Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs welcome, $10/day fee for a dog.

This apartment has been entirely remodeled and the outside landscaping has been completely redone! It is updated and modern! Access to the entire apartment! The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, spacious room and plenty of closet space. The smaller bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam cover and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a night stay or an entire month with everything you need to cook and bake.

During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment. You can also access the gated backyard if you would like.

As hosts we live locally in Laramie. We are readily available throughout the day to answer questions and concerns. We want to be available so your stay is enjoyable. The check-in process is independent. An access code to the door locks will be provided when the place is booked.

The house is in a quaint neighborhood one block from the northwest corner of the University of Wyoming. It is an easy walk to the university classroom building, arts and science auditorium and Prexy`s Pasture. Turtle Rock Cafe is one block away. It is a local coffee shop and cafe with great food and a relaxed vibe. It is a short drive to Laramie`s historic downtown featuring lovely local shops and restaurants.

If you are planning to visit the University of Wyoming you can easily walk to campus from the apartment. Laramie is small so the historic downtown is close and quick drive away. It is also a bike friendly town with bike lanes on busy streets and lots of quiet streets to cruise around on.

The Space:
The apartment has two bed rooms, each with a queen bed, one bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a queen sleeper sofa. The sofa in the picture has been replaced by a more comfortable and bigger sleeper sofa!

The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake for your mountain adventures or to eat healthy while you are on the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, such as: fridge, microwave, stove, new wall oven, coffee maker, as well as pots, pans and utensils.

Welcome to the Lewis House--Upper Level! Located one block from the University of Wyoming, in a quiet neighborhood with access to all of Laramie. This is a newly renovated fully independent apartment that is sparkling clean. It features a private front entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. Both bedrooms feature new queen beds. Free Wifi. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $10/pet/day.

This apartment has been entirely renovated including landscaping! You`ll have access to the entire upstairs apartment! The bedrooms are spacious each with queen sized beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a night stay or an entire month with everything you need to cook and bake. The place has wonderful south facing exposure with large windows that provide warm and natural light into the living area.

During your stay you have access to the entire apartment that is independent from the downstairs. You can access the gated yard if you have a dog during your visit.

Our neighborhood is located one block from the northwest corner of the University of Wyoming. It is quiet, safe and residential. A local coffee shop is only one block away and a grocery store is down the street.

Welcome to Rebel Ranch; an extremely unique stay, property and location. This is a fully remodeled apartment in a working barn. You'll walk past the chicken coop and horse stalls to enter the unit; If you are not feeling adventurous, it may not be for you. This property sits on 80 acres that borders the Medicine Bow National Forest. So many opportunities! Come hunt, snowmobile, side by side, snow shoe, hike, mountain bike or ski Snowy Range Ski Resort.

Other than our cabin and the main house (also available on Airbnb) there are no neighbors in sight; enjoy the peace and quiet of Wyoming. This property is 30 min from a grocery store, plan ahead to arrive prepared. There are a couple great restaurant options a few minutes up the road in Centennial. We definitely recommend trying the Old Corral. There is also the Bear Bottom inn. Visit our farm store, The Bougie Bison, located across from the barn. We have our own Bison, honey and eggs for sale along with other locally sourced products. We focus on local and US made products, supporting fellow small business owners.

You have access to the entire apartment and use of the property, including direct access to the Medicine Bow National Forest.

This is a studio style apartment within the barn. The barn apartment does not have Wi-Fi or a tv (perfect time to unplug and enjoy the outdoors)! Cell service is usually available, depending on your carrier. You will be the only ones in the barn, unless you bring your horses or dogs! Catch the morning sunrise with great views of Sheep Mountain while sipping your coffee.

This apartment is newly re-built after an unfortunate fire. High end finishes and furniture include soapstone countertops, tile floors, a hydraulic Murphy bed and real leather whiskey chairs. It's taken a year of time, energy and money to make a comfortable, welcoming space. We hope all guests will treat this space as they would their own home.

You will find two of the bedrooms upstairs, as well as two bedrooms downstairs. The main level consist of the living room, kitchen, dining space, and the laundry closet. There are two bedrooms with a king bed, one bedroom with two twin bed, and the final bedroom with a twin bed/trundle pullout. Please be mindful that to access the bedrooms, it does require climbing a few stairs.

This is a wilderness experience.

This cabin was not made from a kit. It was made from trees felled right on the spot where the cabin sits, each coarse of logs laid out by hand, without cranes or machines—just man against his own limitations.

It was a labor of love. It was a desire to know how our forefathers did it and how they survived it. He saw the old cabins up there. Along with the old gold mines, there were also those who made ties for the railroad tracks—so much history! He knew men lived up there and endured winters up there. He did his research and decided on a style of cabin passed down from the Swedes.

When the owner first bought this site, he camped in a box in the bad weather, then later in a tepee for the remainder of the build. He has photos and videos of the whole experience.

Though there is running water, it’s from a spring, so it’s not potable (not drinkable), so we highly recommend bringing all your drinking water from home. We normally bring a couple of large containers of tap water with us along with bottled water, depending on the time of year and how many people are coming. The kitchen has a 24” propane gas stove with oven and four burners. I’ve done a lot of cooking and baking up there. There is a small propane refrigerator with a very small freezer. There is a double sink. Dish soap, sponges, and paper towels will be supplied. There will be plates, cups, silverware, pots, and pans available to use.

As we mentioned, the water is not drinkable, but you can use the camp shower in the bath area to wash off after a day out in the wild. Towels will be supplied. There is no toilet inside, but there is an outhouse and a port-a-potty. Toilet paper and wipes will be supplied.

There is a loft with a double bed upstairs, and bunk beds downstairs but no private bedrooms. There are also two folding cots available. But the truth is, you’ll even enjoy it by yourself.

On a clear night, turn off all the cabin lights, look up, and see the night sky without the light pollution of the suburbs—see the Milky Way the way our forefathers did as they crossed this incredible land.

During the day, sway on the porch hammock and leave work and reality behind you.

You never have to worry about getting the best spot for your elk camp, or any other hunters/campers being too close to your camp site again. The cabin is 1/3 of a mile behind a locked forest service gate. There is even a chain hoist at the cabin to hang your elk from the main beam of the porch.

Please note that the driveway dips low at its entrance and requires caution if you have a low-riding car or trailer.

There is one free on-site parking space. Additional street parking is available with a city permit. If you're bringing an additional car or oversized vehicle, please let us know at the time of your booking so we can arrange a parking pass for you. Although our driveway is long, it may not be appropriate for all oversized vehicles and trailers due to its narrowness. We are happy to answer any questions that you have regarding parking arrangements.

Adorable studio apartment blocks away from University of Wyoming and Downtown Laramie! This quaint apartment is the perfect space for touring the campus, catching a home game at War Memorial Stadium, or for a night out on the town. Situated in a home built in 1890 (the same year Laramie was incorporated as a city), this apartment has been completely renovated and is ready for up to two guests!

The space
This home has been divided into 4 separate apartments, and all long term tenants and quiet and respectful of other's space. Quiet hours begin a 10PM and end at 7AM, and we request that any activity during this time is kept as quiet as possible. As a guest you'll have a key to access the foyer, but you may also enter and exit through the side door which is your private entrance if you prefer.

The house is heated with steam heat, so please be mindful of the radiator during the winter as it can get very hot. Do not leave anything on it as it poses a fire risk! The circular valve can be closed if things get too hot, but it should only be fully open or fully closed (halfway does not mean half the heat).

My home is a corner lot on the southern Laramie city limits in a residential neighborhood. Laramie is a small city so everything is within a 10-minute drive. Public transportation is limited. The nearest park is about a 10 minute walk, and several restaurants are available along Grand Avenue about a 20-30 walk north. Feel free to let me know what questions you have about this location.

Guest access
The front door to my home is your primary access point. You have access to a private bedroom in the basement (the fourth and lowest floor of the house). Access to the bedroom requires going down two small sets of stairs. The private guest bathroom is on the garden level (third floor) so to get to the bathroom from the bedroom there are about 8 steps.

During your stay
I will be available to answer questions and maybe visit over a cup of coffee. Often times I will only be available via the app and will not be home to greet you in person. The rental room is my guest bedroom so it is a private area in my home, but access does require walking through the main living area. The guest bathroom is private for you during your stay. I will respect your privacy and expect the same.

The top floor is off limits.

Cleaning fee for short stays is just $15.

This garden-level basement apartment in a charming historic home has been recently renovated and is ready for your stay. It's sunny, clean and comfortable, and everything is new. Enjoy an idyllic neighborhood near downtown Laramie that's within walking distance of dining, shopping, breweries, night life, historic attractions, parks, two farmers' markets and the University of Wyoming.

The space
Enjoy a full kitchen with adjoining bedroom and living room. Large windows let in the light. The bathroom, which includes a full-sized bathtub, was recently remodeled. A mattress pad heater will keep your bed extra warm during your stay.

The wifi is fast and reliable, clocking in at just over 100 Mbps.

Guest access
You'll enter at the back of the house and go downstairs into a lobby area before entering the private apartment. An electronic keypad will gain you entry into the building. Downstairs, a key to the apartment will be hanging on a hook by the door. Please leave the key there upon checkout.

Other things to note
Entering the apartment requires going down six stairs. The stairway is narrow, with a railing on one side. Taller guests may notice low doorways.

There is an upstairs guest unit in the house, which has a separate front entrance.

A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the basement.

Because it's an old house, you will hear noise from upstairs, such as footsteps and voices. Upstairs guests are requested to respect quiet hours from 10 p.m.-7 a.m., but you will hear noise regardless.

Welcome to Laramie, Wyoming! Our house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Home to the University of Wyoming, there are lots of fun activities to do in and
around Laramie. Our home is one story with an open floor plan. We have two separate bedrooms for rent. Each with the shared bathroom as well as
shared use of the rest of the home: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry facilities, front porch, back yard with patio and grill. We are one mile from I80.

The space
We are just 8 minutes from the University of Wyoming and downtown Laramie. Laramie has a great downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. We are 30 minutes from the Snowy Mountains, Curt Gowdy State Park and the Medicine Bow National Forest. There are lots of outdoor activities nearby such as hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing, rock climbing, fishing, and snowshoeing.

Entrance: To enter the home, there is a lock code doorknob. You will be given the code the day before your check-in.

Dining Room: When you enter, you will be in the Dining Room. The dining room has a nice dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.

Kitchen: You are welcome to use our kitchen at any time. It is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to make a full meal: stove, oven fridge, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, air-fryer, waffle maker. We ask that you clean up after you make your meals.

Living Room: We have a very spacious living room with comfortable seating for six people. There is a TV with ROKU, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Your room: The room is 12 feet by 12 feet. It has a Queen bed, two nightstands, a hutch you can use, and half of the double closet is available for you to use also. It has a TV with ROKU and Amazon Prime. There are over-the-door hooks on the bedroom door for your bath towels or anything else you want to hang on them. The bedroom door has a lock with a key so your belongings will be secure.

Shared Bathroom: Our rental features a shared bathroom which will be shared with the other guests, if there is anyone renting at the same time. It is a regular-sized hall bathroom with a full tub/shower. Each guest is provided with a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. Should you need extra towels, just ask. Guests should provide their own toiletries.

Laundry: There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. Laundry detergent is provided free of charge. There is also an iron and full-sized ironing board available for use.

Front Porch: The front porch is available to relax on. There is room for three chairs on the porch. It is nice to sit on the porch before 4pm. After 4pm it is quite sunny on the front side of the house.

Back Yard: Guests are also free to use our large, fully fenced backyard. We have a spacious patio with outdoor table and chairs. There is a gas grill as well as a fire pit available for use. The yard is grassy and there is plenty of room to play.

Parking: You will be given instructions on where to park the day before your arrival. Sometimes there is room in the driveway and sometimes there is only room directly in front of the house on our street. We live on a dirt street with very little traffic.

Pets: We have a friendly labrador retriever. We also have two friendly cats. The pets are NEVER in the Airbnb room. They are in the living areas, so if you are highly allergic to dogs or cats, you should take this into consideration.
Games: We have a cabinet full of games and puzzles that guests are welcome to use.

During your stay
Mike and I are happy to host you in our home. We want to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. We are available for questions and assistance at any time.

Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

The space
You have your own separate entrance to the completely remodeled and fully furnished PRIVATE apartment. The upstairs house is available as a separate Airbnb and is available (see Victorian Blue main house). The basement apartment is cozy and comfortable, we have tried to think of all you might need to make the space feel like home while visiting Laramie. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything but your food! We also provide fresh ground coffee from our coffee shop, Turtle Rock Coffee. The bathroom includes towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. You have cable TV and wireless internet. Laundry facilities are available for your use. There is on-street parking.

There is a second Airbnb upstairs so you are likely to see and hear each other.

We are in a family neighborhood and want to respect them. For that reason we do not allow generators to be plugged in or run outside.

Guest have use of the main floor and the upstairs family room, as well as the back yard and deck. The front entry is shared with the hosts but they usually use a back enterance.

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

The space
Guests have access to the entire apartment. There is a shared laundry room equipped with coin-op washer and dryers in the main building across the loading zone from the apartment.

I understand any concerns about cleanliness, I have always been a big component on using bleach to prevent the spread of illness, I maintain this thorough cleaning in addition to airing out the apartment between guests.

Other things to note
This apartment is in one half of an old garage. The other half is still used as a storage area, so from time to time you may hear the garage door open, but we will keep it to a minimum when we have guests.
It is also along an alley, where you may here cars drive by on occasion or other tenants walking to class. But there is a blind that allows you to let the light in and still keep your privacy.
There is also a door leading to the garage for future expansion, but is not in use at this time so we have installed a lock on both sides so it cannot be used by anyone.
