf) but feels open with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. The kitchen is stocked to cook a full meal and has a two-person eating bar and two-person dining table. The living room has a massive comfy couch, a big internet/cable connected TV, and a wood stove (wood is provided). There is a large balcony with table/chairs, gas grill, and views to distant peaks. The bedrooms are super small but functional: one has a queen bed and the other has a built-in bunk bed. The bathroom has a slate shower (no bathtub) and a reclaimed vanity with carved rock sink. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There is free uncovered parking.

The middle floor has a living room, shared kitchen, half shared bath and large deck with great views of Breckenridge resort. The kitchen is shared by you and my caretaker.
Great access to biking, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing & great hiking trails within min. Free bus to Breck Ski resort and Main Street.

The space
My townhome is a multi bedroom condo. Guests will have access to 1 bedroom on the top floor with a queen bed and an ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed. The shared full bathroom is on that same floor as the bedroom. You will share the bathroom with me, however I am often not around. The middle floor has a living room, kitchen and half bathroom and a large deck with great views of Breckenridge ski resort. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room that you can use. The kitchen is shared by you, my caretaker, Leah, and myself (or 1 friend) if I am staying in the other bedroom upstairs.

Leah and Matthew live in the first floor lock off with a full bathroom and a bedroom down there.

Guest access
Guests have access to 1 bedroom, the Master Bedroom with a king bed and a pull out ottoman that turns into a twin bed. They have access to 1 full shared bathroom, a half bath, the living room with a couch that has a queen size pullout bed and the kitchen. Your bedroom has a lock in the door which I will give you the code for.

During your stay
I can be reached by phone or text during your stay. Sometimes I stay in the other bedroom upstairs.

Other things to note
To use the pull out ottoman in the master bedroom, lift the top cushion up and back. Then pull out the twin bed.

To use the sofa bed, lift the bottom of the couch up until you hear a click, then when you let it back down slowly it will turn into a flat queen bed. Magic!
