This studio is cozy, quiet and private with a relaxing Wyoming vibe in an unbeatable location. Within walking distance of many of Laramie's main attractions including the University of Wyoming, downtown Laramie and the Gryphon Theater. Smart TV & WiFi available to guests. Located in the Laramie tree area, this cozy retreat is a comfortable and safe place to be your home away from home.
The space
This is a warm inviting studio apartment with a luxurious feel. The bathroom is large with an oversized soaking tub and tall shower.
Guest access
The private entrance has a keyless entry system. I live in the adjacent house and can be available to as needed to answer questions about the area. I enjoy meeting guests but will provide you plenty of privacy.

Kids stay free! I have two kids cots that can be set up in the living area. The cot dimensions are: 48”L x 24.5” W x 9” H
The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.
The space
The Carriage House is located next to our rental home, The Stonehouse, which is one of the oldest homes in Laramie. The home is older than the statehood of Wyoming but has been updated to the most modern conveniences except air conditioning.
Guest access
The Carriage House is a studio-style living space, that the guests will have entirely to themselves. The outdoor space belongs to The Stonehouse, however, there is a lovely park one and a half blocks West of The Carriage House for outdoor relaxation!
Other things to note
Please enjoy the amenities we have provided for you! The TV is a smart TV that is set-up with access to the internet for your steaming preferences. We do not have cable TV or an air conditioning unit. The house will cool down at night with the windows open, then in the morning close the blinds and windows, this way the house will stay cool.
