Comfortable surroundings and cleanliness is readily apparent. The location to the slopes is a little further than I would like, but for the price you can get the units for, it's worth the extra walk. We use the ski lockers to store our skis in, I wish they had seats in the locker room so we could take our ski boots off and on there too, as opposed to walking up to the room with them. I can not say much about the pools, hot tubs, etc, as they have all been closed due to COVID. Hopefully, we can get past this soon and they all get opened back up. We will definitely be back to Passage Point and Copper Mountain. "

Keystone Conference Center Hotel – Edgewater condos are very close to the conference center in Keystone Resort Colorado. A tunnel goes right under US Highway 6. You’ll be there within a few minutes of walking!

Ice Skating On Keystone Lake – In the winter months, Keystone Lake becomes the largest outdoor maintained skating rink in North America. Skate rentals are located at the Keystone Adventure Center and you’ll never forget the fun. The lights turn on at night, so you can skate late into the evening. Walk right into your condo at Edgewater to warm up with some hot chocolate after your tiring skating excursions!

Keystone Resort Adventure Center – Surrounding Keystone Lake is all sorts of fun from fly fishing, paddle boats, ice skating, hiking, biking, stand-up paddleboarding, kids play area, and more. There is no shortage of things to do at the Keystone Lakeside Village. There is also fish food available in the summer for the kids to feed the fish and ducks!

Shuttle Stop – Although Edgewater condos are not ski-in ski-out, you have extremely close access to a free seasonal shuttle that will take you around Keystone. Just downstairs is the heated, indoor shuttle stop so you don’t have to walk very far.

Newly remodeled basement suite in 3 floor townhome. A 5 1/2 min walk to High Side Brewery, Abby’s Coffee and a 7 min walk to the heart of Downtown Frisco. Near local shops and restaurants. The space
The townhome is a tri-level town home with the master suite tucked away upstairs with a private bathroom and the guests space is on the lower level away from the other bedroom. The majority of time no one will be present during your stay. The main level is the kitchen and the living room. The entire home was remodeled April 2021.

Guest access
Guests have the entire basement. They enter through the main entrance and head downstairs. There is a mini fridge and coffee bar area that is great as a workspace or as a dining table. The only reason the host will enter the basement is to use the shared laundry located in the downstairs bathroom.

During your stay
Interaction with guests is limited, I live upstairs and use the min kitchen which is separate from the guest space.

Other things to note
There is a walking path downtown if you exit the parking lot to the West. You go over a lovely stream and meander on quiet roads to downtown Frisco. On the south east side you can walk to the bus stop that will take you to one of many ski areas for FREE.

Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close September 14th and reopen November 21st.

And for those moments when relaxation is your pursuit, the Upper Village Pool Complex beckons with and indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, hot tubs and a sunbathing area, available seasonally (Subject to spring and fall closure periods).
